It has been almost one year that I have been living at Olympus. I moved here from a luxury high rise in Miami and this location, building, amenities and management staff is one of the best I have experienced. This is truly a place I can call home and the residents all become friends, highly recommend if you are looking to relocate in Tampa. Ask for Hannah in the rental office, she goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

This is my first year at Olympus Harbour Island and I have to say I love it!!! The building and amenities are great and it’s very modern and kept updated. The staff are amazing from the leasing office and Hannah who was phenomenal to the concierge who are friendly as well as the cleaning and maintenance crew. The location is ideal with so much going on downtown and on the island itself. With water street a short walk along with the riverfront walk u can’t go wrong.

Where do I begin? Amenities are world class and the building is gorgeous. Location is perfect near Amalie arena, water street, and is quite convenient. Apartments are luxurious. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Why live anywhere else?!

Olympus is a great property with amazing amenities in a great location. The staff really goes out of their way to take this property over the top. Hannah has gone above and beyond in assisting me with my move and provided me with all the information I needed to make a timely and informed decision when I was considering where to live. She has also been extremely responsive when I needed assistance in coordinating move related activities. The staff is also extremely responsive to resident requests (not just mine) when it comes to repairs or providing information about on site services. If you are looking for a nice place centrally located in Tampa with a great staff, I highly recommend reach out to Hannah and take a look at Olympus Harbour Island.

Having lived in Tampa for several years, I can honestly say this is the best place to live in this city. The units and amenities are incredible. Most importantly, the staff is the best, as they delivered hands on support throughout my entire move, especially Assistant Manager Hannah Schuele who has always gone above and beyond. Cant recommend this place enough!

I've lived at Olympus Harbour Island for four years now. Although imperfect, I have experienced that the professionalism and genuine interest from office staff has strengthened when it comes to building cleanliness and repairs. I've lived in other buildings with elevators in the past and an elevator being down is very common. Olympus seems to be aware and communicative in their efforts. I met with the Manager this week, she took notes and quickly engaged in scheduling repairs. The one area I wish could be better is resident complaints. It seems to be every morning in the coffee area about elevators or waiting for coffee. Not a great way to start my day, but I'm not sure you could do anything for that. Overall, I am very happy here and would recommend happy people to be my neighbor!

Amazing property and location!! I recently rented a new apartment here and working with Hannah in the leasing office was a complete pleasure. She made the entire process from selecting an apartment to move-in super easy and efficient.

If you’re considering moving here, DO IT! Hannah Schuele was my leasing agent, and she made my moving process extremely easy. She was so helpful and attentive to any concerns or questions I had! This has been by far the best place I've live in Tampa! everyone is great. Maritza really made the move in process very easy. Also, while living here, Antonio has been extremely helpful solving for any maintenance issues.

We recently moved to the Olympus Harbour Island property and are absolutely loving it . The building, and lobby are beautifully decorated giving it an upscale and modern vibe. The amenities in the building are great from the lounge area, pool , hot tub , outdoor grilling station, fire pit and gym just to name a few things that lend themselves to resort style living vibe. The building staff from the ladies in the leasing office to the maintenance and concierge are friendly and helpful. The building is also very dog friendly which was a plus for us. There are various social events in the building that make it easy to meet your fellow neighbors . Lastly it is great living in such a safe and walkable area. We are very happy that we chose to make this our new home and would highly recommend it.

I love this property!! It’s super nice, modern and clean and in a great area of Tampa. All of the amenities are well kept and the other residents are friendly. The staff is also always friendly and will help you fast when you need something. I have lived in apartments for years and usually apartment living isn’t the most pleasant , but this place has been my best experience!

Can’t say enough good things about this facility and the people who run it. The staff is incredibly pleasant and ensures that myself and all the other tenants truly have the best experience possible each and everyday. The amenities are great with a full gym, pool, hot tub, etc. Any sort of maintenance issues get taken care of swiftly, and the front desk people are are courteous and helpful. The front office team is always welcoming and inviting from the day I toured, with the communal events they throw for the building, to each and every time I see them in and around Harbour Island. Truly a great place to live!

Olympus is a great building, with outstanding amenities, a very friendly maintenance team and a broad mix of residents from all over the world. The leasing and management team is great, especially, Hannah, she is amazing!
