If
google
will
allow
me
to
give
it
zero
stars
I
would.
I
went
through
the
drive
through
at
the
Escondido
location
with
a
coupon
for
buy
one
get
one
free.
After
paying
I
noticed
I
had
been
charged
for
two
and
one
was
free.
After
notifying
the
employee
who
took
my
order
about
this
he
told
me
to
pull
out
of
the
drive
through
because
they
were
busy,
park
on
the
side
of
the
building
and
he
would
bring
me
my
refund.
After
15-20
minutes
of
waiting
my
son
makes
the
journey
to
the
window
to
enquire
about
my
refund.
He
returns
to
me
with
a
copy
of
the
receipt
and
told
me
I
do
not
know
what
I
was
told.
I
went
to
the
front
counter
with
the
receipt
and
asked
about
my
refund.
and
was
told
by
the
manager
Elisabeth
we
do
not
give
refunds.
I
stated
it
is
you
casher
Angress
fought
and
you
still
do
not
give
refunds.
Elisabeth
said
yes
even
if
it
is
our
fought
we
still
do
not
give
refunds.
I
stated
the
sign
outside
on
the
side
of
the
building
says
no
refunds
of
exchanges
without
receipt
Elisabeth
got
huffy
and
kind
of
barked
at
me:
I
told
you
we
do
not
give
refunds!
Over
the
past
three
weeks
I
have
been
calling
corporate
about
this
matter
and
consistently
have
been
told
they
would
contact
the
upper
manager
and
have
him
call
me.
The
last
time
I
made
a
call
to
corporate
I
spoke
to
the
supervisor
and
was
told
they
are
supposed
to
give
refunds
for
food
not
ordered
and
this
would
be
escalated
to
a
higher
level.
Still
no
return
call
from
these
people.
I
was
charged
for
something
I
did
not
order,
told
to
park
on
the
side
of
the
building
and
wait
for
a
refund,
told
they
do
not
give
refunds.
That
was
their
way
of
getting
rid
of
me,
they
had
no
intention's
of
bringing
me
my
refund.
I
would
have
sat
in
my
car
parked
on
the
side
of
the
building
for
the
rest
of
the
day,
week,
month,
year,
and
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
I
will
never
ever
eat
at
a
Rally's
or
Checkers
again,
nor
will
I
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
or
have
anything
nice
to
say.
