If I could give a 0 I would this management of an operation is laughable. I would not recommend anyone to live here. The front office never answers/returns calls, maintenance request says they are completed with out doing the work. No one speaks proper English so good luck getting any type of legitimate answer if you actually are lucky to get someone to answer a phone. The apartment's have cockroaches in them even when they are completely spotless food/cleanliness wise. The neighbors are loud as hell, and you can hear concerts through the cheap constructed walls. This place does not deserve anyone's money or business at all save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place as you can.

Don’t even consider moving into this dumb. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Nothing but issues from the time you put in your application. When you do move in, you’ll realize that all the nasty is still in the apartment from the previous tenants and will have to DEEP clean prior to bringing in any of your things. They spray paint over hair and anything else. The tops of the cabinet doors, dishwasher and anything else has coats of something sticky that will not come off. Had to wait over a month for new burners because the ones in the unit were so beyond burnt the smoke alarm would go off every time you turn them on. Office people respond to EVERY question with “I don’t know” and do NOT attempt to call this place because you will NEVER get an answer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Wish I could do ZERO STARS this place is horrible I would not live here for nothing in the world let’s start by saying over price for nothing old carpets nothing new like they say they paint over old paint, Office manager is never there and the front staff is super clueless. The apartment every month price change the trash never gets picked up and you pay for it… ROACH infested no matter how clean you are there roaches in the fridge and all over your house… and there a wait list for pest control to come out to you… your car gets towed for no reason or car gets broken into… apartments are super small and smells like people smoke weed everywhere. This place isn’t worth the price and laundry area to expensive and small washer for the price this place is a rip off not worth a dime. And there more photos but gets me upset that roach infested apartment

These apartments are filthy and has a Lotta roaches me and my wife be clean the apartment every day and we be sprayed every day and roaches keep coming out. Also, the maintenance be coming in your apartment without axing permission and people be smoking weed fighting and having cops called and we get blamed for everything where we don’t even smoke or drink or do anything and hardly home because we’d be at work. Our car had got broken in. We called the cops and told the apartments and they say that they can’t do nothing about it and that they don’t have no camera. I also they be full of ants all inside the house all over the house which I think it ain’t ants it’s termites, but all over the apartment.it’s termites, but all over the apartment. We can have no food out because then the roaches come out, and get some your food, the department I really nasty and it has a lot of roaches, one night our daughter was crying and I didn’t know what was wrong with her and than I seen a roach on her and I’m just so done with this apartment and they need to bomb the whole place to kill all the roaches and termites….. these apartments are really nasty

Predatory lease clauses- read the fine print carefully! Excessive cockroaches even by Florida standards. Clothes get stolen from public laundry, which will often have half or more of the washers/driers out of service. Loud neighbors will often play music at full blast until 1-2am.

I really loved this place at first but since I've moved in I've had nothing but problems...... the first thing I've noticed since moving in was the smell of cigarettes all over my apartment, so bad that I cant even hang my clothes in the closet. It's in my air filter and is starting to effect my breathing.Ive contacted them multiple times in order to get the fixed but there doesn't seem to be anything getting done other than them telling me to let them know which apartment it's coming from instead of just coming to my apartment to figure it out... there's mores issues such as ants all over my counters in my kitchen and crawling on my bed. It doesn't matter how clean you are. It's not avoidable here. They've painted over hair in my bathroom and the paint is coming up in my bathtub....among many more issues . Don't even get me started about how expensive the rent is, it's not worth it.. who let's someone move into a place like this?

I recently applied to these apartments and so far satisfied with the units, my only issue is with Administration I haven’t moved in yet (I move in Monday) and the lack of response and communication with their tenants is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I haven’t received my welcome letter that I was supposed to receive this week. I passed by the office this morning to be able to get this issue resolved, the leasing agent said she would send it right away, it is now 7:43pm and I have yet to receive it and the office is closed tomorrow. I only stress this so much because I have to set up the light bill, and give the move in payment and don’t want to have to be running around on move in date and just get things ready and settled in.

Negligent. I have rotting sheetrock above my screen doors for almost a year. Stain on my ceiling for months. An active leak no one has updated me on. Baseboards that are stained from water damage. No one cares. They will promise you this and that with no concern. No one picks up phone. Neighbors who scream, and allow their 40lb dog to run around apartment and wake me up random hours every night. My car was vandalized. Water, sewage, and trash are constantly raising prices every month. No one gives you a straight answer. I wouldn't recommend the devil to live here.
