This is a hit and a miss for me. One day we went and the line was super long and we waited 15+ mins in the drive thru. Another day I walked over from a hotel and it was very fast. After our long drive thru wait we avoided the store and went to Wendy's - would have much rather have had DD. The food was typical of a Dunkin - we always get the sausage, egg and cheese bagel. It always seems like the bagel is somewhat rubbery and that was true again on this trip.

I placed a mobile order for a Hot decaf CocoMcha with Coconut Milk, whipped cream, hot chocolate top and mocha drizzle, and an avocado toast. I definitely did not get what I ordered 😒 the bread wasn't even toasted! I don't even think I got a decaf let alone with Coconut Milk! Horroble!!

I’m convinced this is the worst dunkin in America. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time I get screwed over. The service is absolutely terrible. It always takes forever. They don’t even know how to make the drinks! They never get the ingredients right. Everything tastes like burnt garbage. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese and I was given a bagel with a single piece of American cheese on it. Who the hell wants that? That’s not even what I said! They loosely wrapped it and just threw it in the bag so when I grabbed it it fell out onto my lap. This place sucks! Do not go here. Never ever go here. The employees are TOTALLY clueless. It’s like they’re all on drugs. Zero stars. Trash. Shut it down. Freaking blind/mentally challenged ppl could run this place better.

I usually don't leave five stars but my experience here was simply amazing Elijah who works here made it amazing!! He simply went above and beyond. I'm very friendly care about how my order was made. And he did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude! My cappuccino blast was freaking awesome!! He knows what he is doing and does it well. When I came back to reorder he remembered what I wanted and took care of me! This location is more than worth coming out to especially when he is here!! I hope corporate and shows him a little recognition. This location / Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins he's a great asset to the company and you should hold dear and value to him cuz he makes this location amazing and a great experience for any customer that comes here kudos to him and I hope to see him every time I come thank you Elijah for a little amazing experience at this location!!❤️❤️🥰🥰

Food: part of order was wrong but otherwise standard Dunkin fare. Service: took over 3 minutes just to be greeted. Atmosphere; Tables and floor were dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while as the spilled coffee had already dried. November 23 Update- They appear to be trying harder to keep the dining room clean.

This dunkin is amazing!! They always take great care of me. It is a very busy location but every worker in there does their absolute best to get your order to you as quick as possible! I appreciate this location for all the hard work they do!!

A good place to get breakfast, coffee, or a snack This store is located on the north side of Fletcher Avenue just to the West of I-75 by about 200 yards. It is a stand-alone building with about 30 parking spaces on the east side of the restaurant. There is a drive-through if you are on the go or a lobby for the dine-in crowd. The entrance is on the East side of the building and the counter is directly in front of the door. You order at the counter and pay. When your food is ready, they will call you to pick it up. There is a lobby with a few tables and chairs but not many. There are a set of tables on the outside to the north of the restaurant and close to the main road. I believe that the majority of people coming into the store get their orders to-go. We ordered Breakfast croissants and tea. The staff was pleasant and the location was relatively clean. The prices were reasonable and the food came out relatively quickly with only two staff members working the counter and the window. The sandwiches were very good. I would visit this place again and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Time and time again I keep giving this location chances. They were great in the beginning but ever since they brought on all these teens that are rude and just don’t read the orders the experience has simply hit rock bottom. I always order Caramel and EVERYTIME without fail, I get vanilla. Today was the last. I again went inside to get it fixed and was just ignored and the the two girls just smirked at each other. Not even worth the aggravation, I just tossed the drink right in the trash and walked out. I won’t be ordering from this location any more. The old man who I think was the owner was great but he’s hardly there anymore.
