4.5
stars,
loving
this
little
yoga
studio.
Every
single
instructor
is
uniquely
gifted.
I
always
get
a
lot
out
of
each
practice.
For
perspective,
I'm
strong,
love
the
meditative
aspects
of
yoga,
and
have
been
practicing
for
20+
years
off
&
on,
but
not
in-studio.
Not
too
flexible
overall,
I
currently
have
some
mobility
challenges
and
pain
now,
from
recent
life
events.
My
favorite
instructors
&
classes
were/are:
-
FLORENCE
-
Yin
(especially!)
and
Vinyasa:
SO
soothing.
In
love
with
the
gentle
sound,
tambre,
and
RHYTHM
of
her
manner
of
speaking,
in
general.
And
she
translates
these
qualities
INSANELY
WELL
during
the
practice,
in
her
instruction.
It
was
so
perfect,
like
listening
to
a
refined
audio
or
DVD
--
not
one
word
out
of
place.
The
way
she
guides
you
to
flow
through
your
breath
is
just
as
it
should
be.
Her
Vinyasa
was
quite
challenging
in
places,
but
I
persisted.
I
am
TOTALLY
IN
LOVE
with
this
beautiful
human's
way
of
running
practices.
I
think
she
was
just
subbing
for
a
few
Yin
classes
though,
and
doesn't
normally
teach
it.
I
think
she
should!
-
CAROLINE
-
Yin
and
Restorative
yoga.
This
woman
is
a
magician.
Period.
From
my
very
first
class
with
her,
my
stiff,
achy
hip
joints
felt
INSTANTLY
changed.
After
practice,
I
felt
almost
like
a
new
woman.
Even
more
incredible
(to
me)
that
she
built
that
practice
in
the
moment,
completely
based
on
what
we
said
we
wanted
to
work
on.
Love
how
she
ALLOWS
YOU
TIME
to
transition
into
postures,
is
attentive
to
what's
happening
in
your
body,
and
comes
around
offering
assistance
with
props,
or
bringing
them
so
you
can
remain
relaxed.
Whenever
Caroline's
on
the
schedule,
I'M
SHOWING
UP.
-
SUSAN
-
Vinyasa.
Yes!
Skip
a
few
pushups,
as
needed!
Again,
love
how
she
also
takes
care
to
coordinate
movement
with
breath.
I
was
concerned
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
do
it
(again,
mobility
challenges
+
pain),
but
the
flow
of
motion
and
breath
made
me
feel
BETTER.
These
classes
haven't
been
as
challenging
as
Flo's
vinyasa
(thankfully,
for
me!),
but
they
definitely
DO
present
quite
a
challenge
in
places.
Feel
very
powerful
after,
less
pain,
more
flexible.
Love
how
they
time
the
classes,
so
I
could
do
a
vinyasa
flow,
then
catch
yin
or
restorative
immediately
after.
The
decor
and
lighting
are
beautiful,
and
Danielle,
the
owner,
is
wonderful
...
so
no
wonder
her
yogis
are,
too.
Oh!
I
forgot,
I
got
to
take
one
of
class
w/Danielle
--
restorative
class
w/sound
bath
--
and
liked
it
SO
much.
Unlike
anyone
else,
she
quite
explicitly
explained
the
difference
b/w
Yin
and
Restorative,
which
I'd
been
wondering,
and
also
gave
some
good
modifications
(and
was
attentive)
during.
Appreciated
the
pacing,
and
the
CLARITY
and
INTENTIONALITY
of
her
guidance.
Many
students
are
friendly
and
say
hello.
Some,
like
with
other
studios
I
tried,
keep
completely
to
themselves.
The
studio
setup
took
a
little
getting
used
to,
but
I
ended
up
actually
liking
the
wall
division
b/w
the
two
yoga
rooms
--
it
allowed
for
more
privacy
to
not
be
in
the
room
with
the
instructor
and
most
students.
Particularly
for
someone
like
me,
whose
yoga
experience
has
been
mostly
virtual.
Like
another
mentioned,
parking
is
pretty
tight
when
people
don't
pull
all
the
way
up
to
the
parking
block.
Also,
occasionally
people
wrench
in
over
the
line
and
don't
realign
their
cars.
;-(
I
personally
found
value
from
the
note
and
photos
in
the
bathroom,
so
I'd
know
to
pull
up
fully
to
help
others
fit.
But
of
course,
not
everyone
reads
or
cares.
Mostly
though,
parking
was
fine.
I
immediately
felt
sneezy
many
times
while
setting
up
my
mat.
Maybe
a
duster
sweeper
can
be
used
between
classes,
especially
along
the
perimeter?
Otherwise,
I
like
how
tidy
--and
well
laid
out
--
everything
is.
Final
point,
they
don't
offer
classes
virtually
right
now.
That's
a
big
one
for
me,
since
we're
traveling
currently.
Regardless,
I
definitely
plan
to
be
back,
and
highly
recommend
this
studio!
