I
placed
an
online
order
at
12pm.
I
arrived
at
12:17pm.
I
asked
one
of
the
employees
where
can
I
pick
up
a
mobile
order.
The
employee
asked
for
my
name
and
told
me
it
was
being
made.
I
noticed
a
lot
of
people
who
had
arrived
after
me
started
receiving
their
food
before
me.
At
12:36
I
went
back
up
to
the
counter
to
check
the
status
of
my
order.
I
was
told
my
order
was
in
the
process
of
being
made
again.
Apparently
my
grilled
nuggets
still
had
to
be
made
even
though
my
order
was
placed
at
12pm.
I
spent
a
little
under
an
hour
at
this
location
waiting
for
a
mobile
order.
When
I
arrived
back
to
work
(which
is
5
minutes
away)
I
noticed
my
order
was
wrong.
Instead
of
receiving
1
twelve
count
grilled
nugget
and
1
eight
count
nugget.
I
received
2
eight
count
nuggets.
I
didn’t
not
receive
the
sauces
we
asked
for.
I
received
a
medium
tea
even
though
we
paid
extra
for
a
large
and
the
fries
were
somewhat
burnt/old.
I’ve
never
had
this
experience
with
chick
fila.
