Sujata is amazing! My first appointment we talked about what is going on with me and she actually listened to me and addressed my concerns. During that visit she had me do several breathing exercises I could use after my appointment. The next visits she worked on my pelvic floor and it made me realize how tight my fascia is in my abdominal and pelvic region were. As a medical professional, it is nice to find someone who is holistic, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as a pelvic floor therapist!

If you’re looking for a therapist that goes above and beyond and really looks at you and your pain at every possible level, Pelvic Soul is for you. I’ve been dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction for over 12 years and have been to every doctor, specialist, and PT out there and have never found relief like I did with Sujata and her team. She took a full body approach look at my pain and we came up with a realistic plan that I could actually manage. Between the in office sessions, stretches given to me for at home work, and reconnections for other care physicians like acupuncturists, massage therapists, and chiropractic care, I feel like I can finally breath again and manage my pain more than ever! She’s also versed in somatic healing that I didn’t even realize I needed but wow… it was incredible and I was able to release some experiences I didn’t even know my body was still holding on to from the past. I will be continuing my care with Sujuata and recommending her and the practice to everyone I know! What I love most is how customized the care is - your pain is not cookie cutter whether you’re a new mom or dealing with other experiences, help is out there. By not having an insurance-driven model, I have never felt more taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for relief.

Sujata has been amazing so far for birth prep. I have seen her twice during pregnancy and will see her a third time when I am closer to my due date. We will also follow up with her after birth as well. I feel so much better prepared for birthing and feel like I understand more what to do to prepare my body for this experience. She is an abundance of knowledge and has wonderful bedside manner. I am so happy to have found her and to have her be a part of my care team!

I’m SO thankful I found Sujata and her team! I’m currently experiencing complex issues due to severe long COVID. I have dealt with endometriosis pain for most of my life. My previous female OB did not believe my issues, said “they were normal for my age” (I was in agony having to go to the bathroom during my cycle) and that “it doesn’t get worse”, which unfortunately is not the case. I’m always nervous to engage with a new practitioner due to multiple experiences of gaslighting. When I explained my issues Sujata offered a lot of affirming nods and shared that in her practice my issues were not uncommon. This made me feel much better! She also said she would be honest about if she could help me or not. This beautiful integrity unfortunately is rare. In our very first session she gave me some simple nuggets to integrate. As a practitioner myself I’m very detailed oriented and look up things. She could tell and offered “let me do the research that’s what I’m here for, I got you”. This simple yet affirming phrase to someone who has been described as medical complex was SO reassuring! If you are feeling unheard & haven’t had your needs met. Let Sujata & her team “get you”! :)

Sujata was great with my toddler and helped improved his reflux and painful gas dramatically. He's struggled on and off since birth, and we went to a lot of different providers before finding Sujata. At first I thought her evaluation was a little short, but after discussing his symptoms, I realized it was a reflection of her experience and expertise as she acknowledged a lot of things that I hadn't shared with her yet. Her approach seemed to combine all the missing puzzle pieces and made huge progress for my son. She pinpointed other areas of concern before I was able to articulate them. I wouldn't have thought to reach out to a pelvic floor therapist for this scenario, so I am grateful she offered a consultation and was interested in working with us. We have successfully addressed his gut problems with her, and are going to schedule followup for a few other problems areas that she said she could help us with as well. This is a practice where you are in great hands--friendly, respectful, lots of patience, and very thorough!

Sujata is an excellent clinician with so much wisdom! As an occupational therapy student, I had the opportunity to talk with her about her expertise in maternal health and wellness and it was so encouraging to know that therapists like her are representing OTs and doing amazing work! I would no doubt trust her as a patient, but also as a mentor for OTs in emerging practice areas.

From the moment you step into this practice you have found your home. There is comfort in the waiting room from the ambiance, the hot tea offerings and peacefulness. I love taking time out for myself to work on my pelvic floor and connect with my therapist Sujata. Everyone, man or woman, will benefit from working with this incredible human. She is a blessing and her abundance of knowledge easily translates to clients. I am so appreciative to have her in my life as a healer and guide. If you are even considering seeing her the answer is 100% yes! You will not regret that. ✨

I'm a convert of Sujata's incredible methodology. For 7+ years, I've been struggling with a chronic sports hernia brought on by continuing to play through (unknowingly) torn cartilage in both labrums (hips). I have tried everything possible to avoid surgery & continue to be an athlete. I've had multiple PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections by an orthopedic surgeon. Years of seeing specialists -- Dr's of PT, OT, and chiro -- all specializing in athletic injuries. My results ranged from no improvement to temporary / maintenance. And that's just what I'd begun to think my best outcome was: slow decline, despite constant treatment until I eventually landed on the wrong end of a surgical scalpel. I was connected to Sujata through family and *full disclosure* was a complete skeptic; not of her training or intelligence, of course -- I knew Sujata would be fully capable of administering the best therapeutic medicine possible -- but rather I was just mistakenly convinced the "best possible" meant a 'barely detectable outcome of incremental and intermittent pain relief. And to say I was stunned by the results is an understatement. I had never before experienced immediate relief from the dull throbbing groin pain brought on by an irritated sports hernia (rectus abdominis tissue torn/detached from the pubic ligament). This is the kind of pain that wakes you up from a deep sleep. With all prior treatment, I would experience more irritation, followed by a gradual lessening of symptoms in days 3-5 after the session. But with Sujata, in 30 mins of treatment, my pain went from a 7 out of 10 to a complete zero. ZERO. Literally the moment I walked out of the room. Sujata's deep tissue handwork was intense - a lot of massage-like pressure, a lot of bending/stretching, a lot of being instructed to let my core muscles relax (requires concentration), and a lot of being reminded to trust her. Sujata's motions are confident, deliberate, and fast but certain. I'd never experienced treatment that was so rapid, bordering on aerobic exercise but not hectic or untrained-- rather, it's a bit like watching an master chef toss a pizza, but you're the dough. I felt sensation -- heat, stretch, pressure, but never actual pain. When she was finished with her work, it was like I'd never had an injury at all. ASTOUNDING. I can't recommend Sujata enough, as someone who has gone as far as getting the surgical consultation from the orthopedist... I was out of options. But don't even listen to my review, give yourself the chance to experience ONE treatment session and make your own choice after that. If you've got a core injury, ask yourself how much easier would your life be without this pain? What could you do - physically, athletically, etc... - that you're missing out on without a successful rehab? This is a no brainer.

Sujata is amazing. I have been treating with her to help move my lymph and tend to my visceral organs. After 2 babies I was feeling bloated and weak. Her therapy is specialized, and she is able to spend quality time with you chatting and treating. I wish I had found her after my first pregnancy, but ultimately very happy to have her now.

I started seeing Sujata during my 3rd trimester for labor and birth prep. This is my first pregnancy and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything I could to help my body prepare and create the best opportunity for a seamless birth experience. I was somewhat nervous going in, since pelvic floor therapy is a very personal experience, but Sujata made me feel very comfortable. She has a wealth of knowledge and you can tell she is really passionate about her practice and her patients. I particularly love that her knowledge and recommendations are research backed. I highly recommend her for anyone that is seeking pelvic floor therapy pre & post birth!

I've seen Sujata at Pelvic Soul twice now, and she's been an incredible help so far in managing pain and has given me tons of helpful recommendations for ways I can continue to improve in-between visits. She's so sweet and patiently answers all of my questions, and her office is very calming. So happy I found her!

After having several surgeries on my uterus (c-sections, myomectomies), I was left with pelvic pain that left me incapable of everyday tasks. Sujata’s expertise was exactly what I needed. She is empathetic and knowledgeable. I now have minimal pain and can finally see the light at the end tunnel because of her individualized approach to my care. Sujata is a gifted practitioner, don’t hesitate to reach out to her if you are suffering.

I’m so happy I found Sujata!! She is the best at what she does and most importantly she does it with passion! I get excited every time I come to my appointment with her because I know she is helping me get back to where I was before I had a baby (physically) thank you Sujata! You’re the best!!!

I came to Sujata suffering from chronic hip, shoulder and neck pain, which I'd been suffering from for 5 years. My son had been born by emergency c-section in 2016, and I knew that some of my pain stemmed from the c-section. Sujata listened wholeheartedly to my concerns and asked very specific and thorough questions about my history. She approached our appointment with genuine care, and she's one of the few practitioners I've come across that truly wants to get to the root cause of an issue rather than treat symptoms. She cares about her patients' long-term well-being and healing. After working with her for a few months, I feel like I understand my body and its needs better than I ever have, and I'm out of chronic pain for the first time in years. She's empowered me, through her care, with the tools to better take care of myself as well. I cannot recommend Sujata highly enough.

I am new to pelvic floor therapy, so I did not know what to expect. I am so fortunate that I found Sujata. She put me right at ease and she has been amazing to work with! Sujata is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. Not only does she provide me with expert care in the office, but she always provides recommendations for things that I can do on my own to continue my healing. I decided to use her services based on other the reviews that I read and I am so happy that I did. I highly recommend Sujata and if you are in need of an expert pelvic floor therapist, look no further.

Very glad to have found Sujata! It was my first time working with a pelvic floor therapist and she was very informative, gentle, and reassuring when helping me through my pelvic pain journey. I'm a medical professional and appreciated both the conventional and holistic approach to therapy which is so often ignored in western medicine. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pelvic floor therapist.

Sujata is very knowledgeable and technical in a very relatable and instructing way. Explains everything in a way you can understand and even provides notes for you and information to take with you at the end of sessions. Very comforting and always respectful of her clients! I’ve had great success with her work and know that I have a health advocate in my corner that I can count on now and in the future.

Sujata is so magical! I started seeing Sujata in my second trimester to prep my body for birth. I picked Sujata because I wanted someone who not only could assess and treat my core and pelvic floor, but also just nourish my soul. I love her holistic view of treating, and the time and space she takes and holds for you is almost unheard of in todays healthcare. Also, I have to mention she is just phenomenal at fascial work and I always leave feeling so much more balanced and free!
