The grounds and complex are beautiful and we love living here. The location is perfect and the staff is great. However, please do a THOROUGH walkthrough of your apartment before signing a lease here. We signed a lease from across the country and paid months rent before even moving in, just to find an apartment that was clearly rushed in being put together. We had plumbing issues, both showers needed to be redone, the dishwasher does not work, a broken toilet, many cosmetic issues, electrical issues with flashing lights, as well as broken glass all over our balcony. For a brand new building I never expected to walk into this. Staff and maintenance has been very responsive to the issues and everything is being fixed. I really wish we didn’t spend thousands of dollars in rent before even moving into an apartment that wasn’t finished correctly. That being said- we are still very happy with our decision to move here and look forward to being able to fully settle in once things are in working order. But want to be transparent so others are aware of what to look out for when doing walkthroughs.

We are so fortunate to be living here. The staff is outstanding and friendly. The facility is super clean and gorgeous. The staff goes above and beyond and ensures we are all set. Our pups are loving it as well being able to see out of the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We love the water views and feel like we are living on a vacation resort. We cannot wait for the pool to open!

Emerson on Rocky Point is the best apartment complex in Tampa Bay! It’s brand new so things are still a work in progress. I can report firsthand that contractors and staff here are doing an excellent job completing the place. I would like to acknowledge Marisa, who is a gracious and very professional leasing agent for Emerson. She has been patient, responsive, and attentive to details throughout the leasing process and my move-in. It makes for a better living experience knowing that everyone who works at Emerson is accountable and cares about the residents. The building is well-designed and very inviting on the inside, which is a contrast from my prior complex which looked like a prison save for the office and elevator areas. I just took a photo of my patio view and will post it. Outdoor furniture is coming soon!

While the Emerson is a new beautiful place to live, it is the staff that makes it a wonderful environment. Lauren Worms knows the building, the apartments, and advantages of location making her an outstanding leasing agent. Laura Roy kindly manages the welfare of residents always with a smile and supportive word. Maintenance and housekeeping diligently work hard to keep things clean and running smoothly. The entire staff joyfully go about the business of making the Emerson a pleasant home for residents. Management is responsive, caring and just top notch.

I have lived in the Bay Area for well over 10 years and leased several apartments and loved several of them but hands down The Emerson at Rocky Point is my favorite place to live. The location is so important for me because I Travel a lot and being so close to the Tampa International Airport has been a blessing. The view is so breath taking, I would normally rent a room on gulf to bay to enjoy the beautiful beach view, but now I get to see it every morning and night. I recommend The Emerson at Rocky Point to all who enjoy the finer things in life without breaking the bank.

Having been a resident for about a month now has been a wonderful transition. The leasing agents are wonderful and understanding. Laura Roy always goes above and beyond and we are so thankful for her. I really enjoy the amenities and location - having the ability to walk out and ride my bike down the causeway or go for a nice walk while stopping by Starbucks for my afternoon delight is wonderful. I do not hear anything through the walls or windows as this place is sealed tight which matters a lot. Overall, a wonderful experience to start.

Living at The Emerson has been an amazing experience so far! The location is perfect for anyone looking to have some tranquility but also be in close proximity to all main Tampa attractions. The complex feels like you’re living in a resort, with its beautiful pool, gym, club houses, business center, private beach, etc. Lots of little perks as well like the free Starbucks machine and community events! We’ve met lots of great people in our short time here as well. Not sure how we are ever going to move out!

Super lucky to have randomly came across this place & moved in. Management is extremely responsive and super friendly. Maintenance acts on issues immediately and traditionally gets back to me within the day in the case of any issue. Personal shoutout to Marissa & Laura - they are in the best interest of this place and showcase the property super well. Super happy with living here & my floor to ceiling windows. Shoutout management: I love your professionalism and customer service - super reassuring to have! & our pool is just such the WOW factor at this place. The firepits make this pool feel super luxurious.
