So excited this place finally opened! Their food was well worth the wait. I went on Saturday for the grand opening and then today. I got “The Greek” gyro and it’s fantastic; their signature chicken is delicious and their food is packed with flavor! Super cute area to chill and eat as well. I will be coming back again for sure!

Every time I am in the Tampa area I makes sure I visit this food truck! The food is amazing! Fresh , delicious with a perfect balance of flavors from the unique sauces and many ingredients. I am not usually a food truck foodie but I am now! Service is warm, friendly and accommodating. Cool and fun setup to sit down and eat. You must try the Greek! 😋 😋😋

I have tried several things from here and they never disappoint! Best gyro in Tampa, by far. The buffalo chicken wrap is also to die for. You can’t go without ordering the greek fries. Can’t go wrong with anything on this menu!

Was in Tampa today and decided to drop by the nearest place to get a Gyro. This place had good reviews so we swung by. HOLY MOLY, y’all…. One of the best G-D Gyro’s I’ve ever had. They were ON POINT. Problem is, they’re entirely too large for one person to eat on their own, I swear this thing had to be at least a pound and quite frankly, I think it was bigger than that. This bad boy was overstuffed with meat, delicious arugula, tomatoes, feta and fries. They didn’t skimp in any way, I wish I could have gotten a better photo. My hubby and I each got one but we each could barely eat half so next time we will split one. Highly recommended cause wow…. Just wow, man.

As a vegan it can be hard to find good quality food in the area, I looked up this place and figured I had to try it out. I saw the review about the line, but when I got there, despite being busy, the line moved quickly. I got the falafel handheld, it was absolutely delicious and massive!! The ingredients surprised me, I can't believe a food truck gets food this fresh! I love the outdoor area they have as well. Everyone seemed to be loving their food. The bowls looked delicious, and I'll be trying them next. Will definitely be a frequent customer!

They never let me down. Great food and the service is always amazing. #1 spot downtown to go to for a quick bite. I definitely recommend the Korean Bulgogi, it is the best gyro I have ever had!

This brand new state-of-the-art food truck in the heart of Downtown Tampa is a great place to eat. On their opening day, I had their BBQ Chicken handheld and it was very delicious! The food is fresh and tasty! Ask for some of their sweet chili sauce on top, it was so good! Service was extremely accommodating and the owners were very nice to me. The ambiance of the turf outside and outdoor seating area was very nice too. You need to stop by here if you're hungry and in the area. Tell the co-owner, Noel, that Chris Saltys sent you via Yelp!

I stopped by Aristotles Food for thought truck for lunch and had the best chicken shawarma I have had in a decade. I grew up in Dubai and this is the only place that comes close to back home. All the sauces are made in house and you the veggies were fresh. My new go to lunch spot in downtown.

This place rocks! So far I have tried the Korean BBQ style Bulgogi, the Cuban Sandwich, and the Shawarma, and they are all incredible. Secret sleeper are the fries, super crispy and perfectly seasoned. Bring your friends!

Exactly how good truck food should be made. Served quickly and right off the grid, fantastic flavors, and they even gave us their excess fries for free! A must stop if you’re in DT Tampa and running low on fuel.

Oh my lawd!! The food is amazing. They have taken some staples from several cultures and really taken that fusion to the next level. I am blown away by their creations and flavors. Excited to come back and try everything on the menu! The only reason I haven't already is because I live an hour away and literally drive down just for them.

I found this food truck on my way to the airport and the food was incredible, very taste and the stuff so friendly. It has nice area to sit and enjoy the food

Honestly... the best food you can find in tampa. Beyond tasty. Great prices and portions, fantastic people working there. I have had most of their handhelds and they are all amazing. I recently created my own bowl, I was baffled how a food truck has the BEST bowls in town.

OMG ❤️ ❤️!! I work downtown and have eaten at all the restaurants and food trucks in the area. Aristotle's has the tastiest and highest quality dishes in downtown for lunch or dinner. It has all the greek staples you'd want. It's also the only greek-asian fusion restaurant I've ever seen... if you're adventurous like me, you can give your tastebuds a real smacking if you'd like. I could tell that the people running Aristotle's are passionate about their menu and ingredients. I built a Large Bowl with their signature chicken (GET IT!), arugula base, kimchi, Korean cucumbers, tzatziki, and other amazing local ingredients!

Came here on accident looking for a different truck and was pleasantly surprised. I asked the cashier what the most popular item was and she stated it was the Classic Gyro. I got it as it comes and WOW! The ingredients are so fresh, the meat is flavorful and the flavors combined are perfect. I have no negative critique of the food. It wasn't soggy, there weren't random hard bits you had to spit out, it wasn't hard to eat. I LOVED the addition of the french fries on top. Although, it is a bit pricy for everyday pick up - it is priced reasonably based on presentation, flavor and ingredients. Money well spent.

This place is out of bounds delicious. I got a large bowl, and the portion sizes are very generous, good thing, because I couldn’t put my fork down. Very friendly service, their passion for food is evident. The meats were juicy, well-seasoned/well-marinaded. If you are sitting in your office in DT Tampa wondering what to have for lunch, do yourself a favor, and give this place a shot. Don’t be afraid to mix and match the Mediterranean with the Korean…to my surprise, they work well together. Can’t wait to come back and try a new combination!

The service was great and the food was even better. I got a traditional euro bowl with Greek rice and arugula base. It was seriously so freaking good. Large portion too- ate half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner. Trust me, visit this place.

Good for a food truck, although prices were a bit high (given it's a food truck). I had the classic, and it was good, but I would do something different next time. They have a lot of creative things on the menu. The biggest weakness of the classic pita was that the tzatziki was lacking in flavor. The signature chicken didn't look that good, although I didn't try it. The fries were a big let-down and suggest saving your money by not buying them. It isn't fast as it's kind of a one-man show, but he puts in a lot of effort to make sure you are satisfied. Also, the portions are quite large (especially the bowl).
