UGLY, THE SURROUNDING AREA LOOKS LIKE IS NOT NICE! WHY IS A LOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ASKING FOR MONEY? WHY PEOPLE TAKE COFFEE WITHOUT PAYING?? WHY SECURITY LADY IS SEATING ON THE PHONE? ARE YOU SURE SHE CAN SEE EVERYTHING FROM HER NICE COMFORTABLE SEAT? AND THE WORST... THE MANAGER "JAIME" IS THE THE WORST.. ONE LADY BOTHER ME ASKING MONEY INSIDE, AND THEM I SAW A GUY WITH 4 CUPS OF COFFEE AND JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE EXIT, OTHER LADY GOES BEHIND HIM WITH COFFEE AND OTHER LADY ON THE LINE I WAS BEHIND HER AND SHE JUST STEP OUT OF THE LINE READY TO PAY HER COFFEE AND JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE EXIT. SECURITY SHOULD BE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WALKING AND FOR SURE TELLING ALL THIS PEOPLE "THEY CAN'T ASK FOR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS" I WAS ON THE LINE AND AFTER I SAW THIS WAS THINKING IF THE MANAGER KNOWS THIS... Went to get food at night and ended up with barely anything. The premade food areas were bare. It seems this place is a hangout for employees and their friends. Definitely trashy.

I just got Smoothie from this location, and for lack of a better word, it was absolutely dog water. Whoever made my smoothie clearly doesn't appreciate the artistry of Smoothie making. They didn't even put the correct amount of whip cream as a topper.. to make things worse, the drink was soggy after an 8 min drive back home. What is this garbage I just consumed? I ask myself in the mirror as I drove off with a sad disappointment of a sour taste from the first sip. I will never get a Smoothie from this location as I am now scared with this experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I am absolutely repulsed by the terrible customer service interaction with the maker of this poorly put together lack of a Smoothie. This should be a crime. She was also rude and had such a sour face towards me just because I asked her for a straw due to them not being restocked on time, I guess .

As a professional driver I use Wawa a few times every single day. I get the same no bun tuna shorti. I always get both jalapeños. This visit Jamie told me to go pay for crispy jalapeños. So bizarre. In addition she was not friendly, at all and made me feel like I was trying to get away with stealing 2 bits. The whole dumb thing made me leave with nothing. And it was a waste because she made food that I didn’t buy. So disappointing all around.

We drove to the store. My daughter stepped inside to make a purchase, I stayed outside to get some air. After less than 3 minutes th Security Guard said Management wanted me to leave. I asked him why and he said he didn't have to explain himself so I went inside to try to find management and he said he didn't have to identify management to me. I told my daughter to come on, and was than outraged I believe that I was stereotype because there is a lot of homeless people in the community and I didn't have my teeth in. These people have issues!!!!!!

Went there to order a refresher drink on 9/02/23 between 115pm and 135pm, the girl that made my drinks was rude and instead of using juice as the drink instructed she is using water. If I wanted water I would have bought water. If I order another drink I will definitely make sure if see her I will turn around

Found a hair in my chef salad today. Thoroughly disgusted. Never again .

Adding another one star review to the slew of one star reviews already submitted feels a little redundant, but this location deserves it. Maybe the attention will help. I am a huge fan of Wawa for many reasons, one being the fact that coffee is always ready, at any time of the day. Today was my 3rd consecutive visit to this location where ALL of the coffee was empty, no fresh coffee was being made as they were in the sink, yet to be cleaned. The woman working was standing in the drink making area looking at her phone. The time before this was the same woman. I informed her that the coffee was all empty, and she said “give me a minute”, and then proceeded with what she was doing on her phone. The entire store has oddly empty shelves every time, and everything is dirty. Everything.

That morning crew is the bomb. Never any issues with them. Kim, teetee, nicki Geneva, and I forgot the older gentleman's name, I think Richard. They always great you with a smile and is always helping customers when I am walking in. They stay on point.

Bathrooms are gross. No toilet seat covers and toilet paper was off the roll so who knows how many times it was dropped on the ground. Easy to clean your fentanyl needles in TP off the role too. It would be nice if Wawa took some hints from RaceTrac bathrooms. Also would love paper towels (not just this Wawa, but nationwide).

I have been a long time customer if this store since the day it was built. The staff in the deli is ok, the lady Shawn is the best person that works there by far. The other women in the dri ks area are useless, they complain about their job duties, they complain about customers, they complain about coworkers. This staff needs to be completely reworked and with the exception of Shawn. They are costing you money and your reputation.

The worst Wawa I've seen rude staff to busy talking instead of working horrible service it's dirty, trash overflowing and a bunch of homeless and junkies standing around inside I will definitely never come to this location again

Becoming less of a fan. The fountain drink cups are now at register only which slows to whole process down. Easier to go somewhere else. Many lunches are still good but I won't go to this location. 😞

The most ghetto Wawa ever! You can’t serve yourself a drink from the fountain machine you have to make a super long line and pay for your drink before getting the cup which makes no sense especially if you’re getting gas and thirsty. Always understaffed and most employees here have a horrible attitude. Save your time and gas and go to any other location. If I could do zero stars I would

I've been to this place 5 times in a row. Most have been between 10 and 12 ant night, but this time, it's 7 pm, and the bathrooms are still closed last night then they had a sign saying cleaning 2 days ago it said out of order and tonight both bathrooms say out of order this place is filthy and needs cleaning as well as stocked.

I know they're doing their best. They're in a challenging location. When I walked into the ladies room, a homeless woman was taking a bath in the sink. No one expects to see somebody naked in the bathroom. It's not their fault. It's a difficult location. Try to get in and out with no incident.

Maya was so rude smashing things and slammed one mans drink and it spilled everywhere and proceeded to ignore all of us. I placed a mobile order and she refused to give it to me. Nasty attitude. I literally had to go ask a manager to retrieve it for me be cause I was waiting more than 20 minutes for a bag that was right next to her the whole time. Now my food went gross and I don't appreciate being bullied at my age

What a disgusting place. Bathrooms constantly ruined, deli constantly yelling. Excessively long lines because they only have one person working. Pure failure of the Wawa brand.

This place is right down the street from my hotel. They have just about everything. We ate these delicious meatball hoagies, which I forgot to take a picture of. I will definitely eat more sandwiches from Wawa

A very nice lady named Toni went above and beyond to help me. She right away made me my delicious bacon,egg, and cheese croissant and their French Vanilla coffee is delicious. Muchas Gracias Toni
