Simone/Alexandra was a delight. She is very customer focused and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and she was able to assist on my extra fast request to have my clothes cleaned after my trip from Machu Picchu. She also was very thoughtful during breakfast and asked what I would like. Thank you for a wonderful stay A+!!! Aaron
