Our #story of me And My #family today had went to the very first time for us @sweetgreen was straight up really amazing. The services we received was beyond than exactly 5 stars. When we had got our #food we checked our receipt to make sure everything was in direct alignment of a good balanced transaction being done unto us. As we had examined we thought there was an error. So we applied great customer service communication skills unto the server And At the time didn't even know that manager Berto was actually cashing us out lol. As we communicated to Berto about our experience he completely understood And Even educated us about the ordering menu process it was exactly amazing in such insight. Once he finished he gave us a direct gift card toward our next visitation it was truly an honor with such great hospitality we wasn't necessarily treated like customers to me. We was treated with much honorable customer services. It literally felt like we was all direct tribal in such an unionship with the #tampa Florida local community in very so much sounded ways in all honor unto for me And My #family as we just keep applying to live in much sobriety honoring, worshipping And Serving the Almighty, Supreme, Superior EL'ELYON the Most High YAH while steady applying the deep #meditation within YAHUSHA HAMASHISCH the continuous embodiment of the Most High YAH informing us in how we should go about amongst the land And How we are to apply conducting ourselves serving the Almighty Supreme Superior living #natural presence amongst creation along side of us. Last as of being directly a #health nutritionist advocate within the local community for applying much #herbal supplemental plants And Still #fruit into the daily regimen of my #diet And My families also too in #sharing with them. I stalked their social media accounts and begged them to come to Tampa for over four years and what a dream it really was. I made a custom bowl and it was so delicious. It’s only been a few hours and I want another bowl for tomorrow. I’ll see you guys soon sweet green love you.

I am a huge Sweetgreen fan. Great salads. However, got a really bad one where the portion was a third of normal - the bowl was almost empty. Had 3 pieces of chicken, a single tomatoe, and a single small piece of sweet potatoe. I'll change my rating if future experience justifies. but for now, least satisfying sweetgreen experience. A waste of $17.

We loved Sweetgreen for a healthy and delicious dinner while we were in the Tampa. The food was wonderful and fresh, the woman making our salads was super friendly and knowledgeable, and it was just a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The bbq chicken salad was amazing (substituted kale for spinach). And the peach and goat cheese salad was the perfect balance of greens to add-ins. The goat cheese was some of the creamiest goat cheese I have ever tasted. Not very pricey but full of flavor and large portions! Highly recommend

I have just placed an order with uber eats and all the salad dressings were missing!!! not acceptable, it is like a hot dog without any sausage!!!! I tried to call you but there are so many other options (text message, etc.) that it is impossible to get an employee on the phone! bad customer service in my view! now i ordered another salad bowl hopefully there will be sauce inside the bag!!! I want a full refund on my uber order! order number 157616971 I'm leaving in one hour to the airport! I love your bowls and good prices but this time you messed up!

OMG! This is a must go to place for salads. The BBQ squash was amazing, warm, candied with some onions. I have the Kale Cesar. It was the perfect portion. Very filling. The other bowl was a create my own salad. The bread was so good. The bowl was interesting. I wish you guys where closer cause I’ll be back.

Their food is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! As a health + wellness coach I’m very picky about where I eat and this is my new go-to fast health food spot because they source local first and all their ingredients are organic!🙌🏼 Their portion sizes are huge too which is a plus! Can’t say enough good things about their friendly staff, aesthetic of their establishment, and quality and tastiness of their food! Five stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely love this place. Portions are great, plus a nice variety of topping. Tonight we had the pleasure of getting our bowls made by Jamie. He was amazing!

Probably one of the worst food items I’ve had in a long time. I understand trying to be healthy, but not using any flavor? The chicken was so bland I had to spit it out. I mean it was terrible. It tasted like it had been boiled in water and chopped up and threw on top. I was also supposed to get a warm bowl but it was ice cold and all the ingredients were raw and without flavor. Not even salt. I am a very active and healthy individual and watc what i eat so I thought this place would be good, but even I use seasoning. I couldn’t even eat this so I lost $15 due to DoorDash policy. I couldn’t even get a credit to try something different so awful experience here. Obviously I would never go back. Absolutely disgusting. There are way better bowl places than this.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been trying to eat healthier & this makes it so much easier! I work just down the street. Most days I just place an order on their app, and it’s ready when I get there. I just run in and grab it. They have a super easy app, which also includes discounts and rewards. The place is immaculate. They have a board that shows you where all the ingredients are sourced, what is local and what is organic. I love the transparency and that they do use lots of local and don’t try and pretend like everything is local or organic (which is really hard to do). And the salads are DELICIOUS!!! My goal is to try them all. It’s easy to customize and you can even creat your own. One of the best parts is the salad dressing mix-in option. I used to work in restaurants & the best salad makers, IMO, do a great job of mixing the dressings in. Sweet greens does this & the way they put it all together makes the salads that much better. You can still get dressing on the side and you can customize how much you get, mixed in OR on the side. The app even calculates the calories of extras, like dressings, or toppings (or minuses when you removed items), which is a nice feature when you are counting calories. So far, parking hasn’t been an issue either. It’s across from the popular Armature Works, and in the bottom of the Pearl apartments. Ever since I went to a salad place similar to this in NYC, I have been wanting one here. It’s really nice to have a fast, healthy & delicious salad specialty place nearby! A great place to grab a healthy and yummy meal. It is on the expensive side, but it’s a HUGE bowl packed with lots of fresh food. The staff was nice and was clear on the price of everything (still had to get the Brussels sprouts though - yum!) Only complaint is that they didn’t have many drink options. I will definitely be back.

My new go to for a quick clean meal, especially after work. What makes this location stand out is the staff. In particular the team member named Kobe remembers my name and makes my day when I come in after a long day at work. He is always in good spirits and asks how my day was and how I am doing. The food is good but Kobe's customer service makes it even better. Definitely need more people like him on the team !

This is for the folks that enjoy some good whole food. The meals are fresh and the sauces are great. Overall love this place!

I get this several times a week because I live next door and the meals have gotten progressively worse. The portions are always small for online orders, the food is never mixed or chopped, the dressings are either not mixed in or not even added at all. I’m sick of consistently receiving subpar food orders. Cancelling my sweetpass and not eating here until this is resolved

The bowl I ordered was very quickly prepared and tasted great. I would say this is pricier for what you're getting than Cava in Water Street, but its the only option like this around the Armature Works area.

Nice place for a create your own salad. The salad dressings, especially the miso ginger sesame, are excellent!

Clean, bright, parking in front. Salads and warm bowls either you choose Ingredients or as per menu. Choose dressing, and sides. Simple, light wood decor. Nice place to relax, low to medium level of noise. Floor to ceiling windows, industrial chic. Hip ambiance.

Ordered pickup from here and was very disappointed. Ordered the $15 Guacamole Green salad and I received it with no dressing, very little chicken, and stale chips. Ordered sweet potatoes on the side and was barely given any. I’ve had Sweetgreen at other locations before and was very excited to try this new location, so I was irritated when my food came out worse than expected.

Really great fresh food. The restaurant is self is so clean and in a cute little area. Staff was super nice and helpful making a bowl creation but they do that pre made bowls. Great vegetable selection with a verity of proteins. Over all a really great experience and the 3x I’ve ate there now the food is consistently good.
