Update Nov. 2023: We won in court against the false eviction and they finally sent back the deposit and falsely charge late fees!!! It’s possible but it was a true fight. Warning!! In one year nearly all rental payments were “lost” by the accounting department/staff and even after move out they can’t find what they cashed. They tried evicting but they lost the case and had to withdraw it since we provided proof of all payments to the court and their attorney. They tricked my daughter by having her sign 3 different leases in the first month raising the rent (we are not the only ones). There are about 20 new evictions each month at this small complex. Please look on Hillsborough court Hover site under business name Allister TFL. They have told others they will accept the Tampa rental vouchers and then after signing the lease they say they will not which forced evictions. And maintenance, in an entire year and many emails and phone calls, never addressed the broken AC or washer/dryer or mold. Please read all reviews before signing here and save yourself the absolute nightmare. Any 5 star reviews were done because they took some money off the rent for them. I’ve rented for many years and never experienced this. Also, you will not be able reach anyone at the corporate office. Just give it a try. I’ve called over 200 times and reached someone 3 times and they never responded when I explained the rental payments missing issue. People put trash at the curb that stinks because “valet” does not show up sometimes and residents are charged monthly for this. There are a lot of homeless, the gas station on the other side of the complex plays opera music on blast so homeless people don’t sleep there… I can’t even give this mess 1 star. And last but not least I was told by the staff last week they are removing all washer/dryers.

Don’t move in this apartment complex because it’s full of roaches they still haven’t done anything to get rid of it. I don’t get it is it so hard to fog the buildings to get rid of all these roaches all the money the landlord makes you can’t afford to do it? The maintenance doesn’t even pick up the trash on time the trash will be outside for days so why are we having to pay you guys to take out the trash if y’all don’t do it right? I don’t have to email you guys to come to one apartment to get rid of the ROACHE.Do it to all the apartments.All the apartments is dealing with the same issues.when I look at the reviews of this apartment complex all I see is the ROACHE, the maintenance not doing there job ,the trash, the people are rude.Nothing nice about the place. It wild because they can really make you believe that it a nice place to live when you go to the open house but once you start living here it go downhill from there you start to see how much they don’t care about your happiness and your health because these roaches and mold are not healthy. I wish they can do better.They need to do better with this complex. Hopefully they will do something about the roaches to all the apartment here. You guys can send out an email to the residents and say when you will fog the place and what time so we can be out the way and you guys can get the job done it that simple to do really. And maybe you guys could get a better reviews about the complex if you guys fix the problems that comes with this apartments. Again please do say you gonna do something and than not do it

I am not thrilled with the price. In one year here I have had 2 noise complaints, both seemed solved. I dont have bugs. I have not needed repair on my laundry & would be very upset if I had to wait on that. Occasionally, they have a security guard roaming the property. Security dress like SWAT. In my one year living in this area there have been many murders. One across the street, another last week. Thanks for good solid perimeter walls, the kids jump them. The kids are a menace to society. Yesterday they were starting a fire underneath the new playground. Last week they were throwing rocks in the pool. I have been solicited for $2 again & again. One kid knocked on my door asking for $2 to take out my thrash ( we paid $5 a month for the service). Occasionally homelessness enters the quad, it is rare. The whole area has quite a bit of homelessness, I do think the kids see it as an easy way to make money and beg. There are signs that the pool has some video surveillance. More of that would be great. Watching how much fun the kids had throwing rocks into the pool was disconcerting.

I personally don't or have never lived there but I did go over to my brother's home today to help him move out, I cannot believe these people allowed the tenants to live in such horrible conditions. This is a horrible place in one of my brothers pictures it shows the ceilings like caving in, I hate renting, these folks care nothing about their tenants, they don't fix or do anything but collect your money..I am trying to post pics as well...My brother was paying too much money for a one bedroom apt, and everytime his lease renewed the rent went up. U don't want to live here.

I can write a book about it why you should NOT move here but I’ll keep it short and mention my biggest problem with Azula North… the roaches!!!!! I’ve been here like 4 months and every day I look for a new apartment knowing my lease won’t end for 6 months! My first two months here were cool until my fridge broke.. they brought me another fridge and it was SO FOUL AND DISGUSTING!!!! So many dead roaches inside the fridge…red, blue , green , colored markings in the fridge and so much freaking hair in the fridge!!! They didn’t even wipe the fridge just brought it up. I knew there would be live roaches living behing the fridge bc of how many were inside!!! Now fast forward two months later and the apartment is ROACH INFESTED I hate it here so bad and 10/10 would not recommend! I’m considering breaking my lease that’s how disgusting it is here ! And we pay for pest control for what? I wish I could give Azula North 0 stars!!!

I am moved out over a month ago. I was told by the front office and in emails that I would be getting my security deposit back and I would not have to pay a notice we do to what I had signed on my lease. ( I signed the part where it says I will continue paying until someone fills the vacancy of my old apartment.) at this time I moved out in the middle of the month. I paid that months full rent and made every effort to contact the front office, and they told me specifically that the apartment will be filled by the first I even had it in writing. I specifically got told that due to what I signed on the lease I would not have to pay an insignificant notice fee. Now a month later, I had emailed about my security deposit and got no answer. After that, I then called five times a day for the next two weeks left multiple voicemails and I never got a callback. At this time I then contacted the actual owner of Azula North multiple times, and even left email’s and did not get anything back. Then I finally get an email stating that I owe them $1400 for an insignificant notice fee. When stated in person and an email that I would not have to pay a single thing other than damages to the property. Whenever I had moved in, there was already previous damage to the property that I then put in maintenance request and got told I have to do it myself, so I fixed all of the damages on the property, except for the ones I could not even do myself, and I put in a maintenance request over a month before I left. during this time of mice day, I found living animals in my apartment, and I got told that it was my fault. Even though I did not have any previous animals with me and I lived on the second floor. And I was a very, very, very clean person. And no I’m not talking about cockroaches or ants even though we did have those I’m talking about baby kittens. and I got told that there is nothing that they can do even regarding the previous damage. Even at this time the only email I am getting is stating that I owe them $1400 for an insignificant notice fee. When I had even let them know two months prior to me moving out. I am very disgusted with how they run this apartment and I highly recommend living anywhere else but here.

Walked in to see if there were floor plans available between the timeframe that I wanted to move. Was greeted by Rhonda and ended up getting to your the apartment as well. Rhonda was super friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and it’s amenities, she made my entire time very enjoyable!

It felt right from the moment I walked into the rental office. Staff are super friendly professionals. Every amenity that you can think of is here. The property is clean and well kept. The best part is that it's close to most jobs and less than 5 minutes from the main expressway.
