One of the worst customer service after the sales. Less than a month of purchase and a week of usage, my baby bangle got damaged. Gave for repair. After delivery date, got a call from factory saying that a rod went inside so it would take extra gold And that we have to pay extra money. But the showroom manager had checked the same piece and took it from us in good condition while giving for repair. Quality of service is too bad. They try to blame us for everything. Pathetic! Beware!! Initial estimate provided for diamond stud was 41K which was finally discounted to 39K by the so called 'Floor manager'. But the actual price of the product without any discounts was 38K due to an offer running across stores. Thanks to the salesperson who pointed it on the right time. When questioned about this unethical practice of inflating & discounting, the floor manager left the counter and started coolly listening to all the conversation/bashing we had to the salesperson. Kudos to the attitude of the Floor manager for eliminating a loyal customer of Prince since 2016!

Its not as big as grt which is a shop next to this one. They have cast parking covered and uncovered. They provide vallet parking services. The collection are ok. Finding jewels for old age people taste is tuff and limited. The services are good but I'm not sure how they competitively price the jewels.

Highly welcoming, professional and customer friendly staffs. The collections for diamonds are comparatively on lower scale, but isn't too low. Responses from the staffs are very decent and quick. The store is recommendable but not highly recommended.

Nice experience. Sales person Sankar was very kind. All sales persons are very humble. It was very free when we visited compared to other shops which was way too crowded. Only one negative to say was we exchanged old gold. But they melted it without weighing it and its amount was excess to what we bought and they told tat they wont give cash. So we had to buy something else for that amount.. Would be better if they weigh it first and give us a estimate so that we can plan accordingly..
