Dr. Camacho was wonderful with my son during his audiology appointment. She was very understanding of his apprehension in a medical setting and did everything she could to make him more comfortable! We have also had great experiences with Dr. Brentz & the other ENTs at the practice. Scheduling is quick and easy. Thankful for such great care for my son.

I was having trouble breastfeeding my 4 week old baby due to a tongue tie and we went to see Dr. Tirado for a second opinion on whether the tongue tie should be cut. A previous doctor we visited had sent us away asking us to keep trying breastfeeding and if unsuccessful to return. Dr. Tirado was very informative during the meeting and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She ultimately completed the procedure and breastfeeding has definitely improved since then! She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! She is definitely the doctor you want to see at Tampa Children’s ENT!

Dr Tirado is very thorough and friendly. She is very down to earth and doesn’t rush to treat if not really necessary. Her approach is sensible and she treats based on the patient not just the test results! Highly recommend! I’ve also worked with two audiologists in this practice and they were both wonderful! Office staff and MA’s are great with kids and super nice to the parents too!

Originally, my son's pediatrics doctor referred us to come in this office during the next week after the injury. The front desk operator told us to come at that very day for my son's best. The doctor, however, spent less than 5 minutes in the office. She barely did anything and reluctant to give explanation but sent $508 charges which requires $177.24 out of pocket. The billing department did not answer their phone call and told they would call you back within 24 hours. This place just want to make money and cares nothing about you. I want to give 0 reviews if they allow. Such a terrible place.

Excellent care! I am very impressed with the level of care my grandchild received. We had seen other doctors during a months long illness my grandchild suffered and rather than getting better it got worse. I made an appointment with Dr. Tirado and we were able to be seen the next week. The doctor was thorough and listened to our concerns. After an exam surgery was scheduled a few days later and we were made aware of the things to do and not do and everything was great. My grandchild feels better than they have in months! We are grateful for the care and expertise.

I completely love this place !! They are all so friendly and a they have a very clean and welcoming environment . All the employees are super attentive. I had a great experience with Kathy one of the young ladies there and she helped me with all the questions I had she is definitely making a difference thank You for your hard work ! Terrika was incredibly helpful. We had a stressful situation and she stayed in constant communication with us doing everything she could to help. She went above and beyond. This office has been great for caring for not only our child's needs but also the administrative stuff that comes along with going to the doctor. Thank you!

I would leave zero stars if I could. We are supposed to be walking out the door right now for my 6 year olds surgery and the ent JUST called me saying we needed to give them another $600 upfront or they can't do the surgery that is already scheduled for 12 today and yesterday we already paid $600 and set up payments but they wait until 11 to call and ask for more money. Unbelievable. Not to mention we already paid $330 just for them to shine a light in her nose and throat 20 minute appointment. Such a shame you guys wait until 1 hour before our daughters appointment to call. Terrible communication terrible all around all they want is money.

Fast, amazing personal and friendly staff, great for working parents who don't have time to waste waiting. My daughter had a history with the office they improved her life quality with adenoids and ear tubes surgery. My son now is a new patient, and looking forward to keep coming to this office. Highly recommend it!!!!!

Dr Hotchkiss has been wonderful to our newborn daughter! She came highly recommended and it is obvious why. The staff is very sweet, we have had a great experience!

Dr Brentz is the worst provider ever. She does not care about your child’s health but only money. Her new patient visit lasted 5 min and she has zero bedside manners. She could not diagnose an ear infection when we were at the office and the next day my son ended up in the urgent care in severe pain. The exam was horrible and had she done a more thorough examination the first time, she could have properly diagnosed him then. When I brought him back, it was a completely different examination experience, which again if she had done right the first time my son wouldn’t have ended up in urgent care. Not only did I pay a copay for his initial exam visit, my son suffered, unnecessarily, another day in pain, and then we had to pay the urgent care copay and charges. Now Dr. Brentz’s office has the audacity to charge me a 2nd, for coming back in so she could “re-examine” when the rest of this could have been avoided had she done her job right the first time and properly diagnosed my son. The manager Barbara does not take accountability for anything! Worst practice ever.

Great place! Amazing staff! Dr. Tirado was very professional. Went in to remove a toy bead that my son stuck in his ear. Urgent care we visited was not able to remove it and we were getting worried. We called in Tampa Childrens’s ENT and got an appointment and got the bead out all in an hour!! Thank you!

My 17 year old daughter was recently in a very serious car accident in which she broke her nose in 2 places. I contacted Nicole with Tampa Children's ENT who is a personal friend of mine, and she immediately set up an appointment at the Tampa office for my child. Unfortunately, my insurance company gave the office many many issues when it came to the referral. The office staff all went above and beyond trying to assist up, and Kathy really helped us, calling Tricare and our pediatrician many many times in order to make this surgery happen within the 10 day time frame needed. We saw Dr. Tirado who was so caring and wanted nothing more than to make my daughter feel pretty again, but was also very realistic with her. The surgery actually went better than we could have expected and Dr. Tirado was actually able to fix the part that she originally had explained based off the CT scan she didn't think she would be able to. Thank you to the entire staff at Tampa Children's ENT but especially to Dr. Tirado, Kathy and Nicole!! Cadence and I thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Dr. Camacho and Dr. Brentz provided great care for our son for over 3 years. The team there also addressed any issues that came up with insurance and were very communicative with aiding us on the administrative side as well. They are a caring and professional office. We highly recommend their specialty care for your children.

Dr Mitchell and the staff of nurses and admins are awesome! Always so patient and good with my two year old. Office is nice and we’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. Our surgery experience was also smooth. So glad we ended up here for ear tubes and adenoidectomy!

My 5 yrs old is a patient of Dr Hotchkiss since he was 1 yr old . I highly recommend Dr Hotchkiss to anyone, she is very compassionate , and lovely. She really put my mind on ease , I am very nervous and he have had done couple procedures with her and even I am in waiting room very nervous I know he is in good hands ....My son needed tonsillectomy 3 yrs ago , I delayed bc of past experience with my oldest one that had some complications 6 yrs ago when we lived in NC , however she never rushed me

Its been almost a month since my 3 1/2 year old son went through surgery with Dr Tirado for tonsils/adenoids removal, turbinates reduction as well as ear plug surgery and I am so happy to say that the results have been AMAZING! Our son had obstructive sleep disorder for many months and we were not aware of it until we brought him to see Dr Tirado who confirmed this and immediately took action to relieve the pain and suffering of my son. I cannot say enough to thank her and the Tampa Children's ENT. My son is a different child thanks to her. All the chronic sinusitis, tiredness, moodiness, ADHD like symptoms, are now gone thanks to this surgery. Yes, the first 10-15 days post surgery are very difficult but they are ALL worth it. I wish more parents dealing with these issues with their kids would read this because our family went through several years without knowing the cause of the problem.

Took my Son to see Dr. Mitchell last summer and he was extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative about his plan of care. When discussing having a BAHA implant vs tympanic membrane repair, he argued that "as many surgeries as it took" and "replacing the tiny middle ear bones" was the superior plan to my Son's ENT plan for a simple BAHA implant as he still has frequent ear infections ( She has been his ENT since infancy.) I left crying my eyes out and terrified to see another provider. If you're looking for a misogynistic,smarmy,smart mouth Doctor, Dr. Mitchell is your guy. Wish I could give less than 1 star

I highly recommend Tampa Children’s ENT and Dr. Yamilet Tirado, My daughter had 2 surgeries with her and everything went very well. Dr. Tirado was very kind and helpful and she explained to me very well how the surgery would be. My daughter is doing much better now after her surgery.

Dr. Hotchkiss and staff have taken amazing care of both of our children. Visits are always on time, and the staff is courteous. Only good experiences for us, and we recommend this practice to all of our friends.

I can not say enough great things about the staff here. I was having an issue with my insurance scheduling my daughter’s surgery and without the help of Nicole and Jaxy I would have not have happened. They both went above and beyond to help me and the personal focus they gave showed how much they truly care about every patient that walks through that door! Dr. Hotchkiss is the best of the best. She also made sure personally that everything was going good prior to our surgery date and made my child feel so special. I HIGHLY recommend Tampa Children’s ENT!

Tampa Children’s ENT were great! Their staff and doctors are the best. They have the best customer service and helped us throughout our son’s surgery process. Dr. Tirado was great from start to finish!

My 12 y.o. daughter was taken care of by Dr. Tirado in the office and she also performed her ear surgery under general anesthesia. She addressed all our concerns and questions, provided great support throughout the treatment and my daughter has excellent outcome. We were also happy with pleasant and professional staff at front desk, as well as with availability and timelines of appointments.

Dr. Brentz is wonderful! Both of my sons see her, we went through the tubes process 3 times, once with my oldest who just graduated and my youngest who is still on his second set of tubes. The staff and doctors are great, you cant go wrong here.

I had both Dr Tirado & Dr Hotchkiss for my kids’ tonsillectomy & adenoids removal. The whole process with both doctors were great, from the initial consultation to the follow up appointment. I felt like we were in great care, and would recommend this practice to anyone needing pediatric ENT care. Neither doctor pushed me towards the procedure and gave me alternative options before surgery.

Our first experience with Tampa Children's ENT from beginning to end was above and beyond expectations. David helped me get my son registered and in for an appointment very quickly & even contacted us the day after letting us know there was a cancellation; allowing us to get him in even sooner, which was great since he had a time sensitive issue. David was not only very helpful, but extremely professional, empathetic and I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his profession, which you barely see nowadays. I felt like my son mattered and that is HUGE to me, especially when healthcare is involved--and even more importantly, his ears and hearing. The ARNP took very good care of our son & allowed him to feel safe in an uncomfortable situation (foreign object removal from his ear) We are so happy our pediatrician recommended this group & we would definitely recommend them to others needing a reliable and respectable ENT. My teen was seen for eval and then surgery with Dr. Tirado. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. My daughter had mild complications the first time we attempted surgery and Dr. Tirado did such a great job explaining everything and developing a plan for the next surgery that would keep my daughter safe. Patient care and a safe outcome were top priority. I highly recommend Dr. Tirado and Tampa Children’s ENT.
