Thankfully on Bharani hotel's favour there is no lesser star than one. Yesterday I went to this hotel after coming back from my Girivalam, Thiruvanmiyur. Due to the hectic travel and walk I was literally limping with hunger and didn't look appealing on my outfit. The reason why I said all these because, the restaurant people were very judgemental by seeing the I walk and my dressing, straightaway he asked me sit on table which is hidden from the view and ckose to the washroom approach. I would rate this discriminating behaviour and condemn it to the core. I thought at least their food quality would be better. But to my bad it was even worst. As the chill rice with lot of lumps especially when they serving the hot rice for the other tables. Okay, its not just ends there. After all these non sense, the most racist restaurant manager(hope so, the one with the tie) didnt even bother attending the table and serve water and fill the rice or any need. Immediately after I completed the food, the cleaning boys were more keen on taking the utensils. When I complained about this behaviour at the cash counter to a lady who is handling, she didnt have any ears to hear those. My sinceare suggestion to anyone who step into this hotel, please go well dressed and groomed. Beause knowing their taste and being not the first time visiting I won't refrain other's from visiting. Because I know their food, having tasted it before and being regular customer I visited this time around. But happened to see their other face. My serious note to Hotel Bharani, please be true to the money you get from every single customer enter into your premises and treat every single penny as equal. As I said this is not the first time I visited your hotel. But definetely not again.

One of the worst hotel I have ever visited If the review section had 0 star rating I would probably do that poor service by the workers I ordered Naan and panner butter Masala for take away and the payment was over. For like 35 minutes the workers there was laughing and talking loudly in front of the customer,after like 45 minutes they are saying that they forgot to take our order among themselves in front of us and around 10 minutes they gave our order Without any apologies. the Naan was like a rubber so hard to chew and I saw a fly and a big slice of onion in the gravy EVEN AT KAIYENDHI BHAVAN THEY TREAT US WELL COMPARING TO THIS WORTHLESS HOTEL 😡😠

The rooms are really congested, the ceiling and corners of walls were damaged, the bathroom was congested but clean. There was no doormat , the floor was not clean, drinking water was not provided, they charge extra if payment is done online, complimentary breakfast was provided which was mini tiffin, we has to wait 1 hour to get the complete order.

On 13th March 2023, I had mini meals in the hotel. The food was horrible particularly the sambar rice.

Today I ordered mini tiffin through swiggy. It was to have pongal vada iddly and masala dosa. I didn't get pongal as it was over they never called to ask if it was ok. Instead they sent two water soaked iddlys. No red chutney as requested. Awful experience specially when hungry

Great place to dine-in. People who like quiet ambience will definitely love it. Food is also very good and served neatly especially Chinese cuisine. Happy mealing

Ordered Tanjore meals.. Never had this kind of worst quality meal. Even a road shop will provide some quality.. 137 Rs paid.. Not even one either sambar or karaklambu has any vegetables.. Only onion and tomato.. I never had this kind of worst quality meal even in road shop.

We as a Family visited several times to this Bharani Hotel Restaurant. But last couple of times, We had a terrible experience. Foods are real time worst. Particularly, rest rooms are utterly smells disgusting. I informed to cashier women. She is not even ready to listen about the Customer queries.

A best vegetarian hotel, economic with A/ C seating. A loud manager is there, may be he can be more calm! His presence is just all over the place! He dominates the place. But he's a good person who can sometimes be mistaken to be rude! However for a decent vegetarian food, it's my favorite place and I keep going there... will continue to go too.

I had booked 5 rooms during a function in my family in 2019. The rooms were well kept and clean and all the furnishings were good. All my guests who occupied the accommodation were happy and satisfied. The staff were courteous, efficient and understanding.

Had Veg parotta here tasted very bad, mostly we do online orders from this hotel & the taste used to be good & quantity is also sufficient for a single person, today I thought of dining in which is a bad decision I was very disappointed. Their baby corn fry is also very salty. Spoons we're not clean. The staff are very polite & humble. Such a disappointment.

Ordered Bharani Special Meal from them via Swiggy. Sambar had a dead fly swimming in it. Rice had a sour, chemical taste. After two bites it was burning in my throat and I couldn’t eat anymore.

We have not stayed here, but today we have taken our lunch here, Bharani Special South Indian Meal is really Awesome, ofcourse other dishes too. Good place to eat with your family and friends. Lunch Is Truly, value for money. Honestly I can say one thing, very few Restaurants are maintaining this standard in price and quality in Chennai. Hats off to the Bharani Owner, God bless him for his good work.

Good and clean place to stay. Nice locality so good for family too. Breakfast at restaurant was tasty.

The food was okay. But the service was poor. Only one lady was handling the whole dining room. It took ages to get the stuff we ordered. And they took orders for items that were over and we were never informed until we had to ask them again. Felt sorry for that lady. I don't think we'll be going here again.

I have been relishing the best Andhra Food in Adyar for more than a decade now. Speciality is the Thali.

The hotel looks pleasant, but at 11:30 am they had NO item available other than 3 varieties of dosa and tea/coffee. No other tiffin or lunch items ! But the ordered masala dosa and chutney sambar was very tasty.

Lot of Veg Menu items available . No seperate car parking facility is available . Online food delivery is also available for this hotel.

We had lunch - meals from Bharani. We had an amazing experience Having food there in the year 2015, and we so wanted to relive the memory and went there for lunch. It was utter disaster, none of the items tasted good. We had Bharani special meals. Not a single item tasted good. And cauliflower was spoilt, when we addressed this concern, the management did not even care about it and just said it was fresh. Definitely wouldn't visit again.

Good Hotel on the main road. Host Paramesh is super friendly and very active in providing what you need in time. I went with my family of 4 and the stay was perfect. Although the food is served in restaurant only, but on request they will give you in your room. Breakfast is complimentary. Given the hot humid conditions of Chennai, this hotel is perfect spot to stay near Besant Nagar beach. And to mention the awesome food in the restaurant below is tasty. Prices are very competitive and yes they do have parking in their other hotel Kings Cross which is walking distance away.

Food is served fast and hot. Tasted much like home cooked food. Neat maintenance of the place too.

Over all the ambience is good and pleasant and there food also taste's good but the one only drawback is that the food is being served a couple of mins late usually that to its bcoz the cook when once the order is placed

This is a very good veg restaurant. I personally liked the Thanjavur meals and the Bharani special meals as there were lots of koottu and kolambu with so much of rice. And the price and taste was worth it.
