I will start off saying I am not a resident but a service provider here...I own a cleaning business and service several units in The Pearl Apartments...They are nice and new yes that's true...The common areas seek very clean and we'll kept... I have read on other reviews about fire alarms going off often and that is true!!...Parking...my main issue...guest parking area in garage is small...maybe 8 spaces..there is retail parking in garage also both are being used even though retail is far from complete...The problem is visitors to Armature Works are parking in the Pearl Garage leaving no place for real guests to park... otherwise, a very safe and friendly complex...with many high tech features. Hopefully they can find a way to deal with the parking issues...

Poorly maintained, the internet works maybe 50% of the time. The elevators rarely work, the AC breaks, it smells like dog urine in the halls and elevators much of the time. Can’t wait for my lease to end.

I only looked online at this place. It's definitely nice I wish I could afford it. But with no rent cap it's just going worst and then no Floridian that have lived here especially for decades can't afford there own city. And I'm not that guy but right now with everyone from the Midwest to the northeast and out west moving here has ruined our economy. I have two jobs at the moment and still can't make ends meet so as of right now living here in Hillsborough County sucks. No longer will I rate apartments, rental homes or anything of the sort cause they don't care they just want your money. Forgive me fam it's a struggle it just sucks living in hotel room.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with The Peal Apartment in Tampa, FL, especially in regards to the Leasing Management and Consultants. The Peal is in a prime location and there is a lot to do around, especially now that new retail, dinning and beauty services are opening. The staff made me feel at home and Jessica has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her and other leasing consultants.

Things they don't tell you when you're moving in: - The fire alarm will go off multiple times every month. This week alone it has gone off 3 days in a row (yes some is planned testing, but they are lying if they say it isn't a regular occurrence). If you remote work, this will be a prohibitive annoyance. Reasons why a residential building should never share an alarm system with a restaurant. - Packages are frequently stolen, despite the building being access controlled. - Maintenance is slow and does bad work. It took 2 months to fix a leaking faucet. Management made no attempt to swiftly resolve this, despite the leaking resulting in unnecessary water billing that I was forced to pay. 2 stars because the units are well built, and the complex is generally kept clean. Unless you're unfortunate enough to live by the dog park. The management asking 3 grand for a 1/1 is a joke.

Scott and Danielle @ Apartment Life / The Pearl are just incredible, even more so during holidays and the summer! Constant and frequent social events, including pool parties/BBQs that are very welcoming and extremely friendly. Many young professionals and families here that my family and I have come to befriend and appreciate! Cheers!

I’ve lived at the Pearl for several years and have really enjoyed! Scott and Danielle throw the best events where I get to meet so many neighbors. My FAVORITE part of living here.

I LOVED living at The Pearl and would recommend it to anyone. While I am excited for the next Chapter in a new place, I will absolutely miss it there. It was always a dream of mine to live at Armature Works, and it was almost everything I'd hoped for. The staff and maintenance team here are super professional and helpful (shoutout to Brent and Brian!!!). Despite being in a busy place, it was relatively peaceful and quiet. And the property felt safe for the most part, especially with the full-time security on-site. Some things I hope will be improved are better measures to prevent people from pulling the fire alarm as a prank and stronger air fresheners in the elevators. What I didn't like the most was the college kids who would fly through the parking garage (I'm surprised I never saw any car accidents or someone get run over while I was there). Living in an apartment will always come with unique challenges, but The Pearl really is one of the best places to live in Tampa - hence why I still give it a 5-star rating. Grateful for my time there and the people I met!

The amenities are great and the apartments themselves are well done. However, the elevators been broken for months. My packages get stolen consistently. The lock on our door has broken at least 15 times and as 3 young girls living together, this makes us feel unsafe. We have called and complained about it every time only for them to come fix it and it breaks again within a month. Every time I want to use the printer the paper is gone and I have even called the leasing office to refill it numerous times and they never did. My button to open the garage has stopped working 5 times now. The rent here is far too high for there to be this many issues. Not worth it.

Elevator broken for 8 weeks+ with no updates/path to resolution, broken entry door handle, constantly trash everywhere in the trash chute rooms! I would look else where for the cost per unit definitely not worth the increased price and rates compared to newer better maintained properties.

We visited the Pearl today before the hockey game. We selected the restaurant because of the gluten free items on its menu. We were not disappointed. Not only did we get to enjoy a safe and delicious meal, we had a wonderful waitress named Kristen. She was friendly, informative and appeared to really enjoy her job. The food was good and Kristen’s sparking personality made for a perfect pregame meal !!

I can't express enough how amazing my experience has been with our amazing leasing agent Makenna from the start of the touring process to finding the perfect apartment. I was looking for very specific things out of my next apartment and she took so much time showing me around the complex and different units time and time again. She invested heavily into making sure she kept me notified as units that fit my needs came available. The entire office staff has truly been amazing to work with. I couldn't be happier with my choice to live in the Pearl and the location is amazing. Give Makenna a call, you won't regret it!
