I love living here. It's great if you can avoid most of the residents. They can be a bit much. Cantankerous even.

Dawn and the rest of the team, they're just great! And the care that they put into ensuring these senior apartments remain of top-notch quality is stellar. I truly enjoy knowing and working with them!

Safe. Quiet. Clean. Good maintenance. Nice frequent gatherings at Community room. Friendly staff and management. In general, great place for seniors to live at.

I toured the REED at Encore this week. What an amazing housing development! -Large Balconies -High Ceilings -Large Bedrooms -Nice Common Areas -Rooftop Swimming Pool -Incredible Views -Pet Friendly -Movie Theater -Artwork -Concierge -Bright, Inviting Colors -Great Gym -Computer Lab/Business Center -Chapel -I Could Go On Forever -Affordable I will be doing some research about living in one of the developments. It is so much better than my high rent housing at 2Bayshore.

Need a door clicker to use for my apartment door, and walk in shower for my connecting.bedroom. Thank you.
