The management and/or rental agents blatantly disregard the Florida Fair Housing Act's statute which states that "a landlord may not prevent tenants from inspecting housing". You must pay $89 to apply for the listing, based on a video only, and if your application is accepted then you meet with an "realtor" to sign your lease and pay to move in. They do not offer an opportunity for a site inspection, will not answer questions pertaining to a particular listing, and lack proper communication skills altogether.

Scam: this place is a scam. We paid $90 for an application twice and got denied despite having the money up front and doing all of the requirements. The staff is rude and unprofessional

Scam they are listing these apartments on all rental sights to scam more they take your money than deny you for no absolute reason

This place is completely full of mildew, mouoo, it's no use. I lived there for 5 years. I got very sick from mildew. It always looks like it because it's infested.

Management (Tampa Bay Property Management Group/ Elly Nesis) is attempting to collect $1200 for painting and repairs to the unit which is due to lack of maintenance request being completed. The Management Company is completely unjustified in their attempt to sue for repairs which if they did any type of upkeep on the property. I would strongly recommend you stay far far far way from this property management company as they are nothing but "slum lords".

I called today to inquire about a rental property in Tampa, Fl. I spoke with a Joseline who was extremely rude! I was on the phone with her for no more than 5 minutes trying to get more information about the property and application after viewing the website and she hung up on me! If she is not knowledgeable enough about the properties she should not be the point of contact when people have questions. She will keep good prospect tenants away!

SCAM . HERES MY EXPERIENCE definitely don’t recommend the management team is unprofessional and always seem to be rushing you off the phone. & if your inquiring about the apartment & asking question the leasing manager “Joseline” Hangs up the call . Also they charge you $89 for no reason you will not get your money back. On private rental houses they have this property listed and don’t have access to the unit be beware you were. WARNED .

Thank goodness for these reviews. I just got a call from some guy saying they will have a unit in a few days supposedly..except he talked so fast I could barely understand most of what he was saying and quite frankly the price is too good to be true for the current market. I wish there was a safer way to rent. I’m sorry all these other people had to go thru this and lose their money.

Management team are all scammer . property listed and not able to visit the unit with no reasoning when questioned.
