It's probably one of the best choice in Puerto Maldonado. The place is nicely located away from the noise by the river. It serves healthy salads, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, crepes and pizzas... So very much adapted to tourists looking for something different than Peruvian food. There is a very nice relaxing atmosphere with cool sofas upstairs and nice music. Downstairs, the major problem is the smell that comes from time to time from the gutters presumably. The second issue is that you can probably fit only about 25 people upstairs.

The sweetest, most kind service. The lemon chia loaf and lemon tart were amazing! Pizza was tasty too. Great atmosphere! Best spot in town!

This place makes the best juice I've had in my life 🤯 the sandia-maracuya juice is ridiculous. Been back every day just for it. Staff is super friendly and the vibe upstairs is awesome

We loved this little cafe. We ate here 3 times during our stay in Puerto Maldonado. Loved the healthy options with quinoa and acai bowls. The fresh juice is awesome. Service was great. They even assisted us with getting a taxi when we needed a ride to the airport.

This place is just pure heaven if you are looking for a good crepe or a nice salad. The food is very good, the service is nice and the place itself looks cozy.

We stayed there most of the day to work, the coffee and food was delicious and the Wi-Fi is super fast so it’s a great place if you’re working remotely!

This is the best place to eat in Puerto Maldonado with regards to food quality and price. I enjoyed every meal I ate here as well as the drinks and desserts. The waitress who works on a Saturday works really, really hard and is always friendly and kind! I hope she gets the praise she deserves. I wish it was open on a Sunday!

I am visiting Puerto Maldonado for 10 days as part of my “world tour,” and ran across La Semilla—good stuff for sure! In particular I liked the fact that my americano was a strong cup of coffee. So many others are weak. Also, I asked for picante salsa with my omelette and ¡wow! was it great. A little sweet with solid spice, created on-site. The upstairs area with power outlets and wifi has a choice of seating and a fan. I really liked it, and plan to return.

People visit this place for the vegetarian options. I tried this place multiple times, and finally, the chicken sandwich was the one thing that was good! It may have been the veggie shortage, but the wrap I had barely had any veggies in it. The Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad because of the absence of the main ingredient: Caesar dressing. Instead they use a ketchup + mayo combo (they call it 'golf sauce'). The caprese panini isn't on panini bread, but toast and uses a skimpy amount of shredded mozzarella. I stopped trying to get smoothies there after ordering a chocolate one and being returned with a non-chocolate mixed fruit substitution that I didn't want. The pies are really tasty though. Better off going here for a coffee and pastry or a beer than food. Lemon merengue pies are good!! The setup and atmosphere is nice too.

A laid-back space serving up tasty smoothies, juices, coffee, snacks and meals. There is a nice breeze since it’s on the third floor. It’s a great place to meet travelers and locals alike.

Well located with beautiful view of river from the upper level. They have a wide variety of vegetarian options to choose from and we tried quite a few 😆 They take their time to prep and serve food and it is worth the wait .

The food was really great, nice to have a 'green meal' after all the meat dishes that you usually get in Peru. Service was bad tho, once the waitress had brought our food, we never saw a waiter again. Had to go down to ask for the menu again for our dessert, waited for 10 minutes before i went down again and order our dessert. These were 2 frappes and a piece of lemon pie (already prepared on the counter). Took 25 minutes, although there was only one other guest (who didn't order anything). When another waitress brought us our frappes, she first went to the table with the guy sitting alone (with 2 frappes as an order) 😅 the frappes were also 90% mixed ice cubes with barely any flavour.

Small restaurant outside of the main road. The burrito and the Juices were delicious. The waitress was super nice and the atmosphere is great. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill restaurant with delicious vegetarian options at a very reasonable price.

Super tasty healthy food and juices. Had the falafel and quinoa bowl and it didn't disappoint. Could have been vegan without cheese. Lovely atmosphere and cosy vibe.
