We did walk in couple of times, it took for ever to make our sandwiches. As a result we started doing online orders, do not do online orders at this place! You will not get chicken in your chicken sandwiches, cheese etc., ran into this issue couple of times and decided to write review this time. Please see picks for more information.. Walked in today, Monday July 31st at around 1pm. The girl working didn’t even acknowledge our presence. They were out of ham, turkey, and lettuce which is in 90% of sandwiches. This girl seemed relieved when we left. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. I’d rather go next door to publix for a sub. I got a whole foot long on special and a bag of chips for 7.50.

Very clean, very welcoming environment... As usual we had veg delight.. it was awesome... we love the taste.. the guy who supplied the food was very slow... luckily it was not crowded, otherwise you can see a big queue.. There were two staffs, the other lady staff was very active and quick. This is the only reason for my 4 Star.. otherwise we love the shop, taste and cleanliness... I recommend this place ☝️

There is an older lady that works the morning shift that does not need to be working. Not trying to be funny or sound rude but every time I come in here it takes her 45 minutes to make a sandwich. I’m coming in here on my lunch break so when I choose fast food that’s what I expect. She seems to be a sweet lady but there is no way she should be working in the fast food industry. Shame on Subway. She walks as if she is in so much pain. Subway needs to hire young kids with energy that can get the job done. I just typed all of this and she hasn’t even started on my sandwich. I called the manager on 10/05/23 around 11:30am. I shared some concerns on a visit that I went the day prior around 8:15pm on some sub sandwiches but he deliberately did not want to acknowledge my concern defending the sub preparer that night. I also mentioned that it was very hot inside the store as it seemed the A/C was out which we couldn't eat in. The manager told me that it looks like I was just calling to just complain and that he was going to take my concerns and place them in the trash..I called again to deliberately take his name and he told me not to call this number again. I didn't not expect this type of service from this Subway and as a customer I would not go there again and I would not recommend this specific Subway again to no one. This is the Subway in the Tampa palms area at 16047 Tampa Palms Blvd W Space #59, Tampa, FL 33647.

Moat pathetic and disgusting Subway I visited ever. Online order is confirmed and Pizza is Not available which was part of order. A lady at counter called "Subway Artist" were made our sandwiches toasted left on her counter. In middle of our order she stopped and start serving another customer leaving our half done sandwiches to be cold and hard. Later on she realized that some items required in ordered sandwiches are not available. Made the sandwiches somehow with very slow SPEED LIKE PLAYING WITH OUR FIOD. VERY PATHETIC!!! !!!! Avoid this Subway all the time!!!

Went in to grab a tuna sub and a lady working named “ PAM” was sick and snot was dripping down her nose into the tuna, I have never in my life witnessed any of these things! They need to take care of that asap I was appalled by what was going on, do better tampa palms

The guy working on 7/15/23 at 1:15pm was so rude. He messed up the to go order and blamed me and said I need to come back in and he couldn’t refund one item. He then hung up on me and wouldn’t pick back up. When he finally did pick up he was very rude about the situation.
