First time here. The food is delicious! A great healthy option for dinner. Kendall was outstanding explaining all the options, favorites, toppings and dressings... totally kind and helpful. Definite recommendation.

The woman working on july 2, 7pm making our salad was so rude. The store was out of spinach and a few other items. I simply asked her if I can have sweet potatoes instead of spinach and she rudely told me to go eat somewhere else if I’m not happy with what they have left... I can’t understand someone having such a bad attitude over potatoes

I walked in and was the only person in line & still waited for 8 minutes even when employees are present & still walked out with no food. 1 employee on break behind me sitting in the chairs and another looks like she’s joining just to join. Another employee on the customer side and an employee behind the counter. Instead of just serving the customer and get them done and out of the way - she serves the employee (who’s never eaten the food before tho she works there?) and takes their sweet time just gossiping. I just walked out. Ridiculous that I was the only customer in the building and still couldn’t get service? Laughable

Great location. Something Hyde Park Village was definitely missing: a quick lunch place without full service. Service: too many employees standing around. Dirty tables. No plastic knives offered to cut through your food.

Wow. Not often I post a completely negative review but this place fully earned it. First, the food looks nothing like the photos. Nothing. Not even remotely. You get pathetic unappetizing versions of what looks yummy on the menu board. The anemic, oddly colored thin sliver of tasteless salmon, the tiny crumbles of crushed up tortilla chips, pose zero resemblance to what must certainly be photos from another restaurant entirely. To mention any of this - again not typically something I do - is to get a blank stare from the listless, uninterested bearded server. The cute little courtyard outside is overrun with trash blowing around the floor, uncleaned tables, and trash bins full when we got there, full when we left, despite people smashing more trash into them with disgusted visages. At $38 for one bowl and a kids mezze, you’ve got to wonder how they think they’ll stay open. Never. Going. Back. You shouldn’t either.

They cancelled my pre-order placed a head of my lunch hour, because to busy to make it. Order was placed in the morning. Meanwhile, I have been wondering when/if my food is coming. Tried calling the restaurant, but get routed to a customer service text line that basically can't help or even check if the order is being worked, as they are not there. Should have at least let the customer know when you decide you are not going to make their order. Would like to have known so that I would have time to order from somewhere else. Lunch hour over now. Customer service text line cannot help in anyway other than say sorry with a little smiley emoji. While you are left wondering if the food is coming eventually. I have been ordering weekly , but they have lost my business.

Love this place! They source local and organic ingredients which is so important. Service is a little slow, but the staff is always pleasant. We go here at least twice a month.

Ironically the lesser sweetgreen, just go to the one near armature works !!! I order from this place on Uber eats at least 2-3 times a week and they give BARELY any dressing (even when I indicate double — the reason I had to start marking double even tho it’s prob equal to “very light dressing”, NEVER SQUEEZE THE LIME, never remember silverware even tho I check it every time.. the dressing is like the best part of sweetgreen and the lime it just adds something extra.. anyway they never mess up at the one near armature works which I go to in person 2-3 times a week bc it’s so close to my office. I’m just going to start driving to the armature works location at least I’ll know it will 100% get made correctly and I’ll get the points. All I have to say Hyde park sweet green IS DO MORE PLEASE.

Service was horrible, I wanted to try it out and the large bald headed black man didn’t even acknowledge me. I came in before another guest and he made sure to speak to her and take her order and once he was finished completing her order he went straight to the back and never came back out. I will NEVER go back here again. I wish I could rate this place a zero star honestly. As well it’s just also super disappointing to get food that looks nothing like the photos that are portrayed online.

There's too much of a focus on healthy, clean eating in our restaurant culture today. Especially when we talk about our calorie intake, we should consider that protein is incredibly important with that. While they had some new menu items and could get me some Caesar dressing, the serving portions could honestly be better, and what ingredients are considered "premium". The bases they were willing to give. But as they moved on to the proteins, I was underwhelmed by how much they could serve. It's like a do-over with Chipotle, skimping on the meat. I even asked for double protein. Could you guess how much I got? Equivalent to a single serving of chicken at Chipotle. I mean if you're going to market that you have protein-heavy bowls, PUT MORE PROTEIN IN THE BOWL! Let's get to the "premium add-ons". Shredded parmesan cheese which should be standard with any salad, especially Caesar which is what I got cost $1.30, seriously!? I mean getting 4 free toppings with the selection they have, forces you to have to go with "premium toppings" to satisfy your plating. The premium toppings I saw didn't look so well, premium. If you have an avocado craving, I understand. This is just a bland attempt to bring the value of your bowl down. I had paid over $20 for this food which I honestly didn't think was bad as far as flavor profile goes. But you cannot expect customer loyalty with how you portion your food. Do better.

Salads are delicious and easily customizable. Sweethreen has a great variety of organic produce that are always fresh. Oh, and some TB Lightning hockey players apparently like this spot 😉 saw one of them a few times at here.

Service is just awful. They were out of many items and refused to provide substitutions other than lettuce or arugula. The server said if we got substitutions, it would bring down their profits 🙃

We do delivery or pickup from Sweetgreen at least twice each week! It’s so fresh and delicious, portions are generous, we cannot get enough.

Great team working today, came in at 4:30 and the two ladies working, Caitlin and another lady I didn't get the name of, were very kind. Thank you for the good Sweet green experience!

I had the chipotle chicken burrito bowl as takeout. My wife had a shroomami and really liked it. Very well balanced and high quality ingredients. Portions were also excellent. The use of biodegradable takeout dishes was also a huge plus. The only gripe I have is that they were not busy at the time and the website stated our order would be ready at 825p (order was placed as ASAP). We arrived at 826p and the meals were ready, but clearly had been ready for a while.....I had to microwave the bowl when I got home to get it back to presentable temperature. My recommendation is that they stick to being ready at the stated time when they are slow enough to control it.

Have been to quite a few sweetgreens , but today, we got warm bowls and the quantity was almost 3rd the usual. I had to ask to add more Chicken and tofu in our bowls. My bowl was awfully small compared to the lady next to her who seemed to make it appropriately. I’m disappointed with this location.

Nice new bowl place that's healthy and has unique flavors, 4 stars because it's pretty crazy expensive at $16 for a bowl and they didnt have soda, only had some weird health drinks ☹️
