I been living here ever since 2020 and I really love these apartments. It's very convenient and close to school, work and local shopping centers. Stephanie and Ada are very welcoming and they are very easy to talk to. Any issues I may have, putting in a work order and to have a response within a timely manner is excellent. Great job to all the staff

I would have liked to give more stars but the maximum is 5. Everything is very nice here. Clean and welcoming and I emphasize clean because in the 7 years that I live in America (I'm Italian) it's the first time I haven't seen papers on the floor of garbage outside the bins. and speaking of rubbish bins, I've seen the maintenance workers wash them, never seen anything like this in my life! The gardens are always well cared for and there is a lot of greenery, it is very pleasant to walk around here. The girls in the office are of a unique and rare kindness! Stephanie, Ada and Mars are impeccably professional! The smile is never missing and they are loving with everyone especially with my son and this is to be appreciated because you can't find it everywhere! The maintenance guys are uniquely effective! not even the time to point out that something is wrong in the house and they come to fix it! I recommend this apartment complex to everyone as it is everything you are looking for, whether you have a family or are single. tranquility, courtesy, efficiency and cleanliness and it is not even as expensive as all the other complexes in this area. So if you are looking for an apartment, believe me this is the right place!

Lived there for 10 months. Everything was going good until the end of my lease where they try to terminate my lease 1 month prior because I told I was moving out when my lease ends! After my lease ended in September I didn’t get my move out statement until last week, which they charged me $300 for “paint damages” and when I asked what paint damages were there, I was told it’s for “touch up paint”. There wasn’t any damages to the walls or paint and they are avoiding my calls and emails from me and not giving me a clear reason or explanation. I’m glad I took pictures when I was leaving!

I have to say I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this one I had to I had a tour earlier this week with Stephanie and hands-down. She knows what she’s talking about. She took me around showed me the apartments and all the beautiful amenities you guys have there and it really made my decision very easy. So thank you to the great staff there but especially Stephanie. You guys have a winner on your hands with her.. I can’t wait to move in.

Eagles Point Apartment is a great atmosphere! I love the inside of my space, very spacious and comfortable. Also love the amenities! Safe environment and always have fun things for the residents. Maintenance also is quick to respond!

From my personal experience and being a good tenant i get the up most respect and help from the Eagles Pointe Team! this is the best experience ive had with my first apartment ever . If i could stay here forever i definitely would but until then as far as now i have been here almost a year and i know for sure i will be renewing my lease! The management is top tier and understand situations! If you were thinking about moving here it is 100% worth the money .

Eagles Point has been nothing but lovely to live at. Great for college students, very close to USF and not too far from downtown. The staff is so friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The pool is fabulous and really gives off “resort” vibes!

The tour that was given to me by Ms.Ada was the best during my search for my new place to call home. She responds quickly to any questions I emailed her with, when I met her in person you can tell she really loves what she does and enjoys helping others. She was very detailed during the tour knew all the information I had questions for I can not wait to move in.

She is amazing!! He helped us with everything and was very kind.
