Excellent location, can’t beat being in the heart of SOHO! All the rooms have been recently renovated and look fantastic. The outdoor pool area and grills are awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Lived here for two years and it is a great place to live! I would highly recommend, the location is prime and the renovations look awesome. The management team is exceptional.

Lived here for over a year and awesome changes have been made to this place! Close to all of soho amenities and activities. Maintenance is easily managed by our easily accessible landlord!

Loved here for a year and I can say it was the best place I’ve lived in Tampa so far. Location is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is so fun. Only moving out because we’re adding a 3rd roommate and all of the units are 2 bedrooms.

In all honesty, I absolutely loved living here! The apartment complex was so good to me!
