Deserves no stars… 09/24/23 at approximately 12:37pm at KFC/Taco bell on Armenia Ave Tampa Fl. My experience was literally hell. The staff cursed me out while I was looking at the menu at drive thru and a employee asked me how can they help me and I was still looking at the menu literally getting ready to tell her that I was still looking at the menu and before I could get it out she asked me the same question again but yelled it out to me extremely rude and I’ve never ever been talked to like that at a fast food or restaurant ever. I was so upset and frustrated and I told her that she didn’t need to be rude and she even got me out of my character because I gave her exactly what she gave to me and the another gets on the microphone speaker in I am assuming it’s the manager and I also assume that it’s a black lady like myself from the tone of her voice she gets to cursing me out like a dog and she started talking about my momma in everything, it was crazy. She told me that I can’t place in order into leave and I was so hungry and craving some Taco Bell/KFC right at that moment. I’ll NEVER ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU GUYS GET COMPLETELY NEW STAFF WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY UNTIL THEN ILL GO ELSE WHERE!

I came to this restaurant after the doctor. Their front is closed. Because of this, I had to make the line. I then waited as they asked. The "Manager" on 7/19/23 at 3:25 PM had such a nasty attitude I told him I don'twant to eat here anymore. At the window, not knowing he was the manager, I asked for a manager. He then asked, did she buy anything, knowing with his horrible service I didn't. I told the girl give me a cheeseroll up. She refused to, to avoid the review. The I advised her, let me start recording and post this online. She answered "You won't record me b..." To finalize the interaction, the manager says, you can't order here, you need to make the line. And he didn't care about a review because God is his boss.

This is the most offensive Taco Bell ever. Do yourself a favor and never go here unless you wanted to be treated like trash by a group of horrible people. I want to run office in Tampa just to shut this store down. I wouldn’t treat my worst enemy how this place treats its customers.

Apparently they open when they feel like it. Hours posted outside says opening is 10:30am I was there at 11am and they told me they weren’t open after sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes. Staff is disrespectful and I hate that this is the closest location to me. You’d be doing yourself a favor to avoid this place and they’d be doing themselves a favor just shutting down

I come to the Taco bell all the time and honestly the people who work here are just plain rude. I’ve seen the person who was working register talk all nice and goody goody to her race but when Spanish people came in to order the women was just plain rude rushing them talking rude. If this goes on when I’m there I can imagine all the days I’m not there and people are just getting treated wrong. Waited 20 mins for a deluxe box which should have been done in 10 min but the workers were just cruising instead of working when they know it’s a bit busy!!!! Got my order 20 mins later and was missing items like come on if u gonna take forever making my food atleast make sure I have all my food!!!!

I’m a regular at Taco Bell. I love the food. But today my visit was unacceptable. The customer service was very poor. The lady taking drive thru orders maybe should be in a position where she doesn’t has to interact with customers. At one point I don’t think she realized that she didn’t hit the mute button and her conversation could be heard. She’s talking about customers using profanity to other team members. I was throughly disgusted They also didn’t have several items I wanted to order ( grill wasn’t working ) I then get my order and items that I ordered are missing from the bag. This visit makes me think twice about spending my money with a company that doesn’t value their customers. After reading other reviews it’s clear that this location is lacking leadership and poorly managed

Horrible service, it’s 10:45am. They just say we’re are not open. I ask when are u open. She just repeats we’re not open. I say, I know what time are u open. She just keeps repeating with an attitude. Obviously it’s understandable that this person can only get a job at Taco Bell.

I came to this location at about 10:40pm Sept. 10th through the drive thru and the young lady and man (who was making the food), provided us a great experience. The food was up to par & their service was quick and very polite! Would come back again for a late night snack.
