Sales - they were amazing at helping me secure an apartment and the application and tours were top notch service Move in - the best move in experience I have ever had and I’ve lived in several high end apartments that do not even come close to this apartment complex Apartment - the apartment was in immaculate condition and extremely homey compared to the super new cold feeling apartment complexes Parking - gated parking and extremely secure and convenient Sound - the apartments are the quietest apartments I’ve ever lived in. The concrete construction makes a world of difference Staff - Lisa, Sharom, and Farrah were so kind and helpful. They literally are on top of every detail a tenant would ask, want, or need. The service is out of this world. The staff made this experience amazing for me Location - easily the best location in all of Tampa. You can walk to almost everything, be in the heart of events, and still have a sense of peace here. Maintenance - extremely prompt and proactive. Bill is amazing! Overall - easily the best apartments in all of Tampa. I’m looking forward to this year and living here at Bayshore!

There are many factors involved in the process of finding a rental "home." The boxes that need to be checked can be not only numerous, but overwhelming. This was my experience until I found Farrah Muller, Assistant Property Manager at 2bayshore. Ms. Muller not only asked the right questions, but she "listened." It was not only that she communicated so expeditiously, but that she took the time to think outside the box to resolve my needs. Ms. Muller's presentation at the property was impeccable. It demonstrated a: perfect location, immaculate premises, first class amenities, and "character." I believe that the warmth and care demonstrated by Ms. Muller will translate into the type of community venue that I want my family to experience.

We were looking at the apartments around Tampa and this is one of the places we saw. Building looks OK. Amenities not bad. But very old fashion not updated apartments. Very old style. The leasing agent who was doing the tour seams so nervous all the time . The apt the she show us was terrible. I ask myself why would you show me something so bad and expect me to live there ???? Why ????

If you are renting in Tampa, this is the place! They do an amazing job. Very responsive and great attention to detail. Everyone is so nice and everything works the way it's supposed to. Wonderful experience!

This is one of the best apartment buildings I have been to! The location is perfect with the waterfront view being one of the best aspects. The amenities are excellent and are well maintained, as are the apartments! The team is lovely! Farrah & Natalie have been so helpful and kind for every question I had. This building truly feels like home due to the wonderful team, great property, and proximity to everything!

We love it here! 2Bayshore is exactly what we were looking for. The location and amenities are perfect for us. We have 2 kids under 3 and we can walk to everything. The building is safe and well-maintained. The staff has made our experience superb. They are all kind and care about the community. In the front office: Natalie, Farrah, Tracie, and Lisa have all gone above and beyond. Brian and Alex are very nice and responsive if you have any maintenance questions. Our experience has been better than expected.

I have lived at 2Bayshore for almost a year, recently transferred to another apartment in the same community. Lisa in the office made it happen in 24 hours! Wow.. I love where I live, it is clean, beautiful , quiet and great location. The office staff , especially Lisa are friendly and genuinely sincere about your life, concerns and always have a great attitude and smile. You will feel welcome and at home living here !

I’ve been very happy choosing 2Bayshore as my new home in the South Tampa area. As a Gulf Coast native, I was searching for an apartment that would not only provide convenience but also maintain a stress free living (good neighbors, well kept amenities, etc). Fortunately, 2Bayshore exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I’ve been a resident for over 1 year. From the moment I first contacted 2Bayshore, their team made the entire moving process seamless. They were responsive, accommodating, and guided me through every step of the way. Their commitment to effective communication truly sets them apart from other apartment complexes. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions, they were always prompt and attentive, addressing any queries or concerns I had with utmost care. Living among the residents at 2Bayshore has been an absolute pleasure (residents are primarily young couples/families through empty nesters). I’m thrilled to say that everyone in the building maintains a respectful and friendly atmosphere, contributing to a sense of community that I greatly appreciate. I have yet to encounter a single issue during my time here, and if ever there were any minor concerns, the management team would address them promptly and efficiently.

We love living at 2 Bayshore! Friendly and helpful staff in the office and maintenance teams. The property is well kept with several amenities. They always have wonderful events to enjoy monthly. Location is key at this property. You can walk the riverwalk or to plenty of events.

Having recently moved to the US from the UK, we couldn’t be more thrilled to call Bayshore our new home! Everything from our first meet and greet with Farrah, the tour of the property and it’s many amazing amenities, to finally moving in. We can not wait to explore more of what Bayshore has to offer it’s residents and make our house a home 🥰

Beautiful apartments. Wonderful two-story gym. Secure. Many amenities. Close to Tampa General Hospital. Mostly professional residents. Spacious apartments.

Great experience overall. Lisa was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process (the initial tour, the application process, and through move-in). The community is clean and calm as well. Would recommend!

Management does very little to control the parking crisis here. They give residents a sticker for their passenger side window to enter the gate and that's about it. Management ask tenants not to park on the first floor which is great curb appeal if you're thinking of purchasing a unit here since it doesn't look like there is a parking issue. However, the reality is management of parking spaces stops at the gate. Literally! Once you enter the gate, and begin driving up to the various floors, parking is chaotic. Residents from higher floor levels park on lower levels (so they don't have to drive to the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors as it can easily add an additional three to five minutes to their trip). So, why live on a high level floor if you're not willing to drive up there? Also, what about the tenants who live on the first floor since they can't park there and it's for GUESTS ONLY? By the way, non-paying personnel. Plenty of parking on your side of the building management; because, is what ultimately happens due to management's lack of practice is a parking shortage crisis. Parking spaces should be limited to one or two cars max with ASSIGNED PARKING implemented and possibly scrapping the guest parking so tenants who do live here have a place to park! This will guarantee tenants who live on their respective floors have a place to park. If you own a car bigger than a Hyundai, you're going to hate parking here. Plus, tenants fly through the parking garage. ON a short, maybe 300 foot stretch, tenants will speed and at the last second break hard to make the turn to travel onto the next floor. I have almost been hit numerous times by these idiots who fly through the parking garage. I've seen several who had to have reached 25MPH in the parking garage. Also, tenants spend good money to live here only to have loud parties, rude neighbors, and stomping. Yes, the stomping above the apartment unit will drive you crazy! I'd be willing to bet management lives on the 8th floor since they're aware and don't want to deal with that. So, due to loud neighbors, parking issues, and stomping, I do not recommend living here until these things improve. UPDATE: Nice passive aggressive approach. Also, interesting how you got a 10 story parking garage out of an 8 story complex. Working on your communication and stop sounding so condescending! That's as far as I got. Thank you. UPDATE 2: They changed their original response. Not surprising considering there are 31 units available as of today, 09/02/2023. A lot of people are leaving. Before you know it, they will be offering section 8 housing deals; first two months free and lowering rent as most tend to increase $150 PER MONTH at renewal. Looks like a lot of people caught the tail end of a good thing and calling it quits as the reviews are misleading. Three stars are fair when considering location and amenities.

What a amazing apartment! Directly on the Tampa bay. In the heart of parades and festivals or just a scenic walk on bayshore. So beautifully designed with comfortable areas to watch television, gorgeous pool with plenty of private seating and even a place to grill. Top notch exercise equipment and gourmet coffee station. The list goes on. It’s more like resort living than apartment life! The staff are always so courteous and helpful. Very prompt to assist with any and all requests. This place makes Tampa life even better!

Sharom was so detailed on my tour. I was a walk in and she still made time for me and took me through the whole process. Extremely nice she fits this community and I hope to be a future resident soon.

I'm here to write a review for Sharom because she was a pleasure to work with. Sharom did her job and did it well by making it easy on me, which is priority 1 in my opinion. There were no unpleasant surprises and Sharom went above & beyond to help me with my move-in. I've only been here a week but so far, tenants and staff have all been very pleasant.

Beautiful place to live with amazing location and resort style amenities. The location is one of the best in the downtown area. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants are all within walking distance. We really have enjoyed living here!

First, I would like to start off by being transparent that I both live AND work at 2Bayshore Luxury Apartment Homes - But I wouldn't want to be anywhere else! Many of the reasons of why I love working here are major factors in my decision to move in here as well. To start, the concrete construction makes a world of difference both personally and professionally. I very rarely experience ANY noise from my neighbors and also have minimal noise complaints reported to the office. Next, the location cannot be beat! I barely take my car out of the 10 story covered parking garage because everything I need is conveniently close by. Publix is right across the street as is a 24 hour Walgreens. There's also a UPS store as well that acts as an Amazon Return Drop Off location AND has a notary! At any time, I can walk down Bayshore Blvd. along the water or head down the Tampa Riverwalk to Curtis Hixon Park, Armature Works or Sparkman Wharf. Otherwise, you can catch me in Hyde Park Village grabbing dinner at Meat Market and shopping at Lulu Lemon or walking to Amelie for a Lightning Game! If I do drive anywhere, the Selmon Expressway ramp is close by to quickly get me to St. Pete Beach or Top Golf in Brandon. Lastly, the neighborly community generated by the residents really brings the property to a different level than I've experienced anywhere else I've lived in the area. It is a community that offers respect to its neighbors and does not tolerate pool parties or things of that nature in the apartments. I've enjoyed my two years here so far and looking forward to many more!

As far as location and price and overall quality This place has it. It’s very nice and well maintained. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. The building is made of stone so it does a great job of getting rid of the sound from the street. Highly recommend.

Living here has been absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t a huge fan of apartment living but they helped us acclimate. The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. Walking distance from Publix and right on bayshore. Living here allows me to live my life on the go with easy access to downtown, the River walk and Hyde Park.
