👍 Our server, Nicki, was just wonderful. She never made is feel like we were asking too much. Pleasant and lovely! The wings I had were plain, bone in. Good but a bit too hard. The Burger meat was made to order and very flavorful. Even without the bread it was quite tasty. People often mention great, good, burger, Great, service, cooked, staff, waitress, asked, area,

We stopped for a snack after biking on Bayshore. We sat outside. Great atmosphere and I loved the area. Had TVs playing sports which is always a plus for us. Would love to see how it looks at night. We only got an appetizer but it was FANTASTIC! Would definitely go back!

I figured since I tried some new places in the area, I would check this place out. Now, I thought Irish 31 was exclusive to Hyde Park until I found there were other locations. Regardless, it was less than what I had expected, as I was hoping for quality food and service across the board. I'm not exactly sure if the staff was short that evening, as it only seemed 2, maybe 3 waitresses were taking care of the section. I wouldn't see my waitress for at least 15-20 minutes in between drinks and food. Then the wings that I ordered, which were marked as one of their Irish 31 Favorites, were dry and lacking flavor. Even the ranch didn't help. I believe maybe it was a favorite before they found new ways to cut costs, like the boneless wings tasting like they just came out of a microwave. I mean I'm at a pub expecting good comfort food. Guess not. The atmosphere was good, as this is a sports central place, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. All of which cannot override the simple fact that I would only hope they could do better. Maybe order something different, or come on a different night.

I'm a Patty Melt fan. The St. Patty Melt I just had moved into the number 2 slot of Melts across the USA. Holding #1 a small dinner in NJ. Moving down a slot is Smokey Mountain Brewery in Tennessee. Corn beef on a Melt was outstanding. Thanks Luis and Taylor. Spread the Word.

First time here and the Sheppard Pie came highly recommended by the Micaela behind the bar. Boy was she right (and a hustler)!! This was so delicious and so hearty! I couldn't even finish it! Definitely hope to come back soon.

Quick friendly service, good drink specials. Plenty of outdoor seating and dog friendly. We didn't eat, so I can't speak on the food.

We ate outside and not all the heaters worked. The night was a heavy jacket night. The door and service were excellent. The best Shepherds pie I have eaten since coming home from the UK. Highly recommend eating over anywhere in Tampa.

If zero stars could be given that would be the choice. We stopped to watch the end of the buccaneers game, we ordered two beers and they were WARM even the mugs were not cold. When the waitress came which she mainly ignored us, I asked her for cold mugs and when she brought those beers out they were again WARM, i asked her about this and she said it might be the line of the particular beer ordered as the mugs she said were in the freezer. She took those beers and went ahead and ordered a different beer and those were also WARM. The waitress brought the bill and then left without telling us that she was leaving and we would have another waitress. I had to ask another waitress to be cashed out. When she came back with the receipts after paying the bill, I mentioned to her that the beers were WARM, and asked her to talk to her manager and let her know. She said she would see if they would credit our bill because of this. The manager came to our table screaming that the beers were not WARM and that she had tasted them herself and when I mentioned to her that they in fact were, she proceeded to talk over me and continued to say they were not and finally turned around and left our table. I cannot believe that any restaurant would treat their patrons that way, I have read the reviews and see a pattern In disagreeing with the customers and a lack of acknowledgement on this restaurants part. With the number of good restaurants out there, no need to waste your time on this one, there food is also very subpar.

Michelle is a great bartender, she made me the best old fashioned and recommended the best food. Tyler was also very helpful and accommodated my needs. I like this bar because of the ambiance and the people around. I will be back asap!

Overall great place to relax, watch the game and eat amazing food. Drink service was great! Our server let me try different beers till I settled on a cider and my mom got the pain killer. So many flavors captured in the food. Their homemade blue cheese is to die for! A great compliment to the chips and great for dipping your burger into. I ordered the stuffed mushroom entree, flavor was Okey, really dissatisfied with how the veggies were cooked, they were undercooked and still had a very watery taste. It was more of a veggie combo than a stuffed portobello mushroom.

I had Mulligan stew and a salad. My wife had a burger. We both really enjoyed our food. The wait staff was the best that we have encountered in a while.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink after visiting the area, although we didn't have anything to eat. I just wanted to give a shout out to the young bartender who was very polite and sweet. After we paid our bill and left, she came chasing after us down the street to return our debit card. She went above and beyond. It was very much appreciated since we lived 45 minutes away. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Small and quaint, however in a busy area. Felt more sports pub than Irish pub. Ordered a burger from the menu, requested cooked medium and it came back well done. Cut in half to verify. Showed this to waitress and she was more than happy to assist in the correction. Took away the burger, and moments later provided another one. This one I immediately cut in half to check and it was a juicier burger, however still fully cooked. The meat was crumbly and not very appetizing. The Manager came over to check to see how it was, and I showed her it was still fully cooked. Better than the first one but still not cooked to order. She apologized and even pulled it from the bill. If ever in the area, I'd be willing to try again. The cook may need to be taught cooking burgers to order correctly. I'm not a big stickler, but if its cooked to order than it should be done proper.

When I arrived at the bar, the bartender without presenting a menu asked what I would be drinking and I asked for a menu. Upon review of the menu, I placed my order and was told I had to open a tab. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and sat at the bar and unless it was a real bar in SOHO, I have never been asked to do this before. I found it a little old given how upscale the area is and the fact that I was only one person. Next, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and noticed there were no paper towels near the main sink, the urinal was closed with a garbage bag over it and the only paper towels were in the stall. I placed my order for a plain bacon cheeseburger cooked medium and nothing else on it. Upon waiting for my burger, there were several flies in the restaurant due to the door being left wide open which is never a good idea during the summer months. Upon my food coming out, they put some sort of weird sauce on my burger and it was over cooked. It took awhile to get someone’s attention as whom I believe to be the manager was on their phone and the rest of the staff was standing around while the bartender was working hard. Finally it was noticed that something was wrong and the person I believe to be the manager came over since the food was very far from me otherwise I don’t think they would have asked me anything. She said she would have it remade and it shouldn’t take long. It took a little over 12 minutes to get the second burger and it tasted like they microwaved the chips that came with it. The burger itself was cooked right the second time and had the right ingredients compared to the first time however due to the hot soggy chips that appeared to be microwaved, the lack of service, the lack of coming over to see how the second burger came out, the cleanliness of the establishment and the bathroom situation, I would not return.

Went to Irish 31 pub in Hyde park last Thursday night. Food and atmosphere was boring at best. The irish cider was flat and shepherds pie was made fro. Frozen. I would not recommend this place .

Shepherd's Pie and the Debbie which is turkey sandwich. It was a little expensive for lunch with the turkey sandwich at $17, fries cost extra. My dining companion enjoyed the Shepherd's pie.

Delicious!!! The guys split a patty melt after the hummus appetizer. I ate the blackened chicken and blueberry salad. Everything was delicious and the service very good. Recommended.

The food was great and the staff as well. Place is a bit too noisy for my taste but it was packed so I wasn't surprised.

Great food. The Paddy Melt was insane, pub pretzel, and salmon were also hits. Drinks are awesome and the staff was great. Kid and dog friendly. Highly recommend.

We bar hopped around the area and landed here. For an Irish pub chain, it's pretty good. Nothing blew me away but the food is consistent and a good spot for a casual drink and bite to eat.

Server: Hope She was very great! Very attentive and got the orders and drinks out quickly. First time here and definitely will be back. Fish And Chips was AMAZING. And the boneless wings garlic parm was freshly made and seasoned to perfection!!!

We shared the chopped salad and boneless wings and washed it down with Aunt Donna. All were delicious.

Early lunch on Sunday morning after dropping an aunt at the airport. We sat outside on the undercover part of the patio, just in case it rained again, where we were efficiently and pleasantly served by Hayley. We both had Shepherds Pie, but mine was modified by substituting fries for the mashed potatoes and it was delicious. My wife also thought her “standard” Shepherds Pie was delicious. My wife enjoyed her Blue Moon beer and I enjoyed the Irish 31 Red Ale so much I had to have two. We also shared a bread pudding which was also very good. Total cost before tip was $69.07. Excellent value for money.

Came on a Friday night with a party of 10, signs everywhere said seat yourself, so we waited as tables got up to seat our party bit by bit. We were approached by a waitress who said we couldn’t be seated due to our party size, but all the other servers had told us that it was fine as long as we could find tables. We asked to speak to a manager, but she never got one. We continue to seat our party between two tables, and the waitress came over, didn’t speak a word to us, cleared our tables, threw menus down on our tables, and refused to communicate with us. Eventually another server was assigned to our tables, who was fantastic, and the manager was great. Just double check the attitudes of your staff, but the food was fantastic!
