The cashier was very funny(in a good way)! The line was fast & they had great quality fast food! Good amount of seating around the food court. Perfect place to grab lunch, while visiting The Westshore Mall

Most first Chick-fil-A and I was rather pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and soon after ordering a steaming hot chicken sandwich, fries and drink were delivered into my awaiting arms. And although the wait had been short, it was definitely worth it. The chicken was hot and crispy and the fries were amazing.

Food was good as normal, but it is in a mall, so there is no drive-through. Staff was ok, but seating was a little dirty, but that may be the malls responsibility.

Let me begin by saying I almost never eat fast food. But I don't see the appeal for Chik-fil-a. The chicken sandwich was bland. The waffle fries were soggy. The workers were helpful and nice. I was given a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. The server was apologetic and replaced it without question.

I stopped off last Saturday morning for a coffee and a bit to eat. Our Waitress was helping me with select a specialty brew coffee not yet for customer consumption. Next thing I know is I'm waking up on the stall floor of the bathroom, side bandaged up and missing a kidney. I will say Chick-fil-A has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great coffee selections. Hats off to our Host Tammy for sending me home with an Ice Pack!

Every time I try and give them another chance I kick myself in the but. I just don’t understand why this chic fil a struggles with customer service. I work in the mall and order ahead. And still wait minimum of 20 min. Today was the same experience spending entire break in line. Then returned to store to see that I hadn’t been given the chocolate milk I’d ordered. Too frustrated to return. All employees always look exasperated and seem to be trying and giving effort but they simply are not efficient in their roles.

The food was extremely salty, I remembered working at Chick fil A and the chicken nuggets were my favorite, super delicious, Days ago I visited Chick fil A, I bought some grilled chicken nuggets and it was disgustingly salty. No my favorite now

Horrible customer service! Delivered only partial of the order and the rudity of the staff Alexander who hung up on us twice and his manager Kourtney wouldnt come to the phone. We have many employees who clocked out for lunch and there's no lunch. Apparently, Kourtney is the owner manager and this is the way you treat customers. Unfortunately, they franchise locations so you never know what kind of treatment you will get. Then the guy who hung up on us said he would replace everything since so much was missing and when we got there as they demanded we come pick it up he refused to replace what he said he would. Horrible horrible experience!!! Terribly rude staff and totally incompetant! Then when they still didnt replace all the sandwiches they ignored our employee who had to go pick up everything and then told her to call corporate WOW. Chick Filet really needs to vet their franchise owners as these people are completely unsavory!

Used my free sandwich coupon, came in handy, I needed something to eat.
