I am highly disappointed with the customer service provided by the receptionist. I called the office phone numerous times before I could get a hold of someone, I was then told that I would receive a call back to schedule my appointment. I never received the call. I had to drive about 40 minutes to the location just to wait over 2 hours to schedule an appointment in person. The receptionist was inconsiderably rude and had a nasty attitude. I enjoy the doctor I have and would not change physicians but I think the receptionist needs a new job elsewhere.

Hello, I usually don't write reviews but I was very disappointed this morning after getting my 8 years old son out of bed earlier than usual for some lab work at the new location across from Saint Joseph's hospital just for the lab tech working there to be really rude to us. She literally refused to help us saying that we need it to go to quest diagnostic because she didn't have the time. When I said that we were already there, her attitude got even worse and she poked my son in the arm without even looking, of course she did not got the vein. So yes, we are going to quest diagnostic for the lab work that was ordered to my son and that this lady was not able to help with. Very sad for my son.. .

If I could give this medical facility NO stars I would. I needed lab work done. They took a specimen and scheduled a follow-up appointment for exactly a week later. Meanwhile I was put on an antibiotic until the specimen could be cultured to determine if the antibiotic prescribed was effective to treat the infection. I never heard a word from them regarding the efficacy of the medication prescribed. Exactly a week later, as scheduled I went back in for the follow up. I was greeted by a student arnp of some sort. Although she had my chart, I had to go over everything that was going on and why I was back. Eventually the doctor came into the exam room. She had no clue why I was back a week later. I mentioned the results of the culture. She said “oh, let me go get those right now. I had forgotten about that”. She never returned to the room. At that point the student dismissed me and I left. I called to try to get some answers. At that point I was told the specimen was lost and never cultured. The receptionist told me they had called and let me know that I would have to come back in and give another sample. If that was the case why wouldn’t they have taken a sample at the follow up appointment. I am 100% positive I never received any phone call, message or communication from these people at all. This is unethical and to say the least. They are liars trying to cover their incompetence. I would NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE FOR ANY KIND OF MEDICAL TREATMENT. HORRIBLE STAFF AND DOCTORS. INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL.

I didn't know if it was just my experience but as soon as I seen the reviews it didn't surprise me they barely have 3 stars. The staff wasnt very professional, the dental assistant I had was horrible, I think he said his name was Allen. I could've done a better job brushing my teeth at home, but I'm sure it doesn't help that his eyes looked blood shot. And he does this for a living? And when he went to go get the dentist, I heard him complaining about his last patient and how much he hated working there. I mean, I've had my fair share of jobs that I hated but I at least waited til I got home to complain about the customers. It concerns me if other patients get treated like this and he's still employed there. You will never catch me in this dentist office again because the assistant ruined my whole experience.

The nurse could try to smile. She could also try to explain what she is doing before just shoving things in my mouth with no warning. She told me they needed a urine sample without telling me where the bathroom or lab was after so I was aimlessly walking around with a cup of urine. I asked her to fill out some paperwork and she just cast it aside. She was extremely unpleasant and unprofesssional. In addition I waited more than 2 hrs to complete a simple physical. The overall place was disgusting I will never return. I felt more sick upon my exit than my entrance as the facility was not clean. I literally started getting a runny nose in the exam room. The staff was incompetent and could not even scan a piece of paperwork.

I've gone to this place as long as I could remember and every single time I've gotten a different doctor even when I asked for the same one. I also was told I would hear back from them because I got sick and needed my covid results. I assume I didn't have it but I still needed the results to go back to work. I stil haven't gotten them even though I called back three days in a row and its been A WEEK since then. Very unprofessional and seems to be all over the place.

Don't ever try to call. They are not professional, and VERY poor service, AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU! SN: This is where I got all of my vaccinations as a kid, glad I didn't know any better.

How can you deal with a cockroach in the ambulatory?

Completely incompetent. Took my insurance card, but didn’t put it in the system, so I got charged full price. Called me the morning of my appointment to reschedule and didn’t actually put the reschedule in the system. Had to make the appointment on the spot and, after paying the copay, was told they scheduled me with the wrong doctor, who I now have to wait over a month to see. Nobody talks to anybody, everybody thinks that it’s somebody else’s problem. Use this doctor if your time and money mean nothing to you. Update: I finally get to my appointment a month later. I get to the location they gave me in the app and papers. When I get there, the receptionist tells me I need to go to the location 2 miles away. I get there, and they tell me I was at the right location the first time, so I go back. After getting there and waiting for an hour, they tell me they booked the appointment with the wrong person AGAIN. Constantly wasting my time and money. An absolute joke of an organization.

People were fantastic, and Covid testing process was smooth. The only concern I had was outside there was no enforcement of social distancing in the line. I stayed 6 ft behind the person in front of me, but people behind and in front were so close to each other, some with symptoms!!

I have been going to this doctor for over 5years now and he is a GREAT DOCTOR!! He is very nice and courteous and always listens to my questions and helps me in way I need him. I would reccomend him to anyone. Dr.Cenatus thank you for all you have done and still do for me!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!👨🏾‍⚕️

I might have COVID and I need an excuse for work no one will answer the phone or give me advice.

Everyone was great from the front office to the doctor. They were fast, efficient, and they will happily answer all your questions.
