Mike was great to work with. I had a lot of concerns about the water slide not fitting in our yard with the lake and trees, but he helped us figure it out. My 10 year olds birthday party was a huge success! My only recommendation would be to offer or suggest to customers to have a kiddie pool to put at the exit of the slide. In a short amount of time it gets very muddy and the kids track the mud back to the slide or to the pool in our case. I think a kiddie pool would have prevented that. The customer service and the water slide were on point though! Thanks so much!

From the moment I was browsing the website and requested a quote from Mike at Bounce Party of Tampa my experience was nothing short of perfect. He answered every single question I had about their services and products, no matter how many I asked. Up until the night before our party he was answering my questions via text and allowed me to add additional products to rent (if available). Mike arrived to set everything up for our party by himself but was quick, efficient end professional. He told us exactly what to do and how to use everything we rented. The next day our order was picked up by Kory and again, the team was fast, professional and cleaned up extremely well. I'm looking forward to renting from Mike at a bounce Party of Tampa again! As a 5th generation Tampanian, this company truly encapsulates the “biggest small town ever” reputation that we have here locally. They served my needs for party rental while also providing a level of service to make me feel like they were treating me more than just a transaction, but more so how’d they treat a friend or family member. 10/10 recommend!!

I normally dont write reviews but this company made us feel so impressed and safe with our order for a Bounce house for my twins birthday ,they loved it. Also Customer service was friendly professional and courteous from delivery to pick up.

I hosted a Coed Bridal Shower.. as this was a kid friendly event but the adults had a Blast!! We rented the Hurricane Slide.. was everything we expected. Thank you!! Mike and Rick Will be using them Again!!
