I had to come here to get a DOT physical and urine screening. Not only was the staff horrible, but the same thing with the clocks. I had to wait THREE HOURS to take a urine sample and physical in a room of 4 people. I was told there were emergency cases inside and there was NO ONE in the exam areas when I went back, just interns who were talking about going out that night, an angry wife who found out her husband was cheating with a "nurse" and a practitioner who didn't even give me a proper physical. I had to remind her that I needed to do an eye exam. This place is a joke, and I will be suggesting to my employer that they find another office to have their drivers assessed.

The doctor asked me if I had a problem staying awake I told him no and he puts me down for a sleep study and a 3 moth card

Cancel any plans you have the day of your appointment. Typical Dr. office that does NOT care about you or your time. I am currently going into my 2nd hour here in the waiting room. I was just told the "we've had allot of emergencies today" reason for my wait. I've heard alot of laughing from the back, can't be too serious of an emergency. Guess I wasn't aware that an occupational place for physicals and UA's was such a hotbed for emergencies. I informed the front desk person that I had an appointment, have been waiting for quite some time, she replied, yes, there are people who have been here longer than you. I told her I was reading the reviews online of this place, 3 hours waiting time? Really? I'm just glad I don't have to pay out of my pocket for this! Ridiculous!

This was my first time every going to that clinic and I hope that it will be my last time. Some of the worker like one of the high payed doctor... is very rude so of the staff don't no how to talk to people and the wait time is way past crazy I spent three in a half hours. Then today visit to get a tb reading took forever. I was there at 11 a.m and I left around 4. I would not recommend no one to this particular clinic in Tampa. Terrible service cause they feel they are already at work, but what they need to understand is that they have jobs because of the customers

The ladies are the front desk where very helpful and were always smiling. The staff was nice and the process once I was in the back was quick. I did have a little wait, just like any other medical clinic. I would return again.

I had to go there to do a drug screen for my new job and I was there less then 15 minutes. I had my paperwork in my email and I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do my hair drug screen, the front desk asked me to Email her my form, she printed it out for me and checked me in super quick.

Make sure you turn your paper work in I waited 2.5 hours for them to call me back and when I went back up there to see how much longer the wait would be they told me since I never brung my papers back up to the front desk I had been skipped horrible experience will not go back again what is the sign in sheet for if there only doing the order of which the paper work comes in first

Inconsistent with timing, first time I waited 2 hours, second not even 5 mins, and the last time an hour. The staff is alright, but the wait sucks.
