    DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for decades and for the past several years I have been using their app to place my orders because it’s convenient and usually they have deals. However, on my most recent order when I arrived to the drive thru speaker to tell them the order code they told me that their “system is down”. I was disappointed obviously. I had just gotten off a long day at work and was looking forward to a little comfort food. When I asked about a refund the person I spoke to said they couldn’t offer me a refund either. I got back on the app to see if there was anyway to fix the situation remotely but No. Every pathway I followed led me back to the restaurant locator which doesn’t provide any sort of contact information. Eventually I was able to locate a number for the location i ordered at and after listening to phone ring for a couple minutes someone finally answered. I explained the situation and was told that there’s nothing they can do and I would have to come back in person in the morning and speak to the manager. Seriously? This is the absolute worst way to treat a loyal customer. I literally have over 16,000 points on the app. You have to eat a shameful amount of McDonald’s food to get that many points. Obviously customer loyalty, convenience, and basic business etiquette don’t concern them. Now I have to inconvenience myself even further and complicate a 3rd employees day because for some reason the “system is down” but they’re still able to collect money electronically.

    There was no sanitizer near the kiosk. Bottles were empty They don't provide a tray for dine in order. When asked for a tray, they said we don't provide trays for dine in. I don't recommend dining at this location. The place is not clean. They made a mess burger, all the sauces were in the wrap.

    SPEAK ENGLISH IF YOU TAKE ORDERS. Then when you dont get one thing right on the order and you know full well your co worker doesnt speak english...dont force the customer to just take it or leave it because you already ran the card...if you do it again im cancelling the payment. Because you have your shift coordinater at the pu window passing bags and turning her head ignoring your complaint just holding the bag out take it ir leave it. Plus your store lost $8 getting the order wrong. Its the only mcds in Tampa with zero homeless ppl...you know you are rude and incompetant when the homeless dont want to wash their armpits here.

    I’m not normally one to complain about food. Every single time I order from this place something is missing. EVERY TIME. I ordered nuggets from here 3 times. Every time all my sauces were missing. When I order burgers I get it without certain veggies. Instead of making my burger fresh they just pick off the veggies with their fingers. Lazy, incompetent and completely useless. I’ll drive the extra 2 miles to the next McDonald’s from now on. You should too.

    I did Uber eats pickup from here and it was out of control! Employees had there kids in the lobby crying while working, the behavior and customer service was not what it should be..who ever owns this needs to really have a customer service class with your former and new employees.

    I stopped to use the restroom. Their entire women's bathroom was locked. When I asked for the key the manger lady was looking at her phone. Didn't even look up and gave me a tone that was straight rolling her eyes, she said "someone's in there". I awkward sit for a second just like man I really need to go. She saw this then a second time with more attitude explain I need to wait until they come. Me "obviously" The employee who was using the restroom finally comes out, hands me a water ridden set of keys and yells back that I need to use the big key. I am not an employee to have to be paying attention to what key is the restroom key. And I didn't not deserve attitude for asking for the restroom. The bathroom has two stalls ... Why does they entire bathroom need to be locked to one person using it.

    It seems now a days we get bad attitudes and ehh salutation when it comes to any fast food but you pray that your food is at least is correct hot, appealing to the eyes and yummy for my tummy. Welp Mc Ds a true disappointment. Don't worry I won't go back there. Trust and believe. You want to get paid $15 an hour but can't get a simple order correctly or don't have it you to service with a smile. How may I help you? Order when you're ready. Thank you for choosing Mc Donald's something to that nature but nope that at this location. Food was terrible even the fries greasy soggy like come on the fries? No straws? Ordered 2 fries was missing one. Ordered mc chicken plain old chewy and sick looking. If you don't like working there than quit. I don't like going there so boom problem solved will not ever. Back in my days that location use to be on and popping. Stayed busy and food was always hot and service was always great. Welp Thanks for taking the time in reading this. Team wotk makes the dream work. Bye

    Despite being 1 of my regular stops daily its touch & go whether they will actually attend you. They will only attend 1 side of the drive thru while the other side sits never being answered. You make an order in app & are told at the window the system is down, then that they are closed until breakfast. If they are in fact closed during these times they should definitely make sure that no orders can be processed because there is no way in app to get a refund or cancel your order. Very disappointed.

    I ordered a McDouble with no cheese and they instead decided to put cheese with no meat… it’s not the first time they messed up this bad

    I understand that it’s a fast food restaurant so I won’t be too harsh but every time I go to this McDonald’s they usually mess it up. Really great food and the employees are nice though!

    (10/03/22 11:30pm) Terrible experience. Why have twin drive thrus open if you're short staffed. I sat in the second lane for 7 minutes as 6 cars go by in the first lane. They don't give receipts. My burger and fries from the drive thru was already cold. Terrible, terrible experience all around. I won't be back. I'd rather drive 5 minutes out of the way to go to the McDonald's on Fletcher Ave.

    This is the worse store I ever been to and the worse customer service. Literally yelling at me because she don't know what she is doing ain't my fault, can't even order a sandwich by number and letter mind you. And tell them they were wrong for a froggy ghetto person to yell at me. Check your employees.

    unexceptional service, ordering a cheap fast breakfast turns into a 30minute ordeal easily. they never get the order correct the foood is cold everytime. I have gotten countless refunds because of cold food.

    Stopped in for quick mocha and some nuggets. Mocha took q0 minutes to make because they were washing the machine. Instead of telling me so I could order something else, they just assumed I had to other purpose to my day. Staff WAS polite, just not focused on customer needs.

    At 11:55 am I go to place an order with cashier for a free medium fry. But noticed my dollar fry coupon numbers wouldn’t load on my app. Cashier seen the coupon himself. Manager walks pass cashier asks manager if she could use her numbers to speed up the process and she said no you just have to wait. That was very rude. In front of everyone. I feel management needs more training. Also came in this morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the order was wrong I was given the wrong egg when I paid more for the circle egg. Manager never apologized to me. Very poor service here.

    I placed an order through DD and half my order was missing! I called the store to let the manager know and she told me that they don't put the DD order on the side of the bag! I clearly have the ticket! The receipt is exactly what I ordered but they don't know how to read or something! Then she gotta lie about it.. Yet they begging for $20.00/hr! Learn to read

    The ladies at the two windows in the drive-through in the morning are the nicest in the whole entire world, and at this point remember my order whenever I come! You don’t get this time of service fast food anymore I really appreciate them for what they do

    I didn't receive my second order, and when I told the lady, all she said was she didn't see my order. Of course, the self-service register didn't have any paper, so I didn't have a receipt to show her.
