I have ordered burger and pop corn rice bowl, but I didn't get that hot food, am i beggar to eat like whatever the food which you have giving ?? See the burger and see the rice bowl.. rice is not at all cooked .. seriously irritating.. I need refund

It was wonderful experience here. The taste of KFC is no need to explain as you already know. But the service is really nice. It is so neat clean and well maintained place. As fast as we placed the order, just got the food immediately within 2 minutes. Very much glad with the services. Staff behaviour is also really good.

We got the food immediately within 2 mins of placed the order. 🚻 Restrooms available inside and maintained cleanly. 🍔 Burger was average. But not so disappointing. 🛵 I think till tambaram they will provide the free delivery. 🛫 This place is very nearby to Chennai Airport. 👨‍🍳 Very much glad with the service. Yesterday I ordered 1 Zinger Burger, and a Double Chicken Roll... In that burger, the Cheese sheet is not melted... They just put a raw cheese in that burger... Coming to that roll, they just wrap the chicken in a chappathi base (Burned one) not even cook properly... My family members have a stomach ache from nit itself.. We have ordered for a very hungry time on the nit... This is not fair for the customer who is trusted... ???????????

I ordered KFC chicken and a classic chicken zinger burger today, which came in an unexpected croud, but the taste was average. I'm so upset that I won't order KFC chicken again.

Zinger Burger is king and surprises everytime. Not a place recommended for Singles 😭 Everyone Dined in as couple and was great to sight girls. Group of 3 boys or more, Will be a perfect combo 😂👌

Visited with family recently. The dining experience was good. They had the best chicken burger in the town, crunchy, juicy and yummy- please keep it up. Delivery was fast and prompt, and the staff was friendly. Keep the good standard, hope won't be disappointed next time. Car parking needs more support at peak hours.

We got popcorn chicken and the chicken tenders. The chicken tenders was ok, but the popcorn chicken was dry and didn’t taste good. I won’t be going back here. Thanks.

I ordered 2*chicken krisper burger , burger bun was not at all good, very less chicken and it's not crispy too , no veggies ,worst packing without any box....

Saw a lot of good reviews for this place and had to try it out. Had to wait for sometime to get seated as it has a very compact seating area. The food made up for the waiting time. Service was quick and everything we ordered was delicious. Reasonable price. Must try vegetarian place with good variety in the menu. I tried their online delivery option too which was little disappointing as we didn't get the taste when we dined in the restaurant.

Everything is good... But one suggestion is that they have to put a simple picture sign on the restroom. Because every person doesn't know to read "his" or "her". Thats the only thing they have to do...

Worst service yesterday went to kfc 🍟➕🍔➕🍗they're are not responding the customer's choice they serve cooled items when we complain them they don't even come to the table and ask I don't want to go that shop

KFC all time favourite.... Crispy fried chicken 🍗 peri peri fried chicken 🍗 all are yummy.. along with fries and coke 😋... Also tried chicken rolls .... The waiting time was lesser this time..

Very neatly maintained . I observed that the branch is all women employees serving with a smile. I felt very good and they really are doing a tremendous job. Not rush when compared to other KFC joints. Self service just like all other KFC.

Don’t go to this kfc. This is first time I am trying this outlet and tastes and quality were really worst. Normal chicken fries from local hotel will be much better compared to this kfc. Worst 1. Cheese was not even melted. They placed just raw cheese paper in burger 2. Oil smell in fries and chicken 3. Worst service.

The restaurant not responding properly the KFC customer care centre not responding me properly the all things we order in the menu not we got received them totally waste of money

It's a neatly tucked place, brought back all my memories of a decade gone by. The interior is nearly done. The neon lights etc were fab. Ordering was a bit of a challenge and the ordered items came in parts without any seasoning in it, inspite of asking for generous amounts. Rice and popcorn and no recyclable cutlery isn't something I am ready for, when I am paying 700 INR for 2 people. Overall an average fare and definitely wouldn't visit again unless I know they have uped their service.

All items were good expect the chizza Chizza was not at all cooked. And myself got my stomach upset too. This is the first time am having a bad experience from any KFC outlet. Apart from this we tried zinger burger, red hot(not sure with name) chicken legs. Both were good But chizza was pathetic and not cooked too. Dear KFC, please stick with ur signature items. That would be better

Bad day with KFC and Swiggy! Pack was unsealed and We didnt accept. I have called KFC to ensure the item and asked to seal the pack! After second time of deliver the Item(Hot wings) was missed.. and food quality gone… since the same item travelled back and forthcoming! We are facing the issue frequently!

The order was delayed by 40mins for whatever reason they misplaced the bill. And when the food was delivered, i didn't receive 2 items for which I had to go back to the counter and let them know about the items missing. Kfc=fast food? Well 40mins late food i would say.

We had bad quality of food while we had purchased at last week of Wednesday .

Compared to the other KFC restruants in this one seems by far the slowest service. Maybe that this one has less customers i dont know but always expect a 20 min wait from order to service through the drive through and 10 mins at the counter. Otherwise food 😋 are so good.

The ambience was new. The place looked very neat, clean and quite well lit. Staffs were welcoming and quite helpful. 3 ⭐for parking issues. They have plenty of parking for bike, but car parking is a little issue as we have to park in the road. Food taste was little less last time. Neatly maintained rest room.

KFC is really very very waste of money don't go and food quantity also very less. There is only self-serving also food is not hot. Pls check in McDonald's.

The billing section is a bit small and can get crowded soon, but the dine in at first floor is spacious and clean... Food taste was very good.

Less people were there during pandemic which is a good thing, so better take precautions while stepping into food chains. We order zinger meal box & 1 zinger burger. French fries became soggy we thought of replacing but ate it. Wings was good & even zinger burger was awesome. Not a fan of cold drinks so didn't try Pepsi

Ordered crispy fried chicken, my usual thing to order when i try kfc, but this time taste of it was very disappointing... Outside was appitizing but inside was quiet not so good... Staff was very friendly.. Plz concentrate on the taste.
