Please don't visit this store. They are using the table fans inside the store, and the room temperature is so high, and so much sweating. When I asked the store manager, they had been servicing the AC past four weeks. Better avoid this store for one or two months.

This is a very good shop with centralized AC Halls of two storied building with dress materials as main business and some chappals, bags, cap and hats. Ground floor is for parking, First floor is for Men and women dresses and the Second floor for kids and Children. Dress materials are costly but with very good quality. So most of the youngsters like to have shopping here including my Children especially during offer season.

The billing staff are not professional. They are not following any queue system for billing. They give preference to their friends and relatives. When I plan to register a compliant, they mentioned that they do not have any system to record compliant. This is not good. Not sure how are they doing business without having any process and I am afraid whether they are fit for doing business.

Yesterday I visited the store and bought some clothes,hand towel, earrings etc.. after paying bill I took all my belongings when I came out the machine strat beeping, so they checked my bag i shown the bill (eventually they have not taken the tag device from a handtowel box which I have paid ) I don't know how to explain this ... I paid the bill and also getting blamed for.... Even I didn't get a sorry from them... I still have my bill safely .. GOOD JOB 👏 Team Max selaiyur

No great collections for 4to 6 years old.when we like the tshirt model, size won't be available. Also there is no discount on any item that we had bought.better to go with online shopping than wasting time there

It was so crowded during the weekend. As I am conceived, my mom had to visit Max with my hubby to pick a few dresses for my niece. As she is not much used to the kind of purchase in showrooms, she had been struggling. The sales woman Miss.Abitha had understood the situation and helped her throughout the purchase, despite the crowd. Thanking her so much for being kind and polite to the customers! I am pleased with the behavior of the sales woman.

The access from velacherry road is not good with pot holes.the lift was not working from ground to shopping floor for customers.this lift issue is there for last two years atleast .I think this has been made consciously by owners.this makes the shop unaccessible to seniors like me and I many a times prefer other outlets for shopping.

What an experience. Well mannered staff and u can spend 2 hours in leisure. Nothing is expensive .
