our trip starts tomorrow morning and there is no communication.. we booked the trip 3 weeks ag. I called several hundred times with no response. I emailed to them but no response. I wrote many messages on whatsapp but no response... we paid fully for our trip but not sure if the trip will happen if we don't get any answers from them.

We had a terrific experience on our 3-day, 2-night excursion. Activities ranged widely and included exploration, learning, silence, movement, and recreation. Our guide, Paul, looked out for us very well. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and saw so much beauty. After a day of exploration, cooling off in the pool was a wonderful idea. They were accommodating with a vegetarian diet, and the food was excellent. I'd heartily advise using them. Very good value considering what we spent and what we received.❤️❤💯👍

Worst experience ever!!! The tour was organised in a really bad manner... nobody had a clue what to do and we had to wait for hours and hours without getting any information. Once we wanted to complain, nobody felt responsible. Eventually we were able to talk to the manager... instead of receiving an apology he got really rude and hang up the phone. Don't waste your money with this company... they don't care at all!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Amazon jungle of Peru, we saw many wild animals, I recommend visiting Lake Sandoval on the way we found many capuchin monkeys and hundreds of squirrel monkeys jumping from tree to tree it was a unique experience, I hope to return soon, I thank this agency for organizing our tour and all the cooking staff for the delicious food and our guide Bastian with whom we climbed trees thank you all for your help

Absolutely horrible company, overcharge, and the itinerary advertised is nothing like the actual tour. When we arrived someone with the company literally asked us for our itinerary and how much we needed to pay, they had absolutely no organisational abilities. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

My Family had a good experience being attended quickly from our first inquiry, we made the reservation online, receiving assistance every time we had doubts, the best thing was during our stay in the middle of the Amazon jungle, the landscapes will remain in our memories our family had rewarding moments to remember 10 points

They don't reply to enquiries and left me hanging. Poor communication, would not recommend.

We went on their day trip with Nilton and visited an indigenous family, and meeting the river waters. The trip was great for the reason that the places visited were dense and green with what the Amazon provides, thanks to our guide, Milton made the trip fantastic

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Tambopata Jungle. Our guide Bastian was friendly, informative and kept us safe on our jungle adventure. The food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking in the trees, boating down the Rio Madre de Dios in search of caimans, canoeing on the lake, or just rocking in a hammock and reading a book, Tambopata Jungle Lodge is me. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I would love to come back and do it again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with our guide Luis. His wealth of knowledge is massive and we enjoyed learning about each creature we happened upon. Each of our excursions were well thought out, early in the morning to see Macaws, kayaking and afterwords caiman tours. Food was also really good, the kitchen staff did a phenomenal job and kept us well fed. Very happy with our time here, highly recommend!

I booked the Active Adventure Sandoval Lake and Parrots Clay 5 Days tour with this Company in April 2016. The tour given was not as advertised on the website when I booked. Although the tour description has since been changed. Wanted to charge me another $79 each to fulfill the advertised itinerary. Not happy with this Company or the way they treat their customers. Also be warned they are not the providers of the tour just third party agents.

We reserved just one day before arriving, luckily they accepted our request and the next day they were already at the bus station waiting for us. thanks for everything great experience

We had a wonderful time at the Jungle. Paul is a great guide with lots of jungle knowledge. The rest of his team took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. I appreciate them!!!
