My first introduction to Creative Aquatics was via a technician named Matt. He set up the tanks for the very first fish that I've ever owned outside the run-of-the-mill carnival goldfish from childhood. In the years since then, he's helped expand and condense tanks in my home as needed, provided expert insight into the temperament and compatibility of each breed selected, and helped prevent and recover tanks from catastrophic loss. I have personally learned more about fish and aquarium upkeep than I ever thought possible, and I continue to expand on that constantly because of my interaction here. I am continually astounded by the vast knowledge of the staff when dealing with me. There have been several times where I've sent a picture, or even a super vague description of a fish I've seen randomly out and about, and received a response with the exact name of the species, average pricing, general personality of the breed, its compatibility with my existing tanks, and its ordering availability. Matt's service and dedication to the tanks he manages is truly remarkable to see, and I cannot emphasize how much I recommend Creative Aquatics based on the personalized care and attention to detail that I've consistently received every time I've dealt with the company.

Can’t speak highly enough about the people at Creative Aquatics. Willy designed an amazing 220G system that sits inside of a wall in my theater room which required some untraditional thinking. Because of the nature of the room, noise was a concern for me. A ton of thought went into the plumbing and equipment section that was installed on a completely separate floor. He made sound recommendations putting function first which has made for an amazing end product for my room. The creativity and attention to detail are top notch and while this is my first big tank, I’m fairly certain that no one does it better. I wish every business had the passion for craftsmanship that Creative Aquatics does. If you’re considering a project like this, stop looking. You’re at the right place.

I wasn't sure how they were going to do but they did it...moved my 100gal reef to my new location without a hitch. They were quick and more worried about the fish in the hot weather than their own wellbeing. I cant say enough for these guys and now from here on out I will give them my business instead of creative aquariums. Professional, quick, polite, and tidy. Thank you very much Perry mackall- US Army veteran

I have to say I love your display in the Oviedo Mall, the "Wish Fish" tank with the blood parrots and the gouramis (?), it is such as cute idea. Not sure if Creative Aquatics maintains it or if you just sold it to someone with the mall, but it is a great display with an innovative concept. As someone that works in agriculture, I love the little scrolling display on it to tell about the fish and their care, it's important that consumers know what goes on behind the scenes! Little kiddy type displays aren't usually things I'd spend money on, but it is such a great concept and I love the magnet too.

Willy has been servicing my tanks for over 15 yrs, great guy and good staff. He has done everything from moving tanks to new homes, setting up new tanks, replumbing for new devices and even selling me live stock. Highly recommended

They provide first class service from point A to point Z, if there are issues (such as with the manufacturers products.) they go the extra mile to help you resolve them. I’d highly recommend them.
