    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS... Update: I've reached out multiple times, and left 2 messages on voicemail, before, and also after Thanksgiving holidays. It's been weeks now since my episode, and I still haven't had anyone reach out to me. Left my name, phone number, etc... My arm has only quit bruising this week. I hadn't been able to use it, or lift much. I'm glad I'm not a massage therapist or a craftsman... I'm humbly self employed with health issues... The red spot from the needle is still slightly there. So, the original needle stick was about a HALF inch away from the wrinkle where your elbow folds. No wonder the vein was painful, blown, damaged. I don't have insurance so it will be a recurring health issue I feel. Now, I feel shunned, disgusted, and overwhelmed, sad and helpless on TOP of my original health concern. I now feel like the 'reach out' on here was just lip service. It's now into December, and I've left multiple messages, still ignored, still no call back, still no answer to my calls. I now feel like I don't have the same use of my right arm as before, it's still painful, gets tired easily, and still tingles... They can sure as heck correspond about their bill, but not check back, or even care about a patients mental and physical we'll being, at the cost of THEIR mistake and gaslighting. They have clearly shown that their bottom line profits are their main focus. I'm right handed, I've had to now severely favor my right arm now, and I have no solution to the new problem that they've caused... I'm disgusted. Original post: Basically a good ER only situation. Quick in and out kinda thing. Except for this... 5 days after my visit and my vein is STILL blown out, bruised and swollen from where they took blood for tests. It's still tingling and uncomtortable. The nurse put it right at my elbow crease, so every time I moved my arm, it hurt. I complained about it being painful then, but the nurse obviously ignored the concern. He chose to gaslight my concerns about the abnormally painful stick. I wish I could share a picture of the bruising. This was the last thing I needed on top of my health issues.

Terrible

    I’d leave zero stars is possible. Bought my sick baby here. The guard at counter called for someone. I sat there 20 minutes and no one came to check us in or ask why we were there. The guard act very impersonal. Go anywhere else but here!

    Nicole mccormack , was kinda of rude & inconsiderate. She put my girlfriends iv in her muscle instead of in her vain that was visible to her and the other nurses in the hospital(picture below). She half cleaned my girlfriend wounds & process to put the same bandage on one of her wounds. I highly do not recommend her for your rn .

    Most of the nurses were very pleasant and I was seen almost immediately. Night nurse was so helpful about their recommendations about my care. Only thing is the day nurse put in my iv incorrectly and seeing other reviews this seems to be frequent. They should probably offer her some more training. Other than that I thought the service was great. But had I not read these other reviews I would have continued blaming the hospital I was transferred to instead.

    Let me start by saying that, unlike several negative comments, my experience at HCA exceeded my expectations. From my arrival at the reception, greeted by the nurse, to the presence of the doctor (who didn't keep us waiting) was amazing. Medical care was punctual: laboratories, MRI, electrocardiogram and CT scan, made the diagnosis quick and accurate. My congratulations to all the staff; keep up the good work!

    I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for anyone who want true an accurate results…I don’t really wanna put them out like the but don’t go in with a broken bone/ or anything serious and don’t let just any nurse do your iv left me with big bruises on my arm as well as bleeding when bandaged came off.

    I must admit I started not to go to this ER after reading their reviews... but I'm glad I did. The Staff were attentive, kind and professional. I am 52 years old and this was the first time in my life I went to the ER and my anxiety didn't go through the roof. My experience with this ER was beyond great. I am so glad I didn't listen to these reviews and went to experience for myself. They were clear on my diagnosis, my medications and after care/follow up. Overall great experience!

    Not a good experience. Had to call Main line for a blanket , had to ask admissions for water and her response was , “If it’s absolutely necessary.”never was given a call button.Everything was a rush, and barely any cars in the parking lot. Dr took off in midstream conversation, was told he would be back, and never saw him again. Monitor was placed on writing hand , and made it difficult for registration.

    I went for care at Hca Florida central 801 e Hillsborough ave around 8:30 am Sunday morning January 22 2023,the first nurse I talk with was a Male I can't remember his name, after saying to him why I was there,in the beginning he wasn't friendly the Male Nurse said to me this was a one time,and said why I didn't see my doctor ,this was emergency and I was in pain,who said that to someone in pain,the Lady Nurse that took my blood and the man that did the ultrasound test they both was very nice and concern they ask how I was doing.i wanted to fill a Survey out didn't get one to my .

    Terrible service by Dr. Christopher Gaines. No support or information about my conditions after an accident, handled me a paper and send me out. Was laughing at me for some reason. Didn’t directed me to a specialist. The security guard treated me better than those people behind the wall. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place.

    Took my son here for a fractured nose and the service was sub par at best! The student nurse was great but the Dr and the main nurse he saw weren’t empathetic or seemed to care at all! We knew his nose was broken when we got there which was obvious but the nurse comes in and says well it’s broken well duh!!!! She goes on to say well we don’t do anything about a broken nose anymore in urgent care? What???? Then he comes in (Dr. Gingerich) with a nonchalant and matter of fact attitude reiterating what the nurse said and referred us to his PCP for a referral to an ENT! They could have said that two hours prior! They didn’t even clean him up. Just gave me gauges and saline solution for me to do it! It’s already no care on this side of town and to put this location here and still receive horrible to no service is beyond me!

    CAME HERE FOR WHAT was an easy help sat in the lobby for almost 30 mins ( I even tried calling the facility twice no answer ) nobody was there looked down the hallway seen people moving back and toward tried to get someone’s attention they just looked at me and turned the other way got irritated and left as I was walking out I noticed another employee in uniform and asked was anybody working the front desk today because no one was there their was no sign up ( informing of a break ) or anything she gave me an I don’t care look and said she’ll let somebody know I usually don’t come to this side of town but I accidentally cut my self at a grocery store . However my nearby facility is RIVERVIEW where they treat you like family and royalty this facility needs to be retrained on CORE VALUES & HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS that are coming to the hospital they all need to be fired if you ask me .And I will be contacting my friends at Baynews 9 .

    We came in in the middle of the night for an emergency and everyone was great. The security guard went above and beyond for me while the doctor and nurses worked on my partner. She even brought me a warm blanket. Everyone was kind and caring. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable while he waited to be transferred to the hospital. The doctor and nurses were awesome. Thank you for making a very scary situation a little better!

    Nice building and staff also but large waste of money. Simple injury lots of oeople with talk paprs and no help. Waited hours and no one else here. Had to leave and to go to real ER these people don't care sa. Shame on them not helping someone they have other
