After reading some of the reviews, it doesn’t make me feel bad I give this location a bad rating. Order part was uneventful, employee was nice but no “it’s my pleasure” given. I don’t need to hear but it has become expected. I ordered to dine in. The lady who brought my food in the tray threw my food onto the table, literally. I took it as she was in a hurry but then she didn’t do it for the other customers. The place is not kept clean, that’s also surprising for a Chick Fil -a I don’t think I’ll go out my way to come here again if hungry

Usually Chick-fil-A is great. However, I was disappointed to see the new honey pepper pimiento chicken sandwich I received had a hilariously small amount of toppings - nothing like the advertisement. I’m genuinely curious if this is the standard amount or if I was unlucky lol.

I don’t wish to give this place any stars. This is the WORST location yet. I’ve lived near this restaurant location for about a year and EVERYTIME I go it’s always something. Today I had plastic in my food!! Which almost made me choke! I hate the Gandy location will never go back !

Absolutely love this chicken at Chick -fil-A It’s consistently juicy and delicious! It’s not filled with Pepper like so many other places !! It’s just Delicious !! The staff are always gracious , Even though there’s Always. A Huge Line ..

7:45 am Sat Dec 2. Sat in drive through 20 min with only 1 car in front of us as he was also waiting to order. After finally ordering it, it took about 30 min from start to finish.. Bad management that morning or something. Also, I was stuck and couldn't leave the line, or I would have gone 20 ft to Wawas. Update: So not only is this restaurant isn't managed well but the people replying to reviews are just as bad. Don't ask a question and not give me a place or contact to reply back to you?? Complete incompetence....

Audrey is a kind and positive representative, with excellent communication skills. Even in the midst of the dining room renovations, she handled frustrated customers with grace. Her kind words bring out the best in people. Audrey's dedication to customer service is truly commendable! Definitely five stars for outstanding service!"

They use MSG in their food. I had a allergic reaction and had a migraine for 2 days. It was the 1st and only time I had ever eaten there. People were nice and it was clean. But if you have an allergy to MSG. Don't eat here.
