A lovely cafe situated on the "bustling" Main Street of Mount Tambourine. The architecture of the restaurant, cafe and wine cellar are beautiful and so well thought out for the area. Like an inviting winter lodge to return to, to take shelter from the chill and cold outside. There are outdoor seating for the sunny days and warm cozy interior (there's even a fire place!) within the restaurant to seek all types of refreshment. From tapas like dishes, to hearty soups with fresh bread or more substantial fairs to choose from. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Although the prices are a bit steeper than other cafes, I appreciate that the extra was clearly distinguished by the inviting atmosphere and terrific staff. I think this would be a particularly lovely spot for overseas visitors looking for something quite unique and special to experience.

Beautiful place, from the gardens to the rustic atmosphere, nice food and great wines, and gift shop. Love visiting here, awesome location and very enjoyable.

Yes, even an attraction for wine lovers. A must for those looking for something to pair with their chocolate or cheese.

It was raining yesterday unfortunately we have no chance to find other cafes for breakfast. Ended up here and the food is way too pricey! $23 for a vegetarian breakfast with some bits of pieces of everything. What a joke!

We’ve been purchasing wine from Mount Tambourine Winery for over 7 years now and the customer service isn’t even as close to what it use to be and if it wasn’t for having a bottle of my favourite wine I probably wouldn’t return because of the poor unfriendly service. We use to come in and most of the staff knew us and we had one lady Angie who was absolutely amazing and her customer service was above any staff they currently have. We’ve been members for over 6years now and we don’t even get asked anymore, we are regular customers and it’s a shame that they take more pride in provided excellent customer service as in the past.

Lovely wine tasting experience. Wines were chosen carefully based off our pallet and the staff was very informative and friendly. The vineyard out the front is a great place to explore while travelling down the Gallery Walk, and the decor of the venue is done up just beautifully with a gift shop attached as well.

Had a great experience with wine tasting. The staff is very professional and could advice you according to what wine you used to drink or like. They will return wine tasting fee once you purchase with their wine which I think it’s a very good deal. I have tried their unwound 2018 Chardonnay and along with couple of red and fortified wine. My friends and I end up purchasing bottle of wine each. The price is quite fair.

Some wonderful and unapologetically over-the-top wines on their standard menu (note the Black Shiraz). Pleasant food on order and friendly wait staff. Relaxing family-friendly outdoor environment. Been here twice and will come again.

Charged $8 for three very stingy pours of decent, but grossly overpriced wine from a rude server. Much better wineries in the area.

Pity all references say they are open at a certain time, 9.30, but when you get there the sign on the front says 10am but the shop next door say maybey 10.30 or 11 am. Time to move on.

We arrived at 350pm and weren’t able to sit down even thought the winery closes at 4pm. We went over to Witches Fallls which was so much more beautiful of a setting and a wonderful, personalised wine tasting in a little vineyard - and took hour time during the tasting even an hour after their close time!

I know they are on Long Road, but that doesn't mean we have to wait a long time for food. Service was ssslllooowww. Hot chips were cold when they arrived. Burgers were tasty but couldn't make up for the rest.

Very disappointed. My husband and I came here looking forward to an awesome experience which we had here once before This time however we felt there was very little customer service paid $5 each for a tasting and the one wine I was looking forward to I couldn't have as the bottle was unopened. Very poor service we felt rushed and intended on stocking up our cellar but left empty handed and will not be back .😭😭

Friendly service, yet to try our purchases. The pay for tasting was uncool, seems to be a trend up the mountain but not interstate, guess it keeps bludgers away. I suggest you pay but it you buy that comes off the total.
