This is what you can expect from this place. They don’t care about you or your health. They accept responsibility for nothing. I’m into my third year here and it just keeps getting worse. I had to take care of my roach problem myself, one of their dead trees hit my car and destroyed my windshield last week. You are forced to pay for valet garbage even though the people don’t show up a lot of the time. Many of the buildings are covered with termites. You can actually see termites hanging from the window shutters. They said last year they were going to power wash the buildings and that never happened. I was basically dismissed from the office the other day by someone I had never seen before. They go through office staff like crazy. People have no respect for where they live. They don’t clean up after their dogs and there is trash thrown everywhere. The complex did try to put in all new fencing but people pry the bars apart so they can have their personal shortcuts. The pools are decently maintained and the laundry room is pretty good. Recently there are cars in the parking lot that look like they came from a bad trailer park . And the company that owns the complex has an F rating from the Better business bureau. Go through the reviews of this property and others they own and then decide whether you want to deal with the place. I love my apartment but am considering breaking my lease to move to a nicer place. I’m considering doing this even if I lose my deposit because it’s getting ugly out here

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE. Never lived in an apartment complex as incompetent as this place. Maintenance doesn’t fix things, they breaks again. AC has stopped working multiple times every month. Maintenance also broke a chunk of the kitchen wall and didn’t clean up all of the mess and took the entire dishwasher out, and has left it like that for 3 weeks now. They don’t care that you’ve been living in an apartment with a broken wall for 3 whole weeks with bugs coming out of the wall and a rancid smell coming from the pipes. Office and management don’t care about you and will be as slow as possible in getting things done. The office door will also be locked during their open hours even with the “come on in” sign and you can clearly see people inside, so they don’t have to deal with people. As for safety, the first year we moved in we came home to our building being blocked off with police tape with blood on the ground, stairs and walls. Someone was shot and ended up in our building. The police didn’t clean up the mess, the office sure did not clean it up either, my neighbor used her own hands and bleach to clean it all up. you will not feel safe or wanted here. EDIT: ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW AND STILL NOTHING FIXED EVEN AFTER THEM REPLYING TO MY REVIEW. TWO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS PLACE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Management is among the absolute worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When you call the leasing office they never answer. After calling numerous times with no answer I finally just give up and have to go in to the leasing office in person to get anything done. When I do go in the front desk people are just sitting there doing nothing, meaning they're purposely ignoring phone calls. They start one maintenance project and if they're not able to finish, they won't come back unless you get on them again. You literally can't get any of your concerns addressed unless you keep hounding them. Not to mention, they don't actually have ANY of the amenities they advertise. Both outdoor pools and fitness center are closed, tennis court doesn't have a net, and the indoor pool is only open until 5pm on weekdays and completely closed on weekends. The only amenity available is the dog park, and it's because it doesn't need to be maintained. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. EDIT: can't respond to your reply- but keep your performative apologies and just provide people with what they pay for

Worst place I move in dec 15 if 2023 and they full of s these people towed my car I had a sticker and I have always park in visitor with my car since I move here there was no explanation about I could not pull in visitor parking I have not sign any rules for parking they just gave me a sticker unprofessional and did not explain the rules none so what ever with the last Mangement with my sticker then the new people did not try to help me get my money back I had to pay 200 out my pocket for a mistake of something that’s was not giving to me or I have not sign for any rules for the parking sticker so I deserve my money back for my car being illegal towed I will not give y’all no stars the place is real dirty also 1 year of this mess I’m gone gateing area jack up

This place is HORRIBLE! From our move in date to now! We NEVER got to see the apt prior to moving in. We’ve had nothing but issues since day 1. Staff NEVER answers phones, my mother and I have to constantly leave work early to come into the office. My car got broken into last night and that’s it for me! We have NO damn outside lights and have been told since February that they are “waiting” on an electric company, meanwhile my boyfriend’s car almost got broken into and now mine actually did! I asked the police what I could do and they advised to call teco myself and even the mayor’s office which I plan on today! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! we cannot wait to leave this place!!

I Wouldn’t Give This Place A 1 Star ! First Off Let Me Say The Apartment is Big ! But Who Wants Rats Walkin Around In There House Where They Pay Rent !? I’m Currently Stayin At My Moms House Jus Because The Rats Are Out Of Control in My Unit ! I’m Scared To Even Enter The Unit ! Called The Front Office They Told Me I Have To Take Care Of The Rats Myself Of I Can Break My Lease !!! Don’t Put Anyone In A Unit You Wouldn’t Stay In Moral Of The Story I Want My Money Back !!!! I Can’t Believe I Left My Last Apartment To Move In With Rats !!!!!!!!!!! This Place Needs To Be Shut Down ! And Since The Problem Can’t Be Fixed I’ll Be Callin Code Enforcement On This Apartment Complex No One Should Have To Stay In Somthing That They Are Spending There Hard Earned Money On ! I Really Came To My Thoughts & Could Admit I Made The Wrong Choices On Giving My Money & Staying Here !

This place is unlivable. Do not move here, the management is terrible. Bugs, rodents, holes in walls, leaks, flooding inside of the apartment (sewage water), management claiming rent is unpaid when you already paid. The worst place to live at.

If I could give negative zero rating I would. Mirela North is old and infested with roaches. The neighbors can't work, because they yell at kids all day. There is garbage all in hallways and maintenance dont spray it down after requested. I can not wait until my lease up. I didnt image it would be this ran down after there stated apartments were remolded. Its cheap paint painted over rotten wood. The roaches is out of control and im very clean person. This is one of my worst decision. Rundont move here..please I beg you dont even waste your money. They didn't allow me look in apartment until day of move in and I had send in huge maintenance list. ****calling code enforcement *** this is out right disgusting to charge for amenities that dont exist. Im not going to stop complaining this b Very disheartening

I called the emergency maintenance line on November 19th and I was told that there was one emergency before me and that he will be over to fix my air conditioning which was leaking from the the ceiling I had to call back. And then they told me that I will be there shortly when he did come he said that he tried to call the neighbor above me and no one answered. ANGEL SAID HE HAD TO BE TO WORK AT 7 AND WOULD COME FIX IT. Go thing I wasnt dying. The maintenance staff is a bunch of lying people in the world. The only true maintenance person I trust is Andrew Thompson. HE SHOULD BE THE SUPERVISOR, HE REPRESENT PROFESSIONALISM, WORK ETHIC AND HE WANTS THE TENANTS HAPPY. PLEASE FIND MORE LIKE HIM

Our experience when we first moved in was not the greatest our apartment wasn't ready so it was hectic to move in and some issues had followed. Trash was left on our porch and German cockroaches were everywhere and then all the sudden a rat! I'm solely leaving this review for the maintenance guy Andrew. We've lived here for 5 months now and never could call maintenance because of a language barrier but after placing our work order the nicest maintenance guy Andrew came he fixed everything! He originally just came to place the rat traps down but he asked what else we needed and he unclogged our sink, fixed the water pressure, put in an order for pest control to get any remaining bugs we hadn't already gotten rid of, fixed our sliding glass door, fixed our bedroom door. There was nothing he couldn't do or wasn't happy to do. Honestly grade A 100% this apartment complex is going to do better with him on the maintenance team!!!

This management is absolute worst!!! You call their office number, and guess what? They would NEVER pick up. Been a week since we’re seeing a nasty waste water leakage right below my apartment – the smell is awful. Even got off early from work to swing by their office, and it's closed before 5pm. Not a weekend, not a holiday – just closed.

I just started living here around 6-7 months ago. So far the experience has been pretty nice the apartments are definitely nice and pretty spacious. I wouldn’t complain about the price of rent seeing as it’s one of the cheaper complexes in the area given the amount of space you have in your units. I don’t really have any complaints the workers in the office are nice and really helpful and understanding. I’ve enjoyed staying here and so far I plan to renew my lease as this is one of the better properties in my area for a decent price taking inflation into account.

I really appreciate the repairs Andrew has done for me! Out of all the 10yrs. I've been living here he has been the most reliable, true to his word maintenance person I've experienced. 3👍up for Andrew.
