Waited 30min for Steak bagel and And at the end ended up with a sausag bagel after I got home was when i received it. I paid for steak and this what I got So please look at your order while you are there they don't care the girl couldn't even look at me in the eye while she gave me the bag she knew I hope nothing else happened to my food.... They were other unhappy people in the lobby and I can see why manager really did not care this was Sunday The 5th I hope this helps future people from this mistake Between this one on Hillsborough and the 1 on Bush I really wish I would stop going... They just there to make a paycheck .....

Ask for two kids meals they did not put the chicken nuggets in meal when given, went back and they refused to believe they were not in there so they charged us again for chicken nuggets which I promise I would have never purchased if it wasn’t for my kids actually wanting them and their grandmother not letting it go for two kids meals I ended up paying almost 20 dollars for their mistake tonight! I didn't even get no food from here after attempting to use their bathroom first. At 8:10am how the hell is your bathrooms so Nasty?🤔 Then the dryer to dry your hands looks like it came from the bottom of the sea 250 years ago. How is this McDonald's so ran down and McDonald's is a BILLION DOLLAR Company! Over worked employees don't wanna clean no damn bathrooms or even report old broken things that need replaced. Someone Make this Make sense!

At the speaker while taking our order, we were cut off, with the total, so we added our hot fudge sundae at the window, where the women never even responded, or really cared to say anything but the total to us. Got to second window, where they gave us my fish filet, which has the smallest price of cheese I’ve ever seen, & had us pull up for the ice cream. We got the hot fudge sundae, to be completely disappointed! Where’s the hot fudge part?! To increase the prices so much a continuously make the food quality worse & worse, is the reason we really don’t eat McDonalds anymore! The few times we do go, it’s literally worse & worse! It would just be nice to get what is advertised, get what we pay for, and have the kind of employees who actually care what’s being handed out the drive through. Not trying to be a Karen but man it just happens literally every time I’ve been to this McDonalds. Serving the food you would want served to you, is the best place to start if anyone actually cares how this store is ran.

Fast food was good , who doesn’t like McDonald’s and they hooked me up with a free drink ….. let’s goo lol

The ice cream machine is always broken. When you are ordering your food, you be rushed to order. They don't tell you your total until you get to the window. You might get a nice person to give you your food that don't get an attitude if they forget to put something in your bag.

This place runs well late night. I greatly appreciate that, especially when I might be tired and hungry. It's the perfect combination for me to lose my cool. I'm nowhere close to abusive, but their business will feel my wrath as I stop going until I decide to try one more time. Last time through the woman working the drive-through was awesome and, again, that's hard to come by later at night early in the morning.

The food I ordered was awful 😖. I ordered a chicken sandwich that had no pickles, but it tasted just like pickles 😭 I hate pickles. The bathroom was disgusting 😒 it stank, and the garbage can was overflowing just because it was so little like stupid small. The baby changing table was also nasty. I changed my baby standing up ( it is no problem 😊), but what if it was a baby that couldn't stand? Anyways, yeah... smh

Egg McMuffins, Sausage egg McMuffins were hot and fresh. We only had to park for about 5 minutes since it was breakfast time. This is a very busy place. When our order was brought to us Tony's coffee was black. Our counterperson took it right back in and fixed it the way Tony requested. She was super friendly and super fast. This is my 2nd time stopping in here. I'm always happy when I leave. Staff is wonderful.

For food was fresh and the server was courteous. I was though disappointed at the two small pieces of Roma tomatoes placed on the sandwich. They may not have had regular tomatoes I figure.
