***BEWARE***Do Not Move Here. I never got to move in. They took my application money told me they had a second story unit ready for 12/22 . They never called me I called them to find out the unit was not ready. I called 3 times before i got a date and an address. By the way this unit was to be upgraded with new flooring and cabinets the works. So i understood that it may take another week as I was promised by the office manager. I got another date today 12/28. But i was told yesterday the apartment was not ready. And they are not going to give me back my applications fee after they have taken me through the mud and back and I can't get what is owed to me. I am taken them to small claims court. I will tell you don't pay nothing till you see the unit and know you are to move in. Mr. Rocky and Mrs. Kimberly are the workers there and they both end up being rude to me. I was amazed on how I became the problem because I advised them I am taken them to court because they have lied to me several times. So why trust their words, both of them told me they would contact me and send me an email of all the different dates and I end up now looking for me a new place. This could have been avoid if they had better communication. This is one of the rudest companies I’ve dealt with.

I’m going to be generous and say that the reason the owner is leaving snarky replies to people that give low ratings is just to troll & try to be funny in order to separate themselves from the pack. The thing is, this isn’t the comment section of some comedian’s instagram where they just roast haters in order to get a laugh, this is an apartment complex! I don’t even live here but based on the replies I’m seeing to the reviews I would never even consider this place based on how egregiously unprofessional they are in response to negative reviews. Whoever is doing this, stop it, your attempt at humor is falling flat, and if you don’t believe me just look at your 1.8 rating.

I currently live here and I've been waiting for my shower to be fixed since last October 2020.....I've called the office and maintenance a month ago about other issues in my apartment and still not one single call back. All they worry about is fixing the empty apartments to get someone moved in as fast as possible. Dont waste your money here unless your comfortable not being treated like a tenant rather a payment every month

Do NOT waste your time putting in an application. They will take your money and give you the run around for me It took them a month to tell me they couldn't verify my job or rental history with is BS. I think they are just taking the fees and don't have many, if any apartments available. BEWARE!

Haven't had any issues living here they fix what you call about and haven't seen any bugs inside apartment and everything works. The only complaint I could have is it's difficult to get a hold of the office sometimes but that's kinda minor compared to other places I've lived. They got new property management I beleive since the other reviews were posted see them always working on making the place nicer and doing upkeep.

Maintenance here sucks, they close tickets without ever taking care of it. All my move in issues were never taken care of. It took them 2 months to get me a working refrigerator. I can't wait until my lease ends.

I live here now please don't do it I am not going to renew my lease. The owner try to be funny that's just a lack of knowledge. They really don't about people period. They going to end up in some big trouble. They took my blind daughter money when she moved out we Even paid someone to cleans the unit and my other daughter said they didn't want to do a walk through. They just kept her and she's blind. When I tell you they know I am going to play with them at all. Just call me Ms Sue. Now laugh at that. Try me B****

Worst apts to live in they never respond but want you to pay rent and they are very rude Don’t waste your time

Imagine owning a business (likely passed down from mommy and daddy) and running it into the ground so badly that you have to change your name because you have under a 2-star rating and not a single happy tenant. You never see anyone respond to comments like this owner does, and its costing him dearly when he thinks hes making a point he just looks like a bigger and bigger loser lol.

very unorganized ! Rude employees . Barely fix anything , never on time . Barely answer the phone . Employees say one thing and do another . Also going up on rent but not adding nothing . Crazy !!! Keep hiring new people so they taking the backlash which is not fair .

Tried to apply here couple months ago and I kept getting the run around literally. The manager and assistant tried to make it seem like I didn’t make enough but made way more than enough because they couldn’t READ my paystubs properly from MY JOB! The assistant there has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She’s unable to communicate, answer simple questions. It’s always “let me ask my property manager & I will get back with you.” The assistant also offered to give me my application fee back but then when I went up there she tried to lie and say she never said that only because she was in front of her manager. Took literally almost a month for them to tell me what was going on . I had to call Every time due to no response from them . They even mentioned I got approved then turned around and said I didn’t. The manager and assistant will try to argue you down! This place is unprofessional! They’re rude. Don’t waste your time cus they will lie and take your money !
