The hotel is inside the colony so only online booking customers come. I went with my wife and they gave me a room with two single beds attached. I did not see first but when I saw, I told them that we are a couple not brother and sister. She said she will change the next day. Next day when I said to change the room, she said we are full. But guess what, there were no customers except us in the hotel. When I insisted again then she changed the room and gave us a double bed room. Food was good but service level was low.

Pros: If you are looking for a serene place amidst the chaos of the city at a reasonable price then this should definitely be your 1st choice. It is pretty close to most of the offices and Apollo Proton is just a km away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. In house restaurant is available and complimentary breakfast buffet is provided. Cons: The taste of the food could have been a bit better but its not bad. Overall I am definitely going to stay there on my next visit and will also recommend others to do so.

Rooms are good. Kettle was not available but when asked they provided. Malls and beaches are under 30 mins distance by cab. Located in quiet area. Overall decent stay.

Pros : The location was very serene, The room was clean and had nice interiors. Cons: The breakfast is an insult, just two things are on buffet, no water served, no coffee or other. The staff are less trained in hospitality things only are given to you when you ask, and you have to ask more than once. No cutlery. No coffee or tea kettle like in the website. Complete misrepresentation.

Stayed 3days in this hotel. 1. Room is Neat and clean. 2. Polite and friendly staffs. 3. Hotel atmosphere and location is good(No vehicle sound. No horn) 4. Wifi speed is good. Thinks need to improve by hotel management. 1. Morning breakfast should prepare early (at least 7.30 am). (Person who is leaving for seminar early in the morning, can’t utilize the complimentary). 2. Kettle is not available in room. So it’s not possible to make coffee, tea and hot water.

The staff was really cordial and friendly. The food was also decently good. A caretaker is available at all times. The rooms for big enough for two people. The location is also nice as it is close to some of the tech parks. Cabs are able to find the hotel easily. It's close to the coastline.

Rooms were clean but we specifically requested a double bed, instead we ended up with 2 single beds. Edit: After posting this review, I got a call from the property, they confirmed that they will do better service next time, this is appreciated. But to my surprise they have asked me to remove this review, if this was being followed in past, I'm not sure the reviews are credible here.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room and the entire hotel are clean and kept hygienic. Very friendly staff and supportive Laxmikanta manager. Calm, serene and peaceful location. Value for money.

The room is clean and tidy. Very centrally located. Extremely helpful staff and good hospitality. Breakfast buffet can definitely be improved. Dinner was very good though.

Rooms are compact and cozy. Shower wasn't working in one of our rooms. There was electricity problems, one phase was cut so some rooms had AC cut and others water heaters power cut, it's a EB problem not really a hotel issue. The service people were friendly and cooperative. They are mostly north Indians. So they make good phulkas, rottis, pepper Chicken masala, but not good dosas lol. Very affordable food and affordable rent. Has 4 parking in building. Quiet place so can park some cars outside without hassle as well.

Rooms are clean and the bed is quite comfortable. Front desk staffs are so helpful, especially Lakshmikanth. The service is reasonable and the main draw back is that almost all the staff speak no local language and very little English

Best place to stay for a night or 2. Food is decent. Rooms are clean and adequate. Single occupancy is also available. Well priced.

Clean, minimalistic rooms and comfortable mattress. Also not on a busy street so no city noises to keep you awake. Didn't get to try the breakfast. Check in and checkout experience was smooth and painless. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel for a whole week. The neighbourhood is pleasant, quiet, calm. No disturbances at all. The service inside hotel is very good. Top quality. Reception people are also very welcoming. They know Hindi, Tamil, English. The food especially is very tasty. You would be able to figure that out from the breakfast. Cheaper and good quality food compared to any choice in the neighbourhood. Finding autorichshaw in the neighbourhood would be difficult task. Uber and Ola should be the preferred choice.

It is a nice, quiet place. Hardly any noise can be noticed as it is located in a tranquil residential area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was decent and well furnished. Breakfast menu had variations. Room service was prompt.

Had stayed for 4 days. Staff are really cooperative and help out in whatever way possible. Dinner served was also hygienic, freshly made and served at door step. Room is at close proximity to IT parks and airport so can quickly travel. Overall for the price paid the stay was comfortable. I would visit again if there is need.

The staff was the highlight of the trip , they are friendly and helpful with special mention to the concierge Luxmi Kant who came to our rescue when we needed help out of town . The room service and menu was excellent and the rooms are neat with utilities

T’s my first stay in Staylite Suites. It was a relaxing experience. Due to pandemic, many features are closed and there are other restrictions, however it was a pleasant stay. Staff was of great support. Follow ups are much appreciated. There is no much activity or entertainment spots and only one restaurant open,  Chef Shankar, who I met during breakfast was very active and prompt, he seemed to be asking people about their stay and experience. In room dining was good too. Room could have been prepared better for triple occupancy, but it was clean and pleasant. TV and glasses need to be sanitized as I could see finger prints. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to stay again.

Please don't chose this hotel, very bad service. Staffs are not available at the reception at night. Gates are remain closed till morning, as we reached the hotel at 2.50 morning. We have to wait outside untill 5.00 am. They don't even feel sorry for their fault instead they remind us about the checkout time.

Located in total residential locality. Only 4 parking, that to very squeezing. Out of two rooms we had one was spacious other was not. If maintained more carefully, this is can have 4 star ranking from me.

Good hotel, best for someone looking in and around ECR. Their balcony space is highlight though it's very small but I like the idea where anyone wants to have fresh air use it rather than sitting 24/7 in AC.

Rooms are good but service needs to really improve. The kitchen opens only at 7 in the morning.. So u dont even get a cup of tea.. Similarly in the evening the tea is served only at 5 since t he kitchen is closed.. Room service cleaning is not done regularly. They don't even provide an electric kettle in the room.. Very difficult for senior citizens

I stayed at an executive suite room which is spacious enough and nothing lesser in compared to a star hotel. Also room service food was very good which was prepared fresh once you order it.
