If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Don’t be deceived by the good reviews. If you are high risk or expecting multiples— DO NOT COME HERE. If you have Medicaid and this is your only option please try your hardest to find another OBGYN even if it’s in a different city. The care I received here was the worst. I understand that sometimes an ultrasound can’t show you everything so if something is wrong with baby then you may not find out till delivery but that’s just only one problem with this clinic. You will not ever see the same doctor twice. I ended up going into labor at 24 weeks with twins. The entire time they thought I was lying when one of the amniotic sacs had already ruptured. I ended up staying in the hospital for a month before needing an emergency C-section. One of the babies did have an obstruction in her intestine. This was never found previously. Right before delivery- since you have no idea who is actually going on duty to deliver your baby- I had to explain my entire history multiple times to different doctors. The care here is awful and I wouldn’t want anyone to ever go through what I did. Even as high risk they cannot see you often as you should be.

Devastated. We were told two times the gender of our baby. We got confirmation twice just to be sure it was correct and both doctors said the same thing. At our 16 week appointment, the doctor asked if we knew the gender. We told her yes and told her the name of the baby, what we got, etc. She said congratulations and checked over the chart again to make sure the gender and never said anything else. We went and got our anatomy week scan, expecting it to be the gender that two doctors confirmed and one saw. We were totally shocked and left feeling totally bamboozled when the ultrasound tech said it was the opposite gender we have been planning for. I cried in the ultrasound and when we went to see the doctor for a visit that same morning, my husband and I were told "don't be upset. At least the baby is healthy". While we are glad our baby is healthy, it feels like we have been lied to multiple times and like our feelings of shock and hurt in that moment didn't matter to the doctors when they were the ones who messed up three times. After this pregnancy, I will never use them or recommend them again. They don't seem to know what they are doing and are not empathetic with patients, especially when it comes to the office's own mistakes. We have less than 16 weeks and now have to return things and prepare for a whole new baby with a different gender and there was not even an apology from the staff.

I came today for what was told to be an anatomy scan of my baby not only did I show up 30 minutes early as they asked so got there at 1230 I ended up not leaving there until 3:40 PM and all that was done was I spoke with the doctor (for about 8 mins) She went over my history, and they took one vial of blood and rescheduled me to get an anatomy, scan and maternal fetal medicine scan Not only that the place is dirty. The people are rude. They have no customer service. I certainly will not have my baby here. Dr. Blanchard should learn instead of judging someone to do her job and make a better effort to take care of the baby she didn’t even clean off alll the gel on the monitor to hear his heart beat after doing mine !!!

This place is a joke. My wife has done nothing but complain about this place since her first appointment. 5+ hour long appointments, rude staff, and absolutely stupid policies. Today we showed up for my wife's first ultrasound appointment (not sure why they couldn't have done it on the previous appointments.) When she was called to go into the ultrasound room, we got up to proceed to the room, I was stopped by the staff member and was told I was not allowed to come back with her. We asked why, and was told that I could pose as a distraction and that the ultrasound tech needs to 'focus'. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your care somewhere else.

I went here for both of my pregnancies(both high risk). The staff was always very helpful and polite. They would give me tons of ultra sound pictures when during covid my partner couldn't come with me. Scheduling was very easy but I do advise get your appointment as early as possible! I would always go like 8:30am and almost never waited more than 15-20 min. Sometimes was right on the dot. If you come later in the day things do tend to back up. Over ll i was very happy with my care here

I was nervous about coming here because of the reviews. But I am glad I still came. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I received a lot of useful information. I feel safe trusting them to deliver my baby.

Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I was seen for high risk ob and the intake midwife was not only unprofessional but she was rude and extremely judgmental.

Horrible place to receive care. They do not care 1 bit about your concerns or pains, or what you want for your own birth or pregnancy. Very rude and inconsiderate. I will not be returning. I’d rather have my baby at home than to come back here!

Tanya Smith is THE best baby doctor. Very detailed, thorough, and caring. Your babies are in good hands. She goes above and beyond.

The single most unprofessional office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Twice I’ve taken off work and had my appointment cancelled minutes before. The staff was incredibly rude both times and zero explanation. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

On my wife’s behalf…… ‘Came here for treatment and everyone was so nice and friendly, very thorough about everything and explained things really well, felt very much at ease and the doctors couldn”t have been any nicer and helpful, would definitely recommend this place’ L Sedillos

So disappointed. Charged outrageously. $3000 for one appointment and for labs I didn’t ask for to be done or was necessary to be done for my pregnancy.

It is scary aF that the woman that work in this place only care about the paycheck and not the patient this girl told me I can not be seen at all until I give her some kind of insurance information lol and that is not how this works. That is medical malpractice and it is illegal. It is also illegal to have nurses walking around that can not speak good English ether.

I haven’t even had my first appointment yet but I called to talk to a nurse and they answered in a very timely manner and answered my questions that i had. Ms.Anna was very helpful and even worrisome with my concerns that I had.

I now understand why this place has a 2 star rating already. Actually shocking people gave it more than 1 star. The wait times are awful. No consistency seeing a doctor. Miscommunication among staff. Lost my lab results. No appointments available in a timely manner. If you have other options maybe look into those. It’s too late for me.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I had an appointment today at 8:30 and didn’t get called back till 9:45 on top of didn’t even see a doctor. For someone who is considered High risk I only seen the doctor once a month. still haven’t had a ultrasound and I’m 32 weeks they are playing catch up from when I was in my second Trimester I’m now in the 3rd I rather take my chances with my 8weeks left than return to their office.
