Went on “grand opening day” and am now posting the review! Got the box with a sandwich and tender and preferred the sandwich. Fries are fine, love the amount of pickle given on the side, though. I don’t recommend the mac and cheese- super watery! It comes with a piece of white toast. Got a mild plate, but will come again to get a higher spice. Was SUPER crowded inside that day and there was a line outside, but the service was pretty fast with all that chaos. Waited <20 minutes outside and got to order soon after being let inside. Took a bit to get the food, but they gave buzzers to hold. Inside is smaller than I thought, but there is outside seating. Workers were very friendly, upbeat, and fast. I got extra Dave’s sauce and ketchup and honey when asked which was nice. The management making the workers randomly do a loud cheer was kinda cringe, ngl lol. I posted about it on my Instagram stories and they reposted on the official account’s story.

The food was really good, we ordered the mild and hot sliders and a kids tender with no spice. The pickles were the best I’ve ever had. Fries are good and seasoned. The place was clean and didn’t take too long to make the food. They give also give you real honey on request which was nice.

Place was mid. Tried both the tenders and sliders. Would recommend getting the sliders with cheese slice AND cheese sauce on the side. The chicken was cooked well. Crispy yet still juicy. The mild version was good. Unfortunately, the medium that we got was overly salted. Perhaps an accidental heavy hand when seasoned? Customer service was great.

I had the 1 combo, No Spice, no slaw, the chicken had a burnt oil taste, fries were seasoned well and crispy. I'm gonna give DHC the benefit of the doubt and say that you'd have to have some level of spice to get the whole experience. The taste of the No Spice version was not bad but definitely lacked flavor. Now the secret sauce they have saved the day. Damn that's a good sauce!! The establishment itself Dope AF, I loved the urban decay/art that lines the walls. Very dope experience. All in all I'd say Daves Hot Chicken is a 9.3.

This was another new place for me. I had the number 3 light mild it was just perfect, it had a little kick to it enjoyable. My friend had number 4 I believe hers was mild and she needed something to drink 😆. Iam glad I got what I did. The food was delicious.

First time here and we absolutely loved it. Chicken was cooked to perfection and so juicy. They have a level of spice for every palate, I personally love spicy food and the extra hot was just right. Highly recommend to give this place a try.

So far no complaints, honestly I’m loving the fact of all the pickles I get. So far I have tried mild and medium at different times. Working my way up the heat ladder. Chicken is juicy, seasoned ( not salty) and not heavily breaded. The medium order was a little burnt , but, my mom sometimes put a little more love in her fried chicken 😊. Was still juicy. Will be back . The Slaw was really good with a mix of Kale, green and purple cabbage .

Very crowded on the weekends, but only because it's soooo good. The line moves fast and the chicken is cooked to perfection! The spice level is very hot so, even mild, you will need a drink. I feel like the portions have gotten smaller over the past few weeks, but nonetheless delicious! There is limited seating inside so I get mine to go every time.
