I will first start off by saying that I have always had an immense fear of the dentist! Choosing the right dentist for me was extremely important and I am so happy I found this office. I had a full mouth restoration including deep cleaning, bleaching and finally nine veneers. The process was a long one but I wouldn't have had it any other way. First off you are greeted by the nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting in any medical field, the waiting area is inviting and cozy. I sat down in a big comfy massage chair but I never turned it on because did I mention they have a massage chair in the waiting area? I am not used to this sort of thing. I haven't openly smiled in more years than I care to remember and I was dead set on finishing my goal with this office after my initial meeting. I had my first consultation, x-rays and conversation with Dr. Martin and his Staff. Dr. Martin is warm, inviting and has an amazing chairside manner I wasn't expecting. I felt like I was being cheered on by the entire staff to achieve the smile I always wanted. Now I will get to the part that absolutely blew me away! The pace and relaxation I felt while getting Novocain for the first time. I will be honest I have a needle phobia, worse than any drill at the office and I was very uneasy about that part. I was relieved to find that Dr. Martin and his staff were patient with my phobia and I didn't even know that I got the shots before my mouth started to numb up! They will put a topical gel to numb the spot that the injection will be placed and use aversion techniques to keep your mind at ease from any discomfort. I was so impressed that I thanked Dr. Martin for the best needle experience I had received. I came back for many visits, there was talk to possibly get implants so I did get a consultation next door at Dr. Wilson (also great) and I was relieved to find that they didn't think I needed them. The team work between the two doctors was fantastic and they never steered me wrong or made me feel that implant surgery was a must. I was also relieved to find out while numb for my first fillings that I didn't need any root canals! You don't have to worry that an office is trying to make money off of you because this one is looking out for your best interest. Dr. Martin put on some Willie Nelson Pandora radio before going to the drill and I just had a full sense of relaxation during the first major work on my cavities. I finished my restoration with two fillings, temporary veneers and then the final porcelain set a few weeks after the temps. To say I am happy with the work that this team has done is an understatement, I was absolutely shocked when I saw how amazing my new teeth looked. The staff were proud of the final result and they should be. I would fly out of state to visit this office, I am just happy I live so close by! If you are looking for a good dentist office and you were like me feeling scared and lost about what you should do, have a consultation with Dr. Martin and I guarantee those fears will melt away. I can only tell them thank you so much for making me feel whole again, my confidence is higher than I ever thought imaginable and the entire staff went above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Martin and the entire staff for making me feel so welcomed.

I have struggled with TMJ issues for a very long time since the outbreak of covid-19 in 2020. I have had pain for a long time and have gone many places to seek effective treatment at a reasonable price and had no luck in the places that I have gone. But I finally found Dr Charles Martin's dental practice in Tampa and they are very nice and friendly and were willing to work with me to get my pain level down. Dr. Gatlyn provided me great and effective treatment by making a nice polished orthotic for me to fit my bite after adjusting my bite. I now only have occasional pain and I'm able to manage it by wearing the orthotic. If you have TMJ issues I highly recommend you go to this practice because they will do anything they can to get you pain free and the treatments are very effective.

Dr. Martin recently fitted my husband with a mouth guard that eliminates snoring which resulted in healthier sleep patterns for both of us and saved our marriage :) We were also impressed with his use of ultrasound technology for teeth cleaning, which was terrific. Dr. Martin is professional, personable, uses the latest technology and is supported by a cheerful and well trained staff in a modern and airy office. Having just moved here from Washington DC we were so happy to find such impressive dental services in Tampa.

Dr. Martin deserves many more than five stars. I was self-conscious about my smile and had been considering veneers for several years but had not yet found a dentist who I trusted. After seeing the great work of Dr. Martin and reading the positive reviews, I scheduled a consultation. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Upon meeting Dr. Martin, I immediately felt comfortable. He sat down with me and walked through the veneer process in detail. It was clear that he is truly passionate about his work. I quickly made a decision to move forward. Throughout the process, Dr. Martin and his staff were attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. Last week, I got my permanent veneers and my teeth look amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Martin. I loved everything about my experience and will be a lifelong patient (hopefully he never retires!).

I've been a patient at Dr. Martin's dentistry for a very long time. They've taken care of me since I was a small child to a young adult now. The staff are every welcoming and very good at their job. I've had a great experience every time. Especially this summer, when I had a veneer procedure done by Dr. Martin. What ever fear or worries you may have about getting veneers (or any other dental procedure for that matter) you can leave them at the door, because once you're in Dr. Martin's care you can always count on a successful outcome. He also uses a special technique that makes the procedure basically painless. I know a lot of people dread their next dentist appointments because of the fear of any pain they may endure. Nope. Not at Dr. Martins. Along with his incredible knowledge about your teeth, Dr. Martin has a very kind, inviting, and humorous personality that truly does bring a smile to your face (no pun intended. . . maybe).

Dr. Martin is a good dentist and a great man! My entire family sees him, and his care is top notch. I highly recommend him and his practice!

I don't think there are enough words on this planet to thank what Doctor Martin has done for me. When I was 11 years old I had a horrible bicycle accident, I fell on my face and one of my front teeth came out from the root, splitting my upper lips. Since then I went from dentist to dentist. I had to wait almost 11 years of my life to find this beautiful angel who gave me back the confidence to be able to speak without fear of people thinking I look horrible. Doctor Martin took the time to give me space in his schedule and give me the smile of my dreams in a single day.
