Love this place! It is SO relaxing and chill. The atmosphere is very welcoming, stylish, yet very comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful when asking about drink suggestions. We came in on a cloudy rainy day and got to take advantage of the tables outside and then the open-air bar inside once rains came (they have a cool garage door that rolls-up to make a seated bar open-air!). They have games to enjoy while you’re there, great music and you could easily enjoy a couple hours there relaxing. We’ll done, Grassroots Kava House!!

Overall service is excellent but this is not a good place to go if you have to watch videos or do quiet work. It’s always sooooo loud, I went 3x this week but probably won’t be coming to study again because I have to blow my ears out turning the headphones all the way up and block my ears. Otherwise great spot to hang out, L for studying

Very chill and library'ish. I would definitely recommend to come here to network, study or make business plans . It's ONE of the best kava joints I've been to.. There should be a backside to menu, I think and if there is I apologize. I'll take more pics later

Decent coffee drinks at average prices. Many unique kava cocktails. The Nutella one was pretty good.

For Saturday morning I was looking for a coffee shop to have coffee and start my morning. I searched near me and by seeing the good reviews I decided to have coffee at Grassroots Kava House. It is an amazing coffee shop with different options of coffee and Kava to select from the menu. The cafe is beautifully decorated with different books options plus different games. It is like a chilled coffee place where you can have coffee and enjoy with friends. From the menu I decided to have Root Fuel which was the combination of Kava and Coffee. The server gave me the root fuel quickly and it was a chilled coffee. It was amazing and I recommend everyone to try the Grassroots Kava House in the area.

Grassroots is a well established kava bar with a friendly staff their service is fast and friendly Jess,Erin, and Lita are all awesome competent and kind I truly enjoy coming here after a stressful day

I enjoy grassroots trivia by AnswersRin EVERY MONDAY and me and my fiancé love it. The service and the atmosphere from all staff makes it something to look forward to every week!

Have been going to grassroots for 2 years now every Monday for AnswersRin trivia and always have a blast. Luke who runs the trivia does an excellent job of making it fun and gives me something to look forward to every Monday. Each week is an exciting and competitive game and I’m thankful for the lifelong friends I’ve made through trivia and grassroots

I work 6 days a week Monday being my only day off. I usually spend my only day off at this coffee shop. I am aware that Mondays are trivia night so i try to get there early and leave before it starts so that I am not taking up space for those of who are there for trivia. Yesterday, I had to run some errands and arrived about 30 minutes before the trivia usually starts. As I have not finished my coffee and had to work on some stuff on my laptop, I had to sit through the trivia. After a little while I decided to leave and when I was returning the cups, the tall trivia guy asked me if i was leaving and I told him yes. He then told me “oh I asked because people could’ve used your table for trivia”. He then continued to tell certain group that since I was leaving they could have my spot as I was walking out. I felt humiliated. I thought I had the right to be there but unfortunately “you’re more than welcome to stay” isn’t really what he was implying…

Best spot in Seminole Heights! There is no other place like Grassroots the atmosphere is super chill, Kavatenders are great, and have the best Kava and Kratom! I have met some of my closest friends here as well! Overall amazing!

I love this place. The tenders really are kind and good at their job. Of special mention is Trivia Night! There are always so many people here and if you’re alone you can join a team! Great atmosphere, intellectual, and open people. Highly recommend!

I ordered a latte with a double shot of CBD espresso and a touch of caramel, was highly satisfied! Nice place to hang out and meet up with friends.

This place is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Very good service and excellent coffee house coffee. They have all of the things I like, espresso, cappuccino, and pastries. The refreshing change from Starbucks for Dunkin Donuts coffee. Also, I enjoyed the Kava and Kratom. It's very well made and potent. Fast and free Wi-Fi adds to the mix to make this my favorite "work from home" site. Make sure you don't take one of the prime window seats from me!

All of the Grassroots locations are great! The setting is always chill & relaxed and very comfortable, people are always hanging out for a while on their laptop or w friends etc. The staff is also great and very very friendly. The menu is extensive and there's so much to choose from including teas, coffee and of course kava & kratom. My personal faves are the "orange dreamsicle" kratom cocktail and the matcha tea w milk & agave sweetener. Drinks only for most part but they gave limited food available to snack on.

I HAD MY VERY FIRST KAVA SINGLE HERE Very earthy, would recommend to anyone who is interested in trying something new and spontaneous A dear friend brought me here and we stayed for some time to work on remote work. :) Loved seeing the staff all taking shots of Kava behind the bar. Such a loving and bright environment
