Perfect central location in Tampa palms. Love the two pools and the amenities offered. Stephanie was amazing during the tour, able to answer all our questions and go into detail about the amenities. Clubhouse staff was also friendly and helpful. Very excited to move in!

If you love roaches, come here. Been complaining about roaches for months and it’s an infestation. They’re inside of our appliances now. Also been complaining about an issue with out bathroom ceiling since march, still hasn’t been resolved. We moved from up north, the apartment shared with me in the email is different from the apartment we received. Disappointing at least. Just move here if you want a roach issue.

Thank you MEZZO for allowing me to throw a Wedding Shower in our beautiful clubhouse for my niece and future nephew-in-law. Everything was perfect that day! Alex and Richard deserves a moment of Thanks and Praise for ensuring that Day was perfect for my family. Alex you made sure we had everything we needed and gave us the time and space to do whatever we needed to pull that day off! You were at our beck and call and that did not go unnoticed! Richard, you are always amazing! You help everyone with everything all of the time! The clubhouse and pool looked spotless and even though we tried to get it that way again, we fell short but you didn’t complain, you just smiled and got it back together! You keep everything going around here and you are loved by everyone! This day would not have happened without the two of you and I just wanted to stop and give you these virtual flowers! I truly love y’all to pieces and you deserve every good and perfect thing that comes your way. It’s not just a job to you, it’s the heart that makes the difference. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Came in to tour the Mezzo and the office staff was extremely friendly. The apartment that Montel showed me was massive which is great because I need a lot of space for all the furniture I already have and the closet space was A1. Really hope that me and my boyfriend can get approved and moved in.

The leasing staff is always very helpful and so friendly! Montel has been working with my wife and I since we leased in July and was very attentive throughout the whole process. We were out of town when our furniture was delivered, and he was kind enough to sign off and direct the moving crew to our apartment. The little things go along way. Thanks Montel!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and wanted to leave my honest opinion. For 2 years, not everything has been perfect by far, but nothing ever is. Initially, I thought living here was just ok. When people write reviews, they are rarely positive. It’s almost always people with something negative to say…. I was one of them, but the property staff has made immense efforts in communication and making the property better as a whole. What I can say, is that in the last 3 months, I have seen a lot of progress in resolving any concerns. So here’s my update! Mezzo has some really great things to offer. The amenities are always clean and open. The office will always pick up your phone call during business hours. When my dishwasher broke, almost 5 months went by and I could never get anyone to come out to fix it so I had honestly given up… when the new team got in the office it was addressed and fixed right away. Everyone new in the office is always very welcoming and personable. They got people out to pressure wash the buildings and fix the dented garage doors. They planted flowers. They fixed the front gate. Parking has improved, and if I’m being completely honest, it’s not the properties fault when it came to parking in the first place. Other residents had an overflow of guests every night…. Thankfully the office has recognized this as an issue and is actively working on making it better for the people who actually live here. I notice the groundsmen and even the office staff out picking up the garbage left on property constantly…. Again, this is an issue from THE RESIDENTS! It’s our job as the people who live here to clean up after ourselves. Again, I did originally believe Mezzo was lacking, but in the light of recent changes, this is my updated review for the current standpoint of Mezzo.

The maintenance guy Robbie is the friendliest and most attentive maintenance man I have ever come across. He clearly loves his job. Also the office staff especially Megan the manager.

Beautiful complex. Easy move in, helpful staff up front. If you want value for your money, this is the place. 1. Beautiful pool, great for kids/adults and gatherings. (You can even reserve the space out) 2. Gym is great - squat bench! 3. Updated appliances, granite counter tops, well designed living space. 4. PET friendly and pet loving - Stephanie in the office is always chasing me down to give Boss (my 80lbs mastiff) hugs. 5.Quiet/safe community. The community is gated on all sides. (Honestly the gates weren’t working when I first moved in but they’ve since gotten them fixed which has made parking easier for me at night.) Montel even got me 2 new gate fobs!
