I've lived at Novus for 2 years and just recently renewed my lease (mistake). From March until mid June the entire complex seemed to be infested with gnats, which made living here quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, the leasing office proved to be unprofessional, unsympathetic and non-responsive to emails. Despite my attempts to address the issue along with many other tenants, their poor communication skills became evident. I attached to my review a photo of the trap in the hallway by the elevator and traps from my unit that were replaced weekly by me. The leasing office will be sure to call you everyday when they need something, but conveniently avoid answering your emails when you are in need of their assistance. Leaving you with no choice but to make unannounced visits to their office, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a lack of follow-through. Don't waste your time emailing Tracy (assistant community manager) or Jeremy (senior community manager).

BE AWARE! After 2 months they still haven't returned my security deposit or give me any update. It's very sad since I paid 2 times the rent for breaking the lease contract, cleaned the apartment before I left and they just kept my money. It wouldn't have hurt me in any way if I hadn't paid the last bills but apparently honestly only goes one way... I would never lease with them again.

I have loved my experience with Novus Westshore! Alyssa and the team are always so quick to help with anything I may need. The amenities are beautiful, and the properties is very well kept! Would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet, luxury home in the Tampa area.

Samantha was very nice and informative during the tour and the application process. It was also great that she was able to get us to sign a lease very quickly because we were starting jobs soon. As far as the apartment and complex go. There were a few issues when we moved in but their maintenance team resolved them quickly. There’s always someone at the office willing to help with anything and you can tell they keep the building clean and care about their residents. Theres ain’t much noise at all, so far it seems like a quite community with great amenities.

My experience is based on my interactions with the office staff. I have not finished moving all of my stuff in and actually living there yet. Quyen was incredibly pleasant to speak with. Very knowledgeable and able to answer every question that I had. Absolutely wonderful to work with. I took a star off because my girlfriend needed to sign some paperwork and, when we came in this morning, the person we spoke with today (Samantha) seemed to have an attitude and was unpleasant from the very beginning. Overall, I am very excited to live here.

I have had such a great experience living at Novus! The staff in the leasing office have been so incredibly helpful and friendly! I had to transfer my lease due to circumstances with my roommates and they made the process as easy as possible! I spoke with Kamilah, the leasing manager, the most during that process and she was so amazing! She made me feel heard and cared for.

I had to unfortunately call maintenance early on a Sunday morning due to my son locking himself out of the bathroom. Rudy, was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. He showed up within 5--10 minutes with a smile on his face and was able to quickly get both doors unlocked. Thank you Rudy for your friendly service!

Tracy ensures that everything is being managed efficiently from a property/leasing perspective. She has solved several issues for me and the property, and her attention to detail and drive to make Novus a great place to live is greatly appreciated. George & Rudy have resolved several maintenance issues for me and are always quick and helpful. Wilson is the new maintenance manager who ensured my most recent issue was resolved. I can tell he brings many years of experience and professionalism, and believe he will continue to improve living here at Novus.
