Always professional yet personable! Mary Catherine is absolutely the best dental hygienist who provides indepth cleanings and Dr Donato is the best dentist I've ever had. We found him as he specializes in working with special needs patients...truly a gift. I had a daughter with extreme anxiety and he was the only dentist who was able to work with her to accomplish extractions. The entire staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. If you have to go to the dentist, which we should all do regularly to avoid trouble and cost down the road, I highly recommend Lifetime Smiles and Dr Christopher Donato!

I am very disappointed with this office. As a nurse we scheduled several of our disabled patients due to they communicated that they will be scheduled with Tampa General Hospital to complete treatment as they need to be placed under. Several of our patients have paid $253.00 for a treatment plan. Self pay due to they have no dental insurance. We have been waiting since 3/2021 and we have not heard anything from the doctors office or at least from the schedule coordinator. We have left several messages and no call back. They continued to accept initial paymens from these disabled patients with no plan to treat due to scheduling. Very disappointed. If Tampa General is not scheduling your patients in a timely manner please stop scheduling initial appointments for patients with special needs because we all know after waiting several years they will need another initial assessment for another cost of $253. 00.

The staff here are amazing! You can tell that empathy, kindness, and compassion are at the heart of this practice. My daughter is 17 and has Down syndrome. We were referred by another dentist who didn’t have availability until a year out for sedation. I called the office in tears because I knew my daughter was in pain. Everyone was beyond helpful from the first initial contact. Our office visit met all my expectations. Dr. Donato met my daughter where she was and ensured she was comfortable before proceeding to look in her mouth. This the first time my daughter has left a dental visit singing and smiling. Thank you!

Overall I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mason was very thorough and professional with my exam. He was patient and gentle with me knowing I have anxiety. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Donato and the entire staff are experts in serving specialize dental solutions for patients; equally as important, Dr. Donato and team understands the needed requirements and strategies in caring for persons with disabilities. My daughter has a medical diagnosis of Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome), and she always leaves this office with a smile on face because of the support she receives from Dr. Donato and team. So, thank you.

I've been going here for several years now and Dr. Donato is the best there is! He is a painless dentist and has never hurt me. His staff is friendly and helpful. His hygienist is also gentle and thorough. I would give them more stars if I could!
